The stainless steel surfaces were not polished, and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped thoroughly. Many areas were missed entirely, and small rugs and runners weren't moved to clean underneath. The shower still had hair on the floor afterward, and overall, the home did not appear professionally cleaned. I requested at least a partial refund, but the company declined and instead offered to come back. However, given the poor quality of the first cleaning, I did not feel confident it would be worth the additional disruption for my family as the company told me it would be best to have everyone out of the house. Moreover, the cleaner showed up over 30 mins early so I can't even depend on them to show up when promised. This experience was a waste of both time and money, and it's disappointing that the business is unwilling to provide a refund for a service that was not delivered as promised.

Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company.
