For several years we used another company to clean our rentals properties. After some time, the quality went down hill. Thankfully we found Spotless Carpet Care and I am so happy with them. I had gotten a few quotes for a simple 2 bedroom apartment. In fact, I only needed the dining/living rooms, hallway and some spot cleaning in the two bedrooms, as our dog had decided that she needed to mark various parts of our apartment as her territory. Every other company quoted me $200+ for this simple job. Great service! I was impressed with the timely call back and scheduling an appointment in such short notice. I received a call prior to the appointment letting me know he was on his way. The work performed on my area rugs and carpet made them look new again. I have a hand me down fabric lounge chair my in laws gave us that was in new condition until the kids got ahold of it. It was filthy and my in laws are coming in a week. NOW it looks clean and new again. I have used COIT before and others who are totally unreasonable with their pricing and their work was mediocre at best. I will definitely be using him again. I had a vacant rental house with pet odor that a competitor carpet cleaner washed twice to eliminate the odor throughout all of the carpets. Desperate not to have to do new carpeting, I found Spotless Carpet Care on the internet and called Steve. He came over right away and knew exactly how to search for the problem spots using a black light (the prior cleaning company was not trained with this technique). He found nothing on the surface, as the carpet had been previously washed but gave me a great deal to wash it on his own, as he had high confidence it would work. When he came to clean, he was on time and very professional. The cleaning was very thorough and brightened quite a bit, even after the previous cleanings. I would definitely recommend him for pet owners or landlords that have to clean carpets after someone with pets leaves the property. read more

Whenever it rains, our dog runs for the carpet and turns it into her own personal pee pad. Other companies have cleaned our carpet before but charge extra fees to pre-treat because of the dog. I called Steve, and he quoted us a flat rate and said there was no extra charge. Antoine (the technician) arrived on time and was very friendly. Antoine did a thorough job pre-treating and then cleaning the carpet. The dog pee smell is gone, and I am very happy with the service. Wow! They did such a great job! My mother-in-law used them AFTER another company came to clean her carpets when her house was up for sale. Spotless actually got it noticeably cleaner in a couple of stained areas that the other company said could not be improved. The owner, Steve, was even nice enough to take a look at the carpets first and let us know if it was feasible. Well, we then had Spotless come clean our carpets (which were way past due!). We've had carpet cleaners before, but Spotless did a truly, I really mean truly, amazing job on our home. They got out stains that other cleaners said would never come out. They did such a great job, we had them come back a week later and clean the grout on our tile... it looks new again. I'm just so happy with how good the floors look! I had a tenant that used Steve at Spotless & had him shampoo the condo's carpets WHILE they were moving out (who does this?). Obviously, when I checked the carpets there were some stains that Steve could not have possibly done because of the furniture being there. I called Steve, when, at last, my tenant moved out and he came right over & re-cleaned the carpets for no charge. He got all of the stains out & the carpet looked like new.
