This was my first time ever getting the grout cleaned in my house and my expectations were exceeded! I purchased it as a Groupon but wasn't sure what to expect. It was super easy to setup the appointment and the technician (Trent) was kind and punctual. I read reviews about other companies trying to 'sell you extras' and make you pay for more than what was already purchased but there was none of that here! He was very helpful in explaining the process and even offered to help me move some furniture back after he was done. Just had mother-daughter team Tala and Tanya clean my tile floors- they were PHENOMENAL! Professional, kind, thorough and friendly. They gave me the Groupon price and were generous not to charge for a little extra square footage. The process took about an hour and my tile is now sparkling clean. I ran a brand new white mop head over the entire house after they left just to mop up the excess water/speed up the drying process- fully expecting to pick up at least a little dirt- but when I was done, the mop head was still as white and clean as when I started! We have two dogs; one of them is a large black dog who lays in one spot of the sofa, so you can see where she lays. We just bought a house that has newer carpet but it was looking really rough and had a pet odor to it. Since it is newer I didn't want to replace it. We got three quotes for cleaning and Phoenix Tile and Carpet came in the lowest. They came in and got every stain out (literally) and the dog smell is completely gone. What a wonderful experience we had with Trent, the owner. We were supposed to have new tile installed and because the store, who shall remain unnamed, did not have enough tile, we decided to cancel the order. We then made a decision to look for someone to clean the tile instead as we were bummed that the tile we thought we were getting was no more. We were able to schedule the cleaning of the tile the next morning, and at the last moment, decided to have the carpets cleaned too. The next morning, promptly at 8, the doorbell rang. Even though Trent was supposed to start with the carpet, I was not ready yet and he promptly accommodated us and started with the floors. I was amazed!! Our floors have never looked better, just like brand new... it was like Karma that the new tile didn't work out. I absolutely love my floors, the same goes for the carpet....they looked amazing!
