I did have all the dimensions and details ready. Rob was very communicative and was here when he said he'd be. The carpets and stairs are amazing. He took great care and even used some protective equipment for where the hoses might rub wall or stair corners. He does a dual process, scrubbing and steam extraction. What great service! I requested a quote on a Sunday afternoon, and not only was Rob the first to respond, he was also very reasonably priced. He was able to get out two days later and was very accommodating. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. When my tenants moved out, there was an unknown stain on the carpet. I reached out to this company to see what my options are. He stated the last options would be to try a heat transfer and if that didn't work, they could do a patch job. I agreed. HOWEVER, on the day of, he wouldn't even ATTEMPT the heat transfer bc he said some BS about the solution he used didn't lift the stain so there's no point in doing a heat transfer. I begggged him to at least attempt it as I really didn't want to have to do the patch job. After asking him to ATTEMPT for over 5 minutes, he wouldn't and didn't have a valid reason for not at least attempting. Therefore, i dismissed him. Thanks for waisting everyone's time! Update: you didn't drive 1.5 hrs JUST for me. You said you had another job on my street and can be there after. Also, you never once expressed it as a liability concern. You simply kept saying "it's pointless" over & over again. As mentioned, you don't deserve 1 star. You deserve ZERO. read more

I had just bought a used couch off of OfferUp and while it wasn't super dirty, I knew it would be a good idea to get it cleaned. I did some research and came across Rob. This was on Thursday evening.
