We had carpet installed by another company 8 years ago and then plank flooring installed about 4 years ago. The company that installed the plank flooring did a poor job of tacking down the carpet to begin with but then recently a dog we were watching tore up where one of the bedrooms meets the hallway and Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaners was able to cut, stretch and retack that area. I also got that bedroom professionally cleaned and it made it look SO much better! The tack is still holding strong and you can still tell a difference with the carpet since having it cleaned. I will definitely be using them again for other bedroom carpets. Also the price was much cheaper than expected! read more

Efficient communication prior to appointment, professional and courteous technician, reasonable cost, would use again.

I love this company and the employees they have. I used them for a carpet repair when a guest damaged the carpet and they cut it out and patched it and it looks perfect. You cannot tell at all. Today I had 3 pet stains from a puppy I was watching. They worked on it for an hour, cleaning it , deodorizing it and scotch guarding it. You can't see the 3 stains or smell them anymore. They are so thorough and take great pride in their work! I wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation! You won't be disappointed! read more

We had a small doggie accident and wound up with a couple of inches of unraveled carpet. I called on a Saturday afternoon late and the phone was answered immediately. I requested service ASAP and was able to get a Monday afternoon appointment. The entire 20 x 24 room carpet was stretched. The repair was made and the carpet was cleaned for $375. Absolutely stellar customer service. Absolutely wonderful technician, Ruben. I will definitely use them again. Way cheaper and way easier than having my carpet replaced. read more

They called 30 minutes before and within the service time window they offered me. Which is the best value a company can have, keeping their word for the customers. The Technician that came to do the work was very professional and did an amazing job. Even took the time before starting to measure and communicate the cost before starting the work. After he finished he throughly clean the room from all scraps and even allowed me to look over the work before accepting payment. It has been 3 days and no issue yet. read more

Strong bleach was spilled on carpet. I was trying to find a company that could dye or just replace that portion. I called and they sent out a Tech the next day. He looked and we discussed options. It made more sense to replace the section. We had spare carpet so the tech only took what he needed (about a 4 inch circle-diameter section). We are very pleased, the service was fast and awesome! You can't even tell where the replaced section is. read more

I have a very expensive handwoven wool rug that my puppy used as a chew toy in three different spots. I called Phoenix Carpet and Repair to see if there was anyway that I could put a "bandaid" on the rug until he got older and past the chewing stage to replace the rug. Kim answered the phone and was able to help me with some options. She was able to give me a preliminary quote over the phone and scheduled for a pick up of the rug the following week. Robert came out and picked the rug up. He was so nice and friendly. He looked at the damage and said they would get back to me as soon as he brought it back to the shop. Kim called me the next day and also sent me an email. She said that they had some suggestions on how to repair one of the areas that had a lot of damage and not have to take too much of the soaring down. I agreed. She said it should take about 3 weeks. To my surprise... I received a call about a week later to schedule delivery of the repaired rug. Robert brought the rug yesterday and I can't tell you how happy and blown away I was! They did an amazing job... no one would ever know that there was any damage to this rug! I am so impressed by the workmanship, the responsiveness, Freire sly and helpful customer service. You just don't see much of this any more. Robert mentioned to me that they not any do all carpet repairs but also cleaning, and water damage. I am a customer for life with Phoenix Carpet and Repair. I'd you are looking for anything to do with your flooring needs call this company and know that you will be well taken care of! Thank you so much for helping me! read more
