To date, a year later we never got that estimate. This time there was no home remodel. It was floors. So the owner was incorrect and deflecting. We had a flood in our house and our "remodel" was new floors and some patch work on the drywall from the flood. Two small areas of drywall. No other remodel. For flooring they said could have been done within a week or two. But 8 weeks later with our floors torn up we could not get an estimate to save our lives. If someone is calling you once a week for 2 months about floors and you can't get back to them, that is just bad business pure and simple. Hope the family gets it together for future customers.
