Evolution Cleaning is the absolute best! We have used them to clean our rental carpets many times…read moreover the years and have always had an incredible experience! Even with stains and smells that I think might need me replacing carpet, they always give me the best advice on whether or not I need to replace them and clean the carpets leaving them looking new and smelling great! I just had an experience with abandoned dogs that left the apartment in terrible conditions and they took great care of the apartment, removing carpet in the necessary areas, cleaning the other carpets AND the hard floors eliminating smell and bringing the apartment back to its best condition! 10/10 recommend!!

I really needed one room of carpet done...BAD. We have dogs and cats spilling things or getting…read moresick, big and little humans making messes all the time. We have been maintaining by ourselves, but a few drink stains wouldn't come out, and we were updating our furniture, and thought now was the time to get it professionally done. I called around, a few other companies were about $5-$10 cheaper for the minimum charge, but that's not enough to drive my decision, because I really wanted quality. Evolution was recommended by a friend, who used them for a rental property once, and after the great job they did, she refused to use anyone else. I see why! I called, got my quote, and then called back after I received all quotes. I was told they could get me in next week. I asked if there was any shot at all in getting me in this week due to wanting the entire floor done and new furniture coming. Well, the response was something like "yeah, we definitely want to squeeze you in then", and they sure did! Now, I knew I was paying the minimum charge for one room and could have gotten more rooms completed, but my personal timeline was tight, so I knew what I was getting into. Holy smokes. They arrived about 30 min into the 2 hour window I was provided, and they text about 20 min prior to arrival. They asked a few questions...are any of the stains urine, etc. Shockingly I could almost tell them what each stain was, and they got right to work. *note I am yelling here in this review: THE CARPET LOOKS AND SMELLS BRAND NEW!!!! I mean, it never smelled bad...but animals...you know if you have them, it's never a perfect smell. They were so friendly and efficient, I am now of the belief I will never use anyone different. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
