It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!! The process that owner/operator, Mike, uses is totally different than other carpet cleaners we've employed. There are no big hoses running in and out of your house, being banged against the corners of your walls. After he has thoroughly vacuumed all the areas, Mike uses non-toxic, pet and kid-friendly chemicals and a portable tank of water to pre-treat the areas. Then he uses a floor machine to break down and extract the dirt. The process uses a fraction of the water typically used by competitors, which is important since we all live in the desert where water is precious. Sometimes Mike will need to use more water in areas that are exceptionally dirty, which may increase your drying time a little bit, but our carpets haven't looked this good since we put them in more than 15 years ago. Not only is Mike meticulous, he is friendly and considerate. He provides great value for service that is above and beyond and we couldn't recommend his company more highly!

All sorted out before 9am on a Saturday. Speedy, friendly service. By 11:45 they were done and on their way to the next job. Now, that said, here are some more outstanding points: * Communication . They sent me several text messages throughout the morning to let me know their status. They said they would arrive between 11 and 12 and they arrived just a hair after 11. * Equipment. Gabriel rolled up in a shiny, clean, European style white box truck. It had the big built-in contraption for heating the water and sucking it back out. All the hoses were clean and the pretreatment smelled great! * Friendly. Gabriel and his coworker (sorry, I didn't get his name) were both smiling and were happy to explain about how the pH can affect the carpet, and why the water they were using made all the difference in the quality outcome I could expect. * Professional. Attention to detail. All the vacuum marks lined up and looked great! Gabriel even put plastic under the feet of the sofa to protect the wood and under a large mirror too. He spent extra time going over a dirty soap spot left over from a previous cleaning (provided by my apartment complex) I'm going to have them back to do my sofa and love seat. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen.
