I was excited to use this company. I've been eyeing their Instagram page for a couple years and finally decided to use them. Extremely disappointed in everything! I got my sectional couch, 6 dining chairs, and 6 stools cleaned. I spent $730 on this and was left with dirt spots worse than I had before. It seems like their machine just pushed the dirt around instead of actually extracting it from the furniture. I thought their quality of work would be so much better, but it's honestly just a huge mess. Not only is their work not worth $730 but I also can't help but feel lied to about the price. I had an offer of 50% off all services. So you mean to tell me, original price would have been $1,460 for a sectional, 6 stools, and 6 dining chairs. I'm sorry that sounds crazy to me. I was quoted $20 a chair at first. I didn't even mention the 50% off yet for the $20 quote. So I thought if they told me $20 a chair now with 50% off it would be $10 a chair. But on my invoice they charged me $50 for 6 chairs (50% off brought it down to $25 a chair) and $80 for the other 6 chairs (50% off, now $40 a chair). I asked them about the difference from what I was quoted. They said it was more than $20 a chair because it had a backing. But I still can't wrap my head around how it went from $20 to $80, $60 extra a chair just because it had a back?! I honestly feel duped, they told me a quote and then when I brought up the 50% off offer on their Instagram, here I thought my quote would go down 50%, nope somehow they jacked up the price. Their customer service is just as awful. I've talked to Kyle, Rigo, Alec. They just keep tossing my complaint around to someone else. When I sent them pictures of how bad my furniture looks now, there was no apology, accountability, no concern on their end, no care for my concern. They've offered to send someone out to redo it but it's very difficult for me to be available again. My only availability is on Sundays and they said because of the holidays they can't do weekends this month. So it's a big inconvenience of my time and they don't seem to care and value my time. My excitement for a clean house has quickly turned into regret and a big disappointment. Completely unsatisfied. Look at the pics, do you think this was worth $730? Supposedly 50% off so actually $1,460 job here. Feels very sneaky and scammy not honoring quoted price and jacking up the price when they got here. read more

Customer service was great, I had to have them come back out and fix a few things. The reason I am leaving a lower review is because their prices are very shady. I was initially quoted over $1500 to carpet clean 3 bedrooms and the tile in kitchen/hallway/baths. I told the technician that it was too high especially when they are there for only 2 hours. He immediately told me he could do $700. Why don't they just do set pricing? So just remember to not let them take advantage of you and always ask for them to work a "deal." I still think $700 is too high for the little area of cleaning that they did. I definitely will not use them again. Makes me wonder how many people just accepted initial pricing.
