First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite and professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. Youre better off renting a unit and doing it yourself. My cleaner left a lot of debris and oet hair in everybsingle crack and crevices, i spent 30 minutes recleaning it as soon as they were done. Recently I had my air ducts cleaned and appreciated the helpful run down of what to expect, and again another professional and quality experience. Today I had our couches professionally cleaned. Someone at Ethan Allen recommended this company Coconut Cleaning (they don't officially endorse them, but said they have heard good reviews). The young tech who came out was polite, but he told me early on that the dark areas on the couch were "worn fibers" and not dirt. He said he removed oils, dander, and surface dirt, but the dark spots wouldn't come out. I wasn't totally convinced and asked how many times he had gone over it -- he showed me again and it got a little lighter, but still not clean. When I asked about hot water or steam, he said their solution was just "warm water". After an hour and a half of cleaning two couches and two recliners, I paid over $500. Fast forward to tonight... and the couches still looked dirty. So I grabbed my small handheld Shark steamer, used boiling water, and got a ton of dirty water as the result. Let's just say I'm feeling a little frustrated that my tiny handheld did more than the professional service I paid for. See photos on the one seat the left was his job and the right was me cleaning with the shark. So disappointing and you can see all the dirt the Shark removed. read more

Normally, I don't leave comments for carpet cleaning businesses. However, thought I'd give good piece of advice here and feedback. I knew Coconut carpet cleaning was on the pricier side of things compared to all their competitors. And had been getting offers to book them so I thought I'd give them a shot. Boy was that a bad mistake. The technician had extremely higher than normal prices. Needless to say, the service performed was less than expected and not up to par for the price of service performed. I will not recommend, nor return as a customer. Quality was not there nor efficiency. Overpriced to say the least. read more

Not a fan of the business model. I've been a customer for a long time, I sign up for their quarterly billing. Originally it was supposed to roll over if unused. Makes sense. You pay them money for a service in advance - it's fair that it should roll over. At some point they changed their business model to no longer roll over. If you don't use it, it is just a donation to the company -_- I never got any communication that there was a change. When I finally set up a cleaning, the scheduler told me that things changed but offered to honor my credit just the one time. I appreciated that and tried to continue with the business model - but scheduling every 3 months does not make sense and isn't feasible, So I'm canceling and will contact another company for cleaning because it just feels very slimy to keep customer's money if they don't schedule a service in the timeframe you require. I was very pleased with the technician who came to clean my sofas--he was friendly and professional. However, when the job was finished and he asked me to check the work, I noticed the bottom side of the seat cushions was still dry. When I asked about it, he said he didn't realize they flipped over and explained it would cost extra to clean that side. This was frustrating, as I was already paying $400 for a full sofa cleaning. Hello, we got our home serviced this week and honestly we are a bit disappointed. It felt like more of a sales pitch than anything else. The customer service and service in general went downhill once we did not agree to the monthly plan. There were several areas of our tile that looked like they had just been bypassed. It's super disappointing because we are a recent once income family and this was a splurge for us to do to make sure our floors were clean for our newly crawling child. I wonder if we would have agreed to the membership if we would have been treated. Our friends has a similar experience and we wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but it seems like that's how this business operates. I am not a customer and after this I'm never going to be. While driving, I had drove behind one of their trucks and it was pouring liquid outside of the back and swearing lanes, it was really bad, so I had then set out to go onto their website and talk to someone about it. I sat there talking to an AI chat bot for an hour, during business hours, before it finally gave me a number to text because everyone was busy. I then texted the number and still received no response. This was from 2:30ish to now, 5:50, so again a large amount of the time was during business hours. read more

Been using this service for years and in general has been very good. I tend to prep my home significantly to make it easy for the cleaners to access an entire floor of tile and have a few small couches that need to be moved to ensure proper cleaning underneath. Ran into an issue with most recent technicians refusing to move a couch that had been moved for every other service and was the most critical area to clean under. I was happy to actually move it myself but rather than try to propose a compromise or a solution, they simply refused so I had to send the technicians away. Service unfortunately seems to go through technicians as each time I get some new crew, and I guess the result is inconsistencies. Simply sharing my most recent experience and will have to find a new service more amenable to working with customers. read more

Update: I was contacted by Coconut Cleaning following my review which was very professional of them. The manager explained they were unable clean bamboo wood floors. They apologized for the situation and would use the experience to train and update staff. I appreciate the outreach and they even offered another company who may be able to correctly clean the floors. So overall while I could not get the cleaning the company did go above and beyond for customer service! Waste of time and would have been money. Per Coconut Cleaning's website they offer hardwood floor cleaning. I called to schedule, told them what kind I floors I had, and the phone rep confirmed that the hardwood floor cleaning service, did in fact clean wood floors. Last night I removed all my furniture from the rooms and pre cleaned the areas. Today the techs arrived, look at my floors and said their cleaning was really just a bit better than mopping and wouldn't really do anything or improve the look of the floors. I am not after a full refinish, nor do the floors need it but they do need a deep clean which apparently Coconut Cleaning's own employees don't even think they can accomplish. If you can't deliver a service, don't offer it. read more

Super disappointed. When the technicians arrived at my home, they told me I had too much stuff and needed to move all of it before they would clean. I wasn't told this upon scheduling. The last professional cleaner from a different cleaner let us move our stuff around the house instead of insisting it is completely empty. My boyfriend offered to buy the guys lunch while he moved everything in 30 mins. They wanted to reschedule and come back in the AM instead. I was told I would hear from someone to confirm the 7:30 or 8 AM appointment. Never happened. I call this morning at 7 AM and the same tech answers. He tells me "shoot, someone was supposed to call you about it. Let me text you." If it weren't for Kyle and Nick who saved the day, this would have been a 1 star review. We had the kind of guests coming that you want to clean the carpets for. Long story short-- after TWO tries the carpets actually looked worse than before they started. The carpets were wet for three days and our guests had to wear shoe covers up the stairs. It was embarrassing that our guests we were trying to impress had to see and experience that. I wasn't confident that the issue would be or could be fixed. Kyle and Nick came and diagnosed the issue and then DID AN AMAZING JOB! The 20 year old carpet actually looked new again! And the drying time was so much quicker. They knew what they were doing. Very disappointed in this service. I booked my appt months ago and was very excited for this! I was told the standard cleaning would help with superficial stains and pet hair. The service was a disaster from the start. The service provider that showed up claimed they couldn't perform the service as I live in an apartment. I was never asked what kind of home I live in. Then I was asked to pay up front which I was told I pay once the service is done. They cleaned my 14 foot couch in less than an hour and you can tell. It's streaky, stains are very visible and there's still the same amount of pet hair on the couch as there was prior to the cleaning. When I called their office to express my concerns the man on the phone laughed and said he'd "give them a call". Just all around unprofessional and not worth the cost. read more
