The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

I didn't have a lot of hope for them because my carpets and chairs were very dirty and being 8 years old had some ware on them. To my amazement they looked almost new. He was pleasant and professional, yet charming which is tough to pull off. Hats off to him. I suspect he is very handsome. Their on-site technician Elian was friendly and and also professional (and handsome). He was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. I felt very at ease with him in my house and for that alone, 5 stars. The services were well priced and they fit me in to their schedule asap even though I made the appointment last minute. They even called to say they could come earlier (as requested if possible). I was able to get my last day of moving finished up even sooner than I hoped and deserved given I had procrastinated to the literal last minute. 10/10 would recommend. I love a company with a family and "real people" feel and this one certainly has that. I'll be in touch with them likely next year when I move again. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification.
