I called these folks from a sign along the highway and arranged to have my carpet cleaned. They showed up at my house, and one of the guys was on the phone with another client. The second guy walked around the house with me. I returned to the first guy sitting at my kitchen table, still on the phone with another client. I requested that he not sit on my furniture. I started moving things off the floors to prepare them for starting, but they walked out of the house and promptly canceled my appointment. I guess I should be happy they canceled before I had to deal with them working further in my house. I wouldn't recommend them at all! read more

They did not demonstrate any professionalism or good work ethic. They are children that have a lot of growing up to do. Please read below for reasons to go with a different company. 1. We asked for deep cleaning of carpets and deodorizer for dog smell. But, they rushed through the job and our carpets were still dirty and the dog smell was still potent. Please look at picture below of black water after I redid carpet cleaning the day after with Hoover carpet cleaner. I'm not sure what they cleaned. I should not get this result with a Hoover cleaner after a professional carpet cleaning. 2. I asked them to come back and do a more thorough job, but they had to check with their dad? And dad said that they would not although it was the brothers that did the job not the dad. 3. Unprofessional-- when I kindly called and asked them to redo the poor job that they had done, their response didn't make much sense. He said "I'm not sure why you would clean carpet with Hoover after professional carpet cleaning". Well I'm glad I did because it proved that you didn't do a good job! Also, while I was on the phone with one of the brothers, his phone kept on connecting to Bluetooth, and all I would hear is loud music blasting in my ear. When I tried calling back, they purposefully ignored my calls. 4. Check out screenshot of texts with one of the brothers and him checking with his dad about redoing a job that he poorly did. 5. They refused to wear booties to cover shoes or take off shoes. We are in the middle of pandemic and we don't allow shoes in our house. read more

Always late and have very poor communication on timing. We requested they meet us for an appointment at a specific time and not only were they late but they did not reach out and communicate to us that they would be late. When we called them to inquire about our service they gave us the run around. I can only imagine the quality of work for the price with that experience. I got a promotion with my warranty company for two rooms cleaned for a certain price, knowing I had family coming in front out of town I decided to hire them to clean my living room . Once they came out they checked out the carpet and I decided to add the stairs and the ottoman with me agreeing to the price they started working . They left the carpets looking way better which I was happy , I realized right away they forgot to move the couches and go over the carpet underneath the couches I called them right away and they apologized and said they would return after there last appointment. These guys dropped the ball on my initial booking. The guy asked me to text the info and address and said he'd get it done for a property we were selling. Then when I realized they never showed on the scheduled day... he said oh I never got the text. Later he realized the number on Yelp that we spoke on was not the right number and acknowledged it had been sent. I still rebooked. They showed up properly the second time but did have high fees. Then the very next morning I got a threatening text saying if it wasn't paid within 24 hours I'd be charged more. Even though I was already paying $393 for just one living room and 3 small bedrooms. I just think they dropped the ball and then seemed desperate for payment. I promptly paid for service and told him a simple friendly reminder would be a better business practice. They did a good job cleaning the carpets but it wasn't worth the bad service. Find someone else that can do your carpets and not piss you off multiple times through the process. read more

My poor carpets lived through an 80lb dog who had never been inside a home, nor was he potty trained when I brought him home. It also lived through my brothers first boy and some visiting small dogs who may have been too excited to see me. While I spot treated those areas, the spots didn't go away. The carpets I thought needed to be replaced and all I wanted was 1 more year before I go through that hassle or cost. For my ceramic tiles, I had tried everything. We mopped, scrubbed, steam cleaned... but they just never seemed to get clean... and imagine having the entire main floor of your home covered in these dingy tiles! Literally disgusting. My ducts, well... it never occurred to me that I needed to do something to them. I guess I'm a novice home owner. But I saw this grate in my house that had dirt and dust build up and was thoroughly disgusted, so I figured I should have those looked at as well. Jeff was the first person I called when searching through Yelp! to find someone who could come clean the ducts, tiles and carpets in my home. Since I had never had 2 of those 3 services done and had absolutely no idea what the cost would be. Jeff made a trip out to me to look at the house, the ducts and the carpet so he could give me an accurate quote, which was really nice. While here, he actually pulled out his equipment to see if he could get my tile cleaned. Talk about a difference! One super clean tile in a sea of dingy ones. Ugh. In between the time that he arrived for my quote and when I wanted to schedule someone to clean the tiles, carpets and ducts, I was moving almost every piece of furniture in my house around, so I had one room empty when he was here for the quote. Since he had his equipment already out, I hired him on the spot to clean the carpets in my loft. He was done lickity split and the before and after was quite dramatic. I felt his quote was reasonable, despite not having anything to compare it to, so I agreed to have him come back out 3 days later to do all of the services in my house. During those three days, I did my due diligence and called around to other businesses that offered the same service. The cost comparison between them and Jeff was enormous! Jeff's quote compared to the costs of other highly rated Yelp! Businesses was $500-$700 cheaper and he was available on the day at time that I wanted, they were not. Jeff asked me if I could be a little bit flexible on time, so he could take a job in the morning and I agreed without hesitation. The day of service, Jeff was very communicative, letting me know when he was headed out and about the time he'd arrive. He also brought his son with him to help with the job, since it was pretty intensive. Not only were they respectful, but they were efficient and didn't take one break while they were here. They powered through all of the tiles, carpets and ducts like the pros they are and took extra measures to make sure that they delivered above and beyond what my expectations were. They scrubbed areas of the ceramic tile that weren't cooperating, buffed AND steamed my tiles. Moved furniture around so they could get every single piece. Cleaned my 1/2 bath tile floors as well, despite it not being part of the original quote. Talk about over delivery and pride in their work. While he doesn't have the big fancy van with the equipment hooked up in the back and the hoses traipsing through my yard, his work was better than the carpet cleaner I experienced in the past WITH all of those things. Jeff is a local small business with a service he's great at and my carpets and floors make me smile every time I look at them. I'll gladly have Jeff come out and do service again. read more

These guys did a great Job cleaning the carpet at my condo. They were very kind, prompt, thorough and had the best value for what needed to be cleaned. I would recommend them to anyone who is not looking to spend $200 + for a small area to be cleaned or want quality work done for half the price than the other local carpet cleaning companies. I dont have any before and after pictures of the job they did but they were able to get out stains that my $200 bissell carpet cleaner could not get out after multiple attempts. Jeff arrived on time. He provided cost effect service recommending what type of process should be used for each carpet. He cleaned our entire house. He is very pleasant and goes out of his way to please and make sure that you are happy with his service. I'm not sure he was totally happy with the way his equipment worked. Some of the carpets took longer to dry than others. Also soap residue left one carpet feeling rough rather than fluffy. He wanted to come back but I felt I was just being too picky.
