I believe the company's business name has changed to "Vickman Family Floor Care". We had a large L shaped couch with ottoman, 2 recliners, 3 large area rugs and 4 smaller throw rugs all cleaned in about an hour. The prices are fair and competitive. The guys showed up on time, were professional and super friendly. I plan on booking services again soon for tile cleaning. Thanks Todd & Anthony! read more

We're in nesting mode with the baby arriving any moment now, so Jared arranged for George / Paradise Carpet Cleaning to come clean our carpets... I believe he found him on Yelp, and once again, the reviews that came prior are right on! George managed to come on pretty short notice. He was professional and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. His pricing is reasonable, and add the 10% Yelp discount, and I'd say he's a bargain. His minimum is $60. He just left the house and left us with detailed instructions / helpful hints regarding our now very clean carpets. He also left us with I am super impressed with George / PCC and will 100% use him again in the future! read more

Called George on Wednesday and I let him know that I was a yelper and that I read great reviews about him. He said thanks and he appreciated it. I made an appointment for Friday @ 730am. He let me know that he is relatively flexible for his customers. Thursday after the yelp event I was pretty tired so we had to get up early Friday morning to move furniture off the floor and clean up, then go to work. He cleaned a total of 5 rooms for 94 dollars. George is a perfectionist when it comes to carpets and a friendly guy. I would use him again. He does give 10 percent discount for yelp. My carpets look fabulous! read more

I have used George several times now, and I have to say he is as professional as they come. I have referred George to several close friends and small businesses who ALL agreed George is the most amazing carpet cleaner they have ever used. George is the owner/operator and he is the only guy you deal with. Keep up the good work! read more

First time using Paradise Carpet Cleaning but definitely not my last. Contacted them to set an appointment before our big party. We were able to schedule right when we needed. Note: they aren't available on weekends but don't let that deter you. They're really good. George called me the morning of the appointment that he was 30-40 out. Guess what: he arrived in 35 minutes. We have an oversized room that had traffic spots, two reclining sofas, a rocker recliner and a reclining chaise, all in microfiber. Total cost: $243 plus tip. The service was courteous, friendly and efficient, everything you want from service. I highly recommend Paradise Carpet Cleaning for your carpets, furniture and value. read more

Excellent experience! I have lived in Phoenix for ten years now and used several different carpet cleaning services, and never been completely satisfied until now. Will every time I need carpet cleaning. I a so happy with this company. Just had my carpets cleaned again and just as pleased as the first time. Great service!!! read more

Paradise Carpet Cleaning is basically a guy named George. This is to your advantage. You don't have to deal with a scheduler double-booking your technician. You don't have to deal with the overhead associated with a big company. Instead, you have George, and his van, and that's it. George keeps things simple. Steam cleaning has a set price of 20 cents/square foot. He measures out the carpeted space, and boom, that's your rate. He also takes 10% off for just mentioning Yelp, so that's a big deal too. He took care of my space and had it looking fantastic, he was able to squeeze me in on just the day I needed him, and he was a genuinely nice guy who didn't try to upsell or put any pressure on. He was on time, did the job well, and charged a more-than-fair price. I really like working with "just a guy" like George. I know what I'm getting and he took care of things. read more

Here is an amazing example of Yelp at its best. The renters in a house I own go MIA over night. They leave me no notice and with a dirty house that I need to clean, rent, and repair in a few days. Yelp provided me with the number to George at Paridise Carpet Cleaning and well...... Begin Montage sequence (Sung to pokemon theme)..... I'm gonna clean this house real fast. I'm gonna fix all it faults and cracks The walls need painting And the yard's full of poo... The carpet is filthy what to do? Clean it quick! Gotta Clean it all!! ..... When "Ex-Tentant" used "Abandon House" and it was highly effective. I countered with my level 99 Georgio and used "Paridise Clean" and "Ex-tenant" fainted. Gotta Catch them all! read more

George came out to clean my carpets for the second time and was fantastic yet again. Aside from my carpets looking fabulous, which was a given, he went absolutely above and beyond his responsibilities. First, he cleaned an area in my entryway (that wasn't a part of the area he was cleaning) because "he'd feel better getting rid of the stain when he left". Who does that? A good businessman, that's who. Also, after he was wrapped all of the hoses back in his truck, he took the time to clean up the rocks from my front yard that got knocked into my driveway. Again, above and beyond... Sounds like simple things, but to me, they were huge. I'd recommend George to anyone who needs carpet or tile cleaning services! read more

We have been using George for about 6 months now and have been meaning to leave a review. Our whole family has allergies and we have the carpets cleaned often. We are so glad we found George. The carpets are amazing when he is done. He leaves detailed instructions and little paper booties for the drying time. He is very professional and charges a very fair rate. He even gives a discount for Yelpers :) We have had some TERRIBLE carpet companies since moving to town and we really appreciate George and his wonderful service. Use him with confidence and spread the word. We wish more services we have could be as honest and helpful. read more

After reading the reviews on Yelp, I hired George to clean our office carpets after Stanley Steamer came and made an absolute mess of them. Let's face it, there is not a single review for George that is anything other than 5 stars, so how could I pass him up? He did an outstanding job ... the carpets were cleaner than they had been in years ... in fact they looked new. Not too long after George cleaned, our building maintenance stained our main hallway carpets, then tried to clean the stains with hand soap. We had to call George back to reclean and now they look pristine again. His prices are excellent, service is always with a smile, and George is just as nice as nice can be, as well as professional. I cannot wait to hire him to clean my carpets at my home. Thanks from all of us here at B&D, George!!! read more

Since this was the first time we have had to use a carpet cleaning service, I decided to "yelp" for assistance, and Paradise Carpet Cleaning popped up with a number of "five star" reviews. Well, we ended up going with Paradise, and are now we are adding our five star rating, as well. George was timely with returning calls, and he provided us with a very reasonable estimate over the phone (which actually ended up being less after George did the measurements himself on the appointment day, gotta love that!) Our carpets look great, and there is NO chemical smell, since George is using "green" products now to clean the carpets. We really enjoyed chatting with George and getting to know about his business. He loves people and he loves his customers, and it shows in his work. We would most definitely recommend George and Paradise Carpet Cleaning! read more

George came by and fixed what another carpet cleaner did (somehow made rug stains look worse). He took the time to explain what he would do, didn't over promise and delivered exactly what he said. The rugs look much, much better. George was very reasonably priced (less expensive than the Groupon company I had paid for "extra" deep cleaning), helped me move furniture and didn't try to oversell, upsell, etc. The carpets look great, he was on time, friendly, professional and super service friendly. I understand why he always gets great yelp reviews. I highly, highly recommend. read more

Outstanding service! The carpets look new again. No questions this is who you want entering your home. George is a professional who is amazingly genuine. His personal skills are outstanding. He builds a connection with you immediately; like you have known him for years. He is detail oriented and goes the extra mile without being asked. That is rare these days. I will definitely use Paradise Carpet Cleaning for now on..not to mention, passing on his name to all my neighbors. Thanks, Brian read more

Very easy to work with. Calls if he is running late or early. More than I have paid in the past for carpet cleaning, but the best work I have ever seen! My carpets were trashed by pets and kids and after Georges' visit, they look brand new. So worth every penny. 10% discount for yelpers. Very professional - would definitely recommend paradise carpet cleaning. read more

George, the owner, is a very hard working and trustworthy business owner and will do anything to please his clients. We had our tile cleaned in all bathrooms and main kitchen/family area. Carl, George's brother, arrived and explained the process, gave us a fair quote and proceeded to perform the cleaning. Now, our tile grout has probably never been cleaned and was very dirty, so a tough job to try to rectify. George performed what we considered to be about an 80%-85% satisfaction score. My wife called George immediately and he personally came the next day to rectify the situation. After George's follow up for some necessary spot cleaning, the floors shined and looked like new. My wife and I found Paradise Carpet Cleaning to be honest, safe, affordable and easy to work with and will highly recommend them to everyone. We certainly appreciated their excellent customer service! read more

When I see a service business with reviews like this across the board, there is really no decision, I'm gonna try them. I made my appt with George 9 days out. He told me I was going to be the third job of the day. Do I need to confirm, George? "No, Ill be there around 1 pm. With these stellar reviews, I never gave it a second thought and woke up this morning and moved my furniture onto the tile/outside. He called when he was 10 minutes out. Arrived on time, gave me the price (sq footage, I was only off by 16 on my guesstimate) finished the job in a little over an hour. Super nice guy, totally dependable, good price, good results. Highly recommend. read more

They did an amazing job and didn't try to upsell me to death. The carpets looked wonderful. Would absolutely use again.

3 tough old stains vs one tough dude. Winner!! : tough dude, Awesome fight I must say I had practically given up on getting my carpet to look pristine, but George ambled in took a look at the stains and just went to town on those. 45 mins later no stains, Wohoo!! read more

Fantastic! All around great experience. Made appointment based on my time schedule. George called that morning said he was running early on appointments. I was glad I he could come earlier and he arrived in a timely manner. He listened to my carpet specifics. Most of the carpet dried within 4-6 hours and everything within 24 hours. The carpets didn't smell so awful while drying; I could tolerate being in the room while wet. (I don't know about everyone else but, our wet carpet always smells like wet dog. Not this time!) Probably the best carpet cleaning experience I have had. George is friendly and seems to be very dedicated to customer satisfaction. I've only used this company once, but I would definitely call them again. I can't say that about any other carpet cleaners I've used. read more

What a great local business! I always try to go with local people whenever possible and I am certainly glad I did for cleaning my carpets. George, the owner, was friendly, professional and thorough. He called to inform me he was on his way and arrived and jumped right in to work. He quoted me a price and stuck to it- no trying to 'up sell' or play the hidden cost game. He took his time and did an amazing job- my carpets look fantastic! I would definitely use Paradise Carpet Cleaning again and I will not hesitate to refer business to him! Give them a call- you will be glad you did! read more

I tried Paradise carpet cleaning b/c of the reviews on Yelp and I have to say what I read is what I got! George was prompt, friendly, professional and did a GREAT job! I found my new carpet cleaners...forget about Stanley Steamer!! read more

Paradise Carpet Cleaning - The carpets look brand new! I had George clean this high traffic area that also had pet stains from our puppy - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Pros: Couches look good, gives a yelp discount. Cons: Unfortunately he was an hour and a half late to the appointment, with no call until 30 minutes late. I completely understand these things happen, but I arranged my work schedule to have the couches done. There was also a mess left behind, everything was rushed after being so late. If you aren't worried about timing, then try it out! read more

Could all of this Yelp be true? Believe it! Karl Crawford is a shiny, happy, and friendly carpet guy. He was on time and did an amazing job on my ten year old carpet. The carpeting went from "meh" to marvelous. They are squeaky clean and plush and look like it did when I first purchased my home. What sets Paradise Carpet Cleaning apart from a lot of its competitors is their policy of charging per square foot. This is highly advantageous for those of us who do not have that much carpet to clean and do not fall under the "3 room special" of other carpet cleaning companies. Additionally, I absolutely felt no pressure to clean more carpet than I needed or wanted (The living room, master bedroom, and hallway were the only rooms that needed cleaning as I hardly ever stepped foot in the other two rooms and the carpeting in them looks brand new). There were no hidden charges or surprise fees and everything was explained to me when I made the initial call to the company. Admittedly, I was going to go the cheap route at first and rent a machine from the local hardware store but was advised by the store employees not to do that and to hire a professional to take handle carpeting. "Why ruin an investment?" With my square footage, the pricing for Paradise Carpet Cleaning exceeded what I would have paid if I had done the rental machine and bought cleaning supplies myself plus labor on my part. Thank you Paradise Carpet Cleaning!! Support your local small business! read more

After using a big brand carpet cleaner we bought, my wife and I were disappointed by the result. So we decided to go with a professional carpet cleaning. This was definitely the best decision to use paradise carpet cleaning. We are fully satisfied with the result and even better with the price since Giorgio ended up charging me for less than expected, which was already more competitive than most of the professional carpet cleaner around. The customer service is also top: Giorgio called me to confirm the time he would be here, he ended me a explanation letter that gives you tips on things to do and not to do, so I learned a lot. Unless I get rid of my carpet one day, I believe I will use Giorgio going forward. Thanks Giorgio!!! read more

Best carpet cleaning service I have ever had at half the price of the bigger companies. Carl was a great guy! We enjoyed talking to each other and he did a fantastic job. (Carl is George's brother). I would not hesitate to recommend Paradise to my friends and family. It's great to go local and they will not try to talk you into treatments you don't need. Good, honest, clean job! I will be calling them for now on. read more

I miss George and our banter! But I'm really glad he sold his carpet cleaning business over to Vickman Family Floor Care, which is still in the family in a way, as they mentioned when I just called them that they trained George on all things carpet back in the day. Todd over at Vickman cleaned my carpet like George would, minus the Hawaiian shirt, and was a pleasure to work with. Pricing was the same for me. Great service. Still a thumbs up. Now I know if I ever need to move furniture, I can find George over at his new gig at Just-In-Time Moving. read more

Absolutely top notch service. Amazing company. They are fabulous to work with and really know the business. We had George do all the carpet in our house as well as our (huge) fabric couch. We have 2 medium sized dogs, so there were a few light soil spots on the floor. His price was fair and the job he did was very thorough. Everything was completely clean when he left. Overall a great job and well worth what he charged. A solid local business man with good work ethic and reasonable prices... Highly recommended. read more

This review is so very overdue as George came out to clean our carpets in December, 2012. Like other reviewers, I was dubious about the five star rating from just about everyone who has reviewed him. George came out, he was on time, professional, honest, and reasonable. My carpets are well traveled with two teenage boys and two large dogs. George put life back into the carpets again without pulling them off the tack strip like so many other companies have done in the past. He also miraculously got an ugly green spot out of the middle of the carpet in one of my kid's rooms. We spoke for a long time about our carpets and also discussed furniture cleaning. He is such a nice guy and a pleasure to have in my home. I can't imagine ever using another company as long as George continues to do business. I am calling him shortly to schedule another appointment for next month. read more
