I cannot recommend Alejandro from Ocean Carpet Cleaners LLC enough! He's been out to our home three times now, and each time he's gone above and beyond. He's cleaned our sectional multiple times--especially since getting a golden retriever. Between the constant shedding, dirty paws, and slobber marks on the cushions, my couch takes a serious beating. But somehow, Alejandro brings it back to life every single time. He manages to pull up so much embedded pet hair and truly gets every inch looking and smelling fresh. My couch has never been cleaner--and with two dogs in the house, that's really saying something! I hired Alex to clean, stretch, and repair the carpet in one of my bedrooms, and the results are absolutely excellent. The carpet looks beautiful again. I was thinking of getting new carpet, but I changed my mind after it was cleaned and repaired by Alex. This carpet still has many years. A few things that really stood out: Punctuality: They arrived exactly when they said they would. No "four-hour window" guessing games--they were right on time. I had a wonderful experience with Alex! Best customer service you could ever get! I contacted Alex on Monday to get 3 carpeted rooms and vinyl in kitchen, small hallway and bathroom cleaned. He responded quickly and had availability for Wednesday. He gave An hour window for his arrive, he arrived within that hour and got right to it!
