First time using Paradise Carpet Cleaning but definitely not my last. Contacted them to set an appointment before our big party. We were able to schedule right when we needed. Note: they aren't available on weekends but don't let that deter you. They're really good. George called me the morning of the appointment that he was 30-40 out. Guess what: he arrived in 35 minutes. We have an oversized room that had traffic spots, two reclining sofas, a rocker recliner and a reclining chaise, all in microfiber. Total cost: $243 plus tip. The service was courteous, friendly and efficient, everything you want from service. I highly recommend Paradise Carpet Cleaning for your carpets, furniture and value. read more

We're in nesting mode with the baby arriving any moment now, so Jared arranged for George / Paradise Carpet Cleaning to come clean our carpets... I believe he found him on Yelp, and once again, the reviews that came prior are right on! George managed to come on pretty short notice. He was professional and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. His pricing is reasonable, and add the 10% Yelp discount, and I'd say he's a bargain. His minimum is $60. He just left the house and left us with detailed instructions / helpful hints regarding our now very clean carpets. Called George on Wednesday and I let him know that I was a yelper and that I read great reviews about him. He said thanks and he appreciated it. I made an appointment for Friday @ 730am. He let me know that he is relatively flexible for his customers. Thursday after the yelp event I was pretty tired so we had to get up early Friday morning to move furniture off the floor and clean up, then go to work. He cleaned a total of 5 rooms for 94 dollars. George is a perfectionist when it comes to carpets and a friendly guy. I would use him again. He does give 10 percent discount for yelp. My carpets look fabulous! read more

Paradise Carpet Cleaning is basically a guy named George. This is to your advantage. You don't have to deal with a scheduler double-booking your technician. You don't have to deal with the overhead associated with a big company. Instead, you have George, and his van, and that's it. George keeps things simple. Steam cleaning has a set price of 20 cents/square foot. He measures out the carpeted space, and boom, that's your rate. He also takes 10% off for just mentioning Yelp, so that's a big deal too. He took care of my space and had it looking fantastic, he was able to squeeze me in on just the day I needed him, and he was a genuinely nice guy who didn't try to upsell or put any pressure on. He was on time, did the job well, and charged a more-than-fair price. I really like working with "just a guy" like George. I know what I'm getting and he took care of things. read more

George came out to clean my carpets for the second time and was fantastic yet again. Aside from my carpets looking fabulous, which was a given, he went absolutely above and beyond his responsibilities. First, he cleaned an area in my entryway (that wasn't a part of the area he was cleaning) because "he'd feel better getting rid of the stain when he left". Who does that? A good businessman, that's who. Also, after he was wrapped all of the hoses back in his truck, he took the time to clean up the rocks from my front yard that got knocked into my driveway. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I hired George to clean our office carpets after Stanley Steamer came and made an absolute mess of them. Let's face it, there is not a single review for George that is anything other than 5 stars, so how could I pass him up? He did an outstanding job ... the carpets were cleaner than they had been in years ... in fact they looked new. Not too long after George cleaned, our building maintenance stained our main hallway carpets, then tried to clean the stains with hand soap. Since this was the first time we have had to use a carpet cleaning service, I decided to "yelp" for assistance, and Paradise Carpet Cleaning popped up with a number of "five star" reviews. Well, we ended up going with Paradise, and are now we are adding our five star rating, as well. George was timely with returning calls, and he provided us with a very reasonable estimate over the phone (which actually ended up being less after George did the measurements himself on the appointment day, gotta love that!) Our carpets look great, and there is NO chemical smell, since George is using "green" products now to clean the carpets. We really enjoyed chatting with George and getting to know about his business. George, the owner, is a very hard working and trustworthy business owner and will do anything to please his clients. We had our tile cleaned in all bathrooms and main kitchen/family area. Carl, George's brother, arrived and explained the process, gave us a fair quote and proceeded to perform the cleaning. Now, our tile grout has probably never been cleaned and was very dirty, so a tough job to try to rectify. George performed what we considered to be about an 80%-85% satisfaction score. My wife called George immediately and he personally came the next day to rectify the situation. After George's follow up for some necessary spot cleaning, the floors shined and looked like new. He told me I was going to be the third job of the day. Do I need to confirm, George? "No, Ill be there around 1 pm. Fantastic! All around great experience. Made appointment based on my time schedule. George called that morning said he was running early on appointments. I was glad I he could come earlier and he arrived in a timely manner. He listened to my carpet specifics. Most of the carpet dried within 4-6 hours and everything within 24 hours. The carpets didn't smell so awful while drying; I could tolerate being in the room while wet. (I don't know about everyone else but, our wet carpet always smells like wet dog. Not this time!) Probably the best carpet cleaning experience I have had. George is friendly and seems to be very dedicated to customer satisfaction. Could all of this Yelp be true? Believe it! Karl Crawford is a shiny, happy, and friendly carpet guy. He was on time and did an amazing job on my ten year old carpet. The carpeting went from "meh" to marvelous. They are squeaky clean and plush and look like it did when I first purchased my home. What sets Paradise Carpet Cleaning apart from a lot of its competitors is their policy of charging per square foot. This is highly advantageous for those of us who do not have that much carpet to clean and do not fall under the "3 room special" of other carpet cleaning companies. Additionally, I absolutely felt no pressure to clean more carpet than I needed or wanted (The living room, master bedroom, and hallway were the only rooms that needed cleaning as I hardly ever stepped foot in the other two rooms and the carpeting in them looks brand new). There were no hidden charges or surprise fees and everything was explained to me when I made the initial call to the company. Admittedly, I was going to go the cheap route at first and rent a machine from the local hardware store but was advised by the store employees not to do that and to hire a professional to take handle carpeting. This review is so very overdue as George came out to clean our carpets in December, 2012. Like other reviewers, I was dubious about the five star rating from just about everyone who has reviewed him. George came out, he was on time, professional, honest, and reasonable. My carpets are well traveled with two teenage boys and two large dogs. George put life back into the carpets again without pulling them off the tack strip like so many other companies have done in the past. He also miraculously got an ugly green spot out of the middle of the carpet in one of my kid's rooms. We spoke for a long time about our carpets and also discussed furniture cleaning.
