It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college…read morestudents so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!!
