We had a pet odor emergency and I got a referral from a friend who also used Riggs earlier in the year and raved about their services. Wow, just WOW! After having a cat that was locked in a room overnight by mistake, when we found her we also found she peed on a blanket that was in the room on a LazyBoy chair. I reached out to Riggs Friday night and a few days later Joel was here fixing our problem. Whatever "magic potion" Riggs uses, it works wonders! Joel came out, cleaned and treated our chairs and Boom! Problem solved! Even better, while he was here, my husband said geez, we should have asked if he could have done an area rug we've had for a few years and never cleaned. Joel was extremely easy to work with from scheduling to completion. We moved into this home and it needed carpets and tile cleaned. Super awesome team and cleaning crew. I had a horror story on my hands and they saved the day. I woke up from my peaceful slumber at 2am to some unknown sounds. My wife thought there was a burgler and was wondering why our pitbull wasn't eating the rapscalion!! Turns out it was the pitbull making all the noise as he had some horrendous, runny, and very stinky poops and dropped a huge pile at the very top of the stairs that sank deep into the carpet. It was horrible...like very old dinosaur poop with blends of colors like guacamole, mango, and papaya but really runny and stinky. We had to open every window in the house in order to simply breath. It should have been classified as a new form of chemical warfare it was so bad. Anyway, they cleaned it up and did an awesome job!!!! UPDATE, July 2017: My tenants moved out, and the house looked great except for the half-eaten sandwich in the windowsill and the black carpet splotches in the living room. It's as if they did all of their spilling in a 5 x 5 area. After my experience last summer, I knew exactly who to call: Carpet Jesus. Netty had me scheduled in 24 hours, and Joel arrived right on time. I walked him through the house, and we agreed that much of the house still looked great after last year's thorough cleaning. Joel focused on the Spill Zone and high-traffic areas, and an hour and a half later, he managed to erase a year's worth of lidless living. Carpet Jesus rose again! June 2016: As a point of reference, I'm pretty much Monica Geller when it comes to liking things clean, which makes life as a landlord rather difficult. No tenant is ever likely to meet my expectations for cleanliness, including the most recent one whose dog marked every room in the house, and it appeared they never attempted to clean it up. Enter Joel from Riggs Services. He arrived exactly on time, and immediately offered support by telling me that it wasn't bad for a rental and that the good news is that it didn't smell. We did a walk-through to identify the worst spots, and Joel said he had been having good results on pet stains with some new products he'd been using. Joel got to work, and within a few hours, I didn't cringe at the thought of touching the carpets with bare feet. All of the stains disappeared, and the whole house smelled fresher.
