Ben always calls in advance for scheduling and he always calls to provide an ETA (the day of the scheduled appointment). These guys are proper and polite and also do amazing work. Give Josh a raise that guy is amazing!! I'm shocked every time him and his guys come over because they clean up so well it's like no one entered the home. We are thoroughly pleased with all their work and services. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that Josh and Tyler did. Last Last Friday we went to our spare bedroom only to discover that our border collie had a major accident all over a beautiful wool carpet. It was a smelly mess. We called Executive Carpet Cleaning and they were able to accommodate us late Friday afternoon. The service that they performed was exemplary. They explained in detail what they were going to do and the risks of color change in the carpet. The result was a beautifully clean and fresh smelling carpet without the feared color change. This company, was as good as you're ever going to experience if you need carpet cleaning. We have 2 area rugs (8x10 & 6x6). We also have a new puppy which had some accidents on the larger rug before she was house trained. Making an appointment was easy. The tech called 30 minutes before arriving as they said he would. He was extremely polite and knowledgable. The price they quoted for the larger rug was very fair and when I asked about possibly cleaning the smaller rug, they very generously offered to do it at no additional cost. Deep cleaning on both side, very professional equipment. I really really loved ECS work on our house. I started with upholstery cleaning for our old sectional that had a lot of stains. I wasn't expecting it to look as good as new after they serviced it. And because i was so pleased, i had all my carpets cleaned including my wool area rug. But the best part was the grout & tile cleaning they did in all the tiled areas in the house. Exceeded expectations!!! Dalton came out to help us save our 19 year old carpet. It was old and we have had many pets and kids on it over the years. Stains. It was embarrassing. We intended to replace it but it kept getting pushed to the back burner. Well, we decided to move so we were hoping that the carpet could be salvaged so we wouldn't need to invest money in replacing the flooring before putting our house up for sale. Why are there only 5 stars? I wish there were 10. I just had my carpet cleaned and stretched today by 2 great guys. Dalton and Carlos. They did an excellent job on my carpet, and I have a lot of it! Some of the carpet was very badly installed. They had to really work to get it stretched properly. The cleaning was so great! My carpet feels so clean and soft now. We recently had a flood on a vacant house when the water heater burst and flooded a room. Tom responded within an hour to extract the water from the carpet and set up Commercial blowers. He did an amazing job drying the carpet quickly. Plus, his thermal imaging meters test the moisture in drywall, so, he can advise as to if remediation is necessary. Dalton did excellent work with our home's carpet and tile cleaning. We have a 2,500 square foot home and 1,250 sq ft is tile. The family that lived here before us had dogs and my family is very allergic with asthma. We needed to remove as much of the pet dander as possible. The house also had a wet dog smell that did not come out with the first carpet cleaning that was done. Dalton worked several hours scrubbing our tile and grout lines. The grout was dark brown almost black and is now much lighter. With such a large amount of tile I know that must have been very hard work and we're grateful he took such care to be thorough. The wet dog smell is also gone! The carpets look nice and smells fresh after cleaning with the pet treatment they offer. The carpet cleaning was only $40 per room which was very reasonable and beat some of the competitors. The pet treatment was $65 for the whole house. The tile was $0.40 per square foot which got pricey but was well worth the end result and was right in line with other quotes I received for the tile work. Thank you Executive Carpet Service!
