When done he asked me how does it look and i showed him things that needed to be redone and he complained and complained like a child. he was very RUDE and intimidating. he said what is it that you don't like and that you are not happy with. i showed him and he said so you want me to redo it again even though it is getting late. He was angry with me because i didnt like the way the job came out. he got down on his hands and knees and wiped up the mess and then said what else are you not happy with. Rude as can be. then he said to me that he still has to steam clean the garage and that it is getting real late to do it. i took everything out in the morning -my house cleaners helped us and he complained that he had to take more stuff out. i told him he doesn't need to do it. i will have my house cleaning people do it. in the mid afternoon i asked him about doing the grout line in the kitchen around the sink and if he had the color which i told his wife about 5 weeks prior to get it. he said he had it and then told me he had to go to home depot to get it. he charged me $87.50 to do a 5 minute job around the quartz counters which included an $11.00 tube of caulk that he had to tell his wife who was at home to get it and drop it at my house. he lied right to my face. he also gave me one price in the morning and added in another $200.00 when he was done for all the work. Poor communication skills. He ruined my 5 inch new baseboards. They all had vertical splits. i had to have a handyman caulk them and repaint them and he left hose marks on my leather furniture in the living room. He is careless and nasty. i couldn't wait for him to get out of my house. He wanted to come back the next day to finish the job. i said absolutely NO. i would never recommend him to anyone. A bully and a chronic complainer that he worked so hard and i wasn't happy with his job. He charged an excessive amount of money for poor quality. He is all about the money. $87.50 to caulk around the sink for 5 minutes. He also left caulk on the counters and the grates on stovetop. sloppy work. what an experience. i could go on and on because there were more things that he did not do right.

Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!! BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
