This review is long overdue! I've been in the process of moving, but I wanted to take a moment to share how fantastic Rob was. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the 4-bedroom home I was renting and helped ensure we got our security deposit back. Rob was honest, professional, and upfront about what we actually needed. He also gave us helpful tips for maintaining the carpets between cleanings. I contacted a few other companies before finding him, and their prices were unreasonable in comparison. I truly believe in supporting small business owners who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Rob is exactly that kind of business owner. If you're looking for quality work, honesty, and great service, I highly recommend him! Thank you, Rob, for doing such a wonderful job! read more

Late arrival but did a through cleaning in a reasonable time for a competitive price.

Cleaned out carpet and grout in our bathroom. Would highly recommend, professional and easy to communicate with.

I looked over several companies and read lots of reviews. I chose a couple to get quotes from. Rob responded right away, and had me a quote very quickly. I did have all the dimensions and details ready. Rob was very communicative and was here when he said he'd be. The carpets and stairs are amazing. He took great care and even used some protective equipment for where the hoses might rub wall or stair corners. He does a dual process, scrubbing and steam extraction. His prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a knowledgeable great guy to clean, I clean carpet is the place. We will be calling on him again when we're ready to do our tile floors. Definitely worth the money read more

I called this company for my mom, the owner literally went to give her a quote the same day in the evening! He was on time, friendly and definitely knows he's stuff!! He cleaned her tile & took out the dog smell! My mom is soo happy her floors look great and her place smells great now. I called at least 3 other places and his price was great!! Highly recommend if you need your tile or carpet cleaned! read more

Efficient, quick, friendly and reasonable - it was super easy to arrange and thorough.

Great carpet cleaner. The carpet looks amazing and I was surprised how much better it looks with I Clean Carpets when compared to other cleaning companies I've used. He came the same day I asked to schedule the appt and was very responsive. Also, very reasonable pricing. read more

As usual, Rob came through with cleaning my carpets. Granted, my carpets are much older (As in the original carpet that came with the apartment in 2007), he was still able to get the carpet thoroughly clean. This time, I threw a new curveball in the mix - Our living room sectional. Rob got this cleaner than the carpet. Best of all, he has always been fair and friendly to my wife and me. read more

Outstanding service and unbelievable thoroughness. Quite honestly: AWESOME! Would not hesitate to recommend!

This was the best Carpet Cleaner I ever got-I highly suggested them. My Carpet looks brand new!

Rob is a consummate professional. We hired him to clean our rental when we moved out, and he exceeded our expectations. His pricing was fair, he arrived on time, and he was extremely thorough--taking real pride in his work. We were so impressed that we hired him again after purchasing our new home. You can truly tell when someone enjoys what they do, and Rob's passion clearly shows in the quality of his work. With so many people offering this service, Rob stands out. You won't go wrong--call him! read more

What great service! I requested a quote on a Sunday afternoon, and not only was Rob the first to respond, he was also very reasonably priced. He was able to get out two days later and was very accommodating. It was a hot day and we have two dogs, and he was happy to let us keep them in one of the rooms he needed to clean until he was ready to do it last so the dogs weren't outside for that long. The carpets look amazing and he didn't try to upsell us on anything - the price is the price. We will definitely use him again! read more

I called Rob for carpet cleaning and everything was exceptional. His communication is excellent both when setting the price and also letting me know when he was on his way to my house. I especially appreciated his tips to have our ceiling fans running and the thermostat turned low to help dry the upholstery and carpeting--a major help. He was quick and thorough. I will definitely use his services again. Highly recommend this business. read more

I had my couches and living room carpet cleaned. Owner is very professional and informative. Would highly recommend great pricing to.

VERY quick and efficient, I got a quote fast and he came out the same week and offered diff times to come out. Arrived on time and spent 15 minutes cleaning and vacuuming, including pre-treatment and steam. He saw some paint spots on the floor and pointed out the major areas, our neighbors saw him working and hired him right after us on the spot. Most affordable option by far and he gave us all the info we needed about how long to wait, providing us booties and answering my questions. Great service and would recommend. read more

Can't say enough good things about Rob and his company. He 's punctual, professional, does a great job with carpets. I had to leave while he finished--he is trustworthy, vacuumed my carpets after he cleaned so they'd dry faster, mopped my floors on his way out, jumped the sensors on the garage door so it would close behind him. He'll be my only carpet guy from now on. read more

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. When my tenants moved out, there was an unknown stain on the carpet. I reached out to this company to see what my options are. He stated the last options would be to try a heat transfer and if that didn't work, they could do a patch job. I agreed. HOWEVER, on the day of, he wouldn't even ATTEMPT the heat transfer bc he said some BS about the solution he used didn't lift the stain so there's no point in doing a heat transfer. I begggged him to at least attempt it as I really didn't want to have to do the patch job. After asking him to ATTEMPT for over 5 minutes, he wouldn't and didn't have a valid reason for not at least attempting. Therefore, i dismissed him. Thanks for waisting everyone's time! Update: you didn't drive 1.5 hrs JUST for me. You said you had another job on my street and can be there after. Also, you never once expressed it as a liability concern. You simply kept saying "it's pointless" over & over again. As mentioned, you don't deserve 1 star. You deserve ZERO. read more

Highly recommended! We hired him based on his stellar reviews and he did not disappoint! On top of being very thorough and working tirelessly on my many carpets and furniture pieces, (which came out beautifully, btw :)), he was lovely to be around - pleasant, super hard working and is a very good communicator. Thanks Rob! read more

Rob was very proficient in cleaning my carpets. No irritable orders and removed all the stains. He left a bottle of cleaner for future spot removal. His rate was higher than what I saw posted by other service people, but I feel I definitely got great service. I will use him again when my carpets need cleaning. read more

Rob was great! He came out the next day and not only cleaned the carpets but mopped the floors he walked on. Super easy to work with and sent me pictures since it's a rental. His price was way better than everyone else's too. I would definitely use I Clean Carpets again. read more

Rob was able to come to my house the same day I reached out to clean a white rug with pet stains. He was on time and did a great job. He asked me to send him a picture the next day of the rug once dry and there was one stain that was still a little discolored. He offered to come back to spot treat again, which worked. Highly recommend Rob, as he really does a great job and is very reasonably priced. read more

Blown away by Rob and his work! He was incredibly responsive, detailed, and did an incredible job. I had just bought a used couch off of OfferUp and while it wasn't super dirty, I knew it would be a good idea to get it cleaned. I did some research and came across Rob. This was on Thursday evening. He was already at my place cleaning my couch by 8am Friday morning! On top of that, he made me an amazing deal. Rob is awesome and I've already recommended him to friends. You can see in this photo how badly it really needed a refresh! I didn't even know it could look this good. He also deodorized it so there are no scents left from the previous location. Oh, and he also mopped my floors for me! Seriously?! Thank you Rob for making time for me on such short notice and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. As a 20-something trying to figure out life and save money along the way, I am very appreciative. See you again soon! read more
