Sooooo HAPPY to know Citrus Brite also has Housekeepers! We had Citrus Brite clean our 2 bedroom, 1200 sq ft. apartment this last week and when we got home it was SPARKLING. We have used them to clean our carpets in the past and were very impressed...we have animals and after they cleaned our carpets you could not tell! Will DEFINATELY be using Citrus Brite for future cleanings on a regular basis. Top job and very affordable. Thank you, Citrus Brite! read more

On July 9th @ 7:30a.m. Citrus Bright were hired to clean carpet and a sectional. I wanted it early in the morning so the carpets would dry before the party for my grandsons 21st birthday which was held here. That day no one informed me they were running late; I had to call them. a couple of hrs. went by I call again to find out why no one had arrived. I was told one employee went home sick and another was having problems with their vehicle. Finally, Tyson Goudy arrived 6 hrs. after my appointment. Needless to say, the carpets were still damp for the party. I would have thought they would offer me something for the 6 hour wait and not keeping me informed that they had a problem. Tyson did not have a clue the appointment was 6 hours late. They are very lucky to have him; he did an outstanding job! It is amazing your reply to me was about Tyson and not for being 6 hrs. late. BTW, everyone's name is important PLEASE get it right Brody, my name is San. Your rate for customer service is..0! read more

Just had Alex come out to the house and do two bedrooms, both closets and all the steps in the living room. He did an awesome job. Thank you very much for your on-time service and reasonable prices. Give these guys a try you will not be disappointed. read more

Been using Citrus Bright to clean our carpets for several years now. They show up on time, do a great job, for an extremely fair price. And the house always smells great after they leave. Definitely recommend!' read more

Ecstatic! Wow! How did I not do this sooner? I have a rental that has terrible grout. It's been driving me crazy as long as I've owned it (15yrs). The white (ish) grout always looks mucky and it's impossible to clean with moping alone. I have tried everything from getting on my hands and knees with a tooth brush to painting & sealing. Citrus Bright was profession and proficient! They were able to squeeze me in at the time I needed in between renters AND it looks like a new floor! I'm so impressed. They are highly recommended. I'm over the moon ecstatic. Thank you CB! read more

I am so disappointed. Not only was the grout not completely clean. The mess afterwards is HUGE. I wish I took pics of the cabinets before I cleaned them. Nice big scrape off of the baseboards too. White residue on all the walls and sliding door. A huge waste of $150. read more

We used them once last year and it was good. This last time they called less than an hour before the appointment and cancelled two days in a row. When they (not Citrus Bright, AZ Carpet Cleaners) did show up the employee reeked of cigarette smoke and proceeded to get dirt and caked-on dry mud all over the hallway floor before the cleaning (2 rooms, 1 area rug) started. After the cleaning was complete and he was tallying the invoice, he said "I tried to clean the hall but ..." and left it at that. I asked "But what?" And he just stared and gave me the invoice to sign. Nice enough kid, but marginal effort must be his middle name. In addition to that he left a few large puddles around the area rug that I had to clean as well as the footprints and water marks in the hallway. I do not recommend using this company as it appears they are outsourcing their jobs to people that will do the least amount possible to be considered "job complete". read more

I'm very happy with the service I received from citrus bright. First off their communication is on point. They were very great at letting us know when they were going to arrive as well as getting us in right away. We love tanner. Not only is he not scared of my big giant dog he greeted him and was sweet! My carpets and floors look great. Thank you so much Tanner. read more

We have used Citrus Bright twice. The first time, just the carpets. The second time both the ceramic tile & the carpets. They do a great job! read more

We called this company based on a friend's recommendation. We had a tight schedule to deal with because of a furniture delivery. We needed the carpet cleaned immediately. Troy showed up on time and did an awesome job. The carpets looked brand new! read more

Citrus Bright came to our home in early May 2022 to clean our carpets. Their equipment melted our artificial grass in the front of the home as evidenced by our security system. They initially said they could steam the grass and rake it out, this was done at the beginning of June and it did not work. Now I have reached out to them for the last 10 days and have not received a call, or text on their intentions. I will be reaching out to an attorney soon unless they want to try to work this out. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Had them out to a brand new carpet/home for a pet stain. The " technician ", and I use that lightly, rubbed a solution with his dirty shoes into the carpet. Came back 2x to try and fix their mess, got worse each time. Now we're left w a new stained carpet and are being ignored by the owner. Would NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Excellent service, very efficient and affordable. Very prompt with inquiries and quotes. Awesome work ethic.

Gorgeous tile and grout! Thank you to Corey who came out today and did a beautiful job at our house. Our experience was awesome starting with a professional young lady who booked our appointment, then Corey who came and did an amazing job on our tile and grout. He told us what to expect since we have never had it professionally cleaned before. We will definitely be calling this team again for our tile, grout, and carpet cleaning needs. Thanks again! read more

They did take care of this! Thanks for following through! I hope that the training does help, as it was a very strange occurrence! read more

Super refreshing to meet someone with integrity who knows his business. I am selling a home and thought maybe the carpet could be cleaned to look nicer. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment with me and showed up on time. When he saw the condition of the carpet he recommended that I not clean it but consider replacing it. I appreciated his honesty and professional opinion. I would definitely recommend this company! read more

Initially I tried to hire Stanley Steemer to come out and clean my couch. Upon arrival they told me they wouldn't be able to clean it without damaging it? Luckily Citrus Bright was able to save the day. The cleaner was very polite and got the job done quickly. My couch and rug look great! He wasn't able to reach two feet of my rug that was underneath the couch to clean but aside from that I had 0 issues with the job done. Citrus Bright is also very reasonably priced and I ended up saving a large chunk of money by going with them. read more

Great service as usual! Tanner did my carpets and did a great job. Carpets are refreshed and smell amazing. On time too! Thank you!!

Mike has cleaned our carpets twice and we finally decided to get out tile and grout cleaned... I've heard people say they've had their tile/grout cleaned and not noticed much of a difference. Holy moly!! I was quite surprised when I walked in. He did an amazing job and I'm so pleased! We'll definitely tell our friends about citrus bright! Thanks again Mike! read more

We have been using Citrus Bright for about a year and a half now. On our personal properties as well as our rentals. Mike is by far the best. Kids spills, new puppy mess... Mike has come in and made my carpet look like new! He takes the time to make sure the spot is clean and not coming back! I would highly recommend Citrus Bright! read more

I don't like how they seemed unorganized. Didn't have time to do everything I wanted because the guy didn't know from the booking info. Someone forgot to put down. They told me the dry time was short when actually it's a lot longer. Being natural scent it's not. It's a very strong chemical smell which I'm not suppose to be around. If he hadn't started I would told him to stop and not did it. Was not impressed at all. read more

Our tech, Mike D., was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our tile, grout, and carpet looks amazing! I'd give Citrus Bright 10 stars on customer service and their results! They're efficient, friendly and we were able to have service completed within 3 days of contacting them. read more

It has been a while since this company, hired by my former landlord, came to my home to clean my carpet as a result of a water leak. It was a relatively small area that they cleaned but they were amazing! The carpet looked great, there was no residual smell. They came to check on it often and left the carpet looking and smelling clean. The techs were so respectful and helpful, they left a great impression and I recommend using them. A year after, my apartment flooded again (upstairs neighbors) and the owners used a different company, I kept insisting on having Citrus Bright do it but the new owners refused, that's a different review but it made me appreciate Citrus Bright so much more. read more

Best carpet company ever !!! Really they came out to checkout one of our rentals and we really thought that the carpet was so damaged we needed It removed , boy was I wrong , one pass and the carpets looked new again , no more black spots and they did our couches and table chairs as well . The best service , great prices , fast ,friendly and above all honest . They know what they are talking about , never over charge us, and we've had them back for touch ups and work at our house four more times. read more

Citrus Bright - Before & After - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

The prices listed were great. However I scheduled an appointment TWICE, just to have no one show up either time. After looking at where the company is located in do realize I live a bit away. But what happens to customer service. If you don't service and area just say that. If the carpet cleaning service is anything like the customer service there needs to be done great improvement I also made a comment on the FB page to have it deleted. Not even a reply. read more

I spoke with one of the owners, Mike. I told him I needed the whole downstairs of tile cleaned, the landing downstairs, 16 stairs, the landing upstairs, the hallway and 3 bedrooms of carpet cleaned and also needed my Lazy Boy cleaned as I was donating it. He stated he wanted my business, threw in free enzyme cleaning, quoted me a price and scheduled me for that same afternoon. Upon arrival, the worker did a walk-through and started adding on the expense for the stairs and the hallway and the landing etc. I told him that's not what Mike and I agreed to. He said he'd need to charge me extra and then asked what I wanted him to do. I said that I wanted him to leave. He left and I contacted Mike and explained the situation. He said he was going to call his partner and get back with me. A few minutes later my phone rang and it was the employee who had done the walk-through. He said he was back to clean. I walked outside and as soon as I saw the look on his face I said, "you don't want to be here, do you?" He said he did not but that it was between him and his boss. He appeared to be about my son's age so I just talked to him to see what was going on. It turns out these guys aren't paid much and make their living on the "extras" they can upsell once they get to the home and by his boss promising free stuff it takes money from his family. I inquired as to how much in commission he would have earned and he said, "about 40 bucks". I went to my purse and handed him $40 and said I hoped it made the job worthwhile and that I understood his situation. He cleaned and we chatted a bit. Super nice guy! At the end I also tipped him $40. I didn't have to but I would have tipped the 20% and thought it only fair. So! And additional $80 paid for the service. Upon leaving it took until the next morning for the carpet to be dry but it was crunchy. And the tile cleaner did not clean my grout at all. It was basically an extremely expensive steam clean but there was no deep clean as shown in the pictures at all. The next day I received a call from a lady asking if I was satisfied with how my service went. I asked her why my carpets were crunchy and why I wasn't given the enzyme treatment Mike promised. She said she didn't know but would ask him and call me back. It's been over 48 hours now and I don't suspect I'll hear back. I contacted another carpet company who said it sounds like the carpets have a lot of residue on them that should not be there because that stickiness with attract dirt - which I suspect is the reason - so they have a repeat customer. Well, not me! I'll keep telling my story and staying away from this company. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. read more
