They were respectful of our home and property; protecting the corners and the heavier furniture I couldn't move, asked where they would prefer they start and got to work. They cleaned 1700 sq feet of tile and grout and the carpet in our master bedroom (honestly, the carpet has never been softer to walk on since they came; its so fluffy and soft.....not to mention cleaner than I have EVER seen it. The tile and grout looks brand new.) I appreciated Sean at the end of the visit going over what they had done, when they recommend service and they were available if I had any concerns. They combine technology of today with customer service of yesterday-years. Will not hesitate to use their service again. I spent the better part of 20 years in the apartment industry and have worked with dozens of different carpet vendors and these guys hands down surpass all of the others. Since the service was in my home versus work my expectations were much higher and they delivered! I think it's important to say that no matter how good the carpet vendors, they can't work miracles so if you are expecting someone to rehab severely pet damaged carpet or heavy stains due to fabric paint that your teen daughter got all over them you have to be realistic. Aaron and Jonny actually removed way more of the aforementioned carpet paint than I was expecting. These guys are the best for sure. Also, they are very good at communicating their ETA prior to arrival so there is no surprises. I am guessing that this is due to their awesome office person Jenny. Oh, the price in my opinion was pretty cheap considering the high quality work they produce. Thanks again Aaron, Jonny and Jenny!

First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again for all our future tile and grout needs!
