My anxious dog ripped up some carpet in the bedroom and I gave this company a call for the repair after seeing some great reviews. I had to cancel last minute and they rescheduled me with no issues, it was so appreciated! Dalton completed the repair and was thorough with explaining what he would be doing to fix it. We had extra carpet and the repair isn't noticeable at all! We will definitely be giving Executive Carpet Services a call soon to complete carpet and tile cleaning and would recommend this company and Dalton to anyone.

    This was the gross before.

My new roommate insisted on getting the carpets clean and I was all for it. We tried to call several companies to come out, but all of them were unavailable or didn't have their own water tank to do the job. We happened to come across Executive Carpet and took and chance and we definitely got lucky. Josh Y. did such a great job and the carpets have never looked better. He was able to explain everything very easily and was quite personable. Not only was he done very quickly and efficiently, he also gave me an excuse to get out of an unnecessary work meeting. I cannot thank him enough lol. I am certain that I will need carpet cleaning services again in the future and I know who I will be calling. Thank you Executive!

My carpet in my room after treatment looks just like it was and moving day if not better

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. The third-party consulting firm was equally impressed with the quality and professionalism demonstrated by your crew. Please extend our thanks and appreciation to your technicians for the marvelous job they performed. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

However it was a problem since my moms surgery was coming up. That was around 3 months ago now. It still hasn't been fixed, but not only that Water Fighters won't give us a quote on what the cost will be until they figure out how much USAA gives us. I find it unprofessional and very scary. We don't know if we're getting screwed and they seem to want to talk ALL the money, which is not what the money is all for. It's for getting back things we lost in the water damage also. The MITIGATION IS $11,000! This whole company is complete bullshit and I CANNOT recommend not going to this company ENOUGH! STAY FAR AWAY I'm asking if anyone has had this problem before with this company.

Initially I was taken by their professionalism and Brandon and Nic made me feel very taken care of as far as what would happen with insurance claims and such. Prior to getting word from insurance they said they would need to remove all continuous flooring which was carpeting in halls, 3 bedrooms and down our stairs. I tried pumping the brakes on removing carpet that was not affected but they insisted so we trusted their word. It snowballed shortly after we got word that our insurance would only be paying 10k for the incident. Simultaneously to this news, their rebuild bid of 27k total arrived, 10k being for mediation alone (cutting drywall, fans, etc). I asked them to work with me on it since I'm all out of pocket and they came down 5k, but ONLY if I agreed to do the rebuild with them otherwise the mediation would need to be paid in full. Well there goes the insurance money. So in the interest of getting a "deal" and our moneys worth, we agreed. To start the job I paid the 10k in full and 7k to begin the rebuild. Last week after they finished the drywall, I spoke with my project manager about putting hardwood instead of carpet and procuring it and all the bathroom items such as vanity and fixtures. Cool, got thumbs up- said we will look at it Tuesday. Come Tuesday it's suddenly a complete disaster, as they put it- "we are expecting upgrades and completely changed the scope". First of all, we paid for the upgrades- so by all reasonable and intelligent logic those materials they had planned to procure on their itemized bid should be deducted and bid reworked with only the change in scope of labor. (The materials came out to 6500 of the bid). They refused to see eye to eye with me on this and kept throwing their "discount" in my face like I'm some charity case. I was a paying customer $17,000 in at that point and all that's been done is drywall repair and texture (using their own numbers the work they've done so far is worth $1500). I told them I'd be more than happy to pay difference in instal but rework the bid with no materials and adjust the labor to hardwood flooring installation. NOPE. They refused, wanted to add supplemental charges to install the flooring and the vanity. I had 4 other highly respected veteran contractors come through my house yesterday and told me flat out this is a straight hustle and to get them the heck out of my house asap. I called them this morning and fired them. We are losing 5500 in labor or whatever the hell else they SHOULD do for what I paid them but I'd rather walk away. I will not give them another dime. The funny part is I've already subbed out the work to a flooring guy, painters, electric and a contractor and am getting it all done this week for $5000. Water fighters told me they would have painted half our walls and left me with no floors for the full $12,000.... They'd set my "upgraded" vanity and mirrors for an extra $2400 and god knows how much they would've tacked on for the floors. Companies like this tailor to clients that can collect large chunks from insurance companies for the rebuild. I'm disappointed as they sold themselves to be such great people but when it boils down it they've got complaints with ROC and an F with BBB. I have to question the overall intelligence of the owner as well. What's the point of an itemized invoice if it can't be adjusted? Don't get involved with these people. They insist they tried to help us best they could. Photos are our house now not including downstairs where they only repaired the celing drywall and texture. After $17,000 in. What a fucking joke! I'll also add that they sequestered me for reviews at least 4 times during our 2 weeks working together. I said I would at the end, absolutely! As a business owner myself I know how important it is. So here's the review as I promised :)
