Herman is always friendly when speaking with him over the phone and is usually able to come out within the next day or two. He is very fast as long as you don't have to move a bunch of things once he arrives, but he can also help move things for you (he moved a huge couch into the garage for me!). The best thing about him is he stands by his work. In my current apartment with Abby (lived at for 6 months now) our puppy has taken it's toll on the carpets. He did a deep clean and special treatment for pet odors and when I still smelled the pet odors a couple days later he came out again for free and retreated the area for no charge. Great locally owned business, reasonable prices and I'm glad to know my hard earned cash is going to a great family.

He stated if the rugs were wool, they would require special treatment. Ok. Never mentioned price increase.I had moved everything prior. He went through living room with a black light & said there were pet stains, that was extra.The carpet had been cleaned prior my moving in, the previous owner was immaculate, so I was surprised to hear of pet stains. I've lived here 3 months & had some stains. Wasn't sure if stains were coming back up, or from the recent move. When all was said & done, I paid 140.00. No special treatment on pet stains. He spent 30/45 minutes.Charged extra for rugs. How much extra does it cost to clean wool, because it didn't take extra time? Didn't clean the reverse portion of rugs.

I called, got my quote, and then called back after I received all quotes. I was told they could get me in next week. I asked if there was any shot at all in getting me in this week due to wanting the entire floor done and new furniture coming. Well, the response was something like "yeah, we definitely want to squeeze you in then", and they sure did! Now, I knew I was paying the minimum charge for one room and could have gotten more rooms completed, but my personal timeline was tight, so I knew what I was getting into. Holy smokes. They arrived about 30 min into the 2 hour window I was provided, and they text about 20 min prior to arrival. They asked a few questions...are any of the stains urine, etc. Shockingly I could almost tell them what each stain was, and they got right to work. *note I am yelling here in this review: THE CARPET LOOKS AND SMELLS BRAND NEW!!!! I mean, it never smelled bad...but animals...you know if you have them, it's never a perfect smell. They were so friendly and efficient, I am now of the belief I will never use anyone different.
