The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.

She's been in the industry a long time and it shows--she has deep knowledge and great long-standing contacts for the different parts of the job. She was incredibly patient with all my questions and gave me some really solid educational advice rather than just trying to push a sale. The crew was also top-notch. Javier handled the demo and cleanup, and I was seriously impressed that he got it all done without damaging any of the baseboards. Herberto is a master with tile; he laid large-format marble across a whole wall with perfectly consistent grout lines. The tile was also laid exactly level- making up for our uneven walls- which even the Shower Glass installers were impressed with. He also tackled a complex diamond pattern on the floor in a really tight space using large porcelain tiles, and the precision was spot on. We honestly, don't know how he did it. On top of the quality, the pricing and quotes were very fair--especially considering the level of craftsmanship you're getting. He talked me through the process and the quote and responded quickly to my email and texts. The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. Denis was prepared with a fix, pouring leveler and the next morning he and his father (a real family business) efficiently and skillfully finished the job. We are very pleased with the end result.

The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! As I do interior decor work and renovations in Toronto, I said that I would take care of the shopping. I contacted a few flooring places that had good reviews on Yelp and narrowed it down to Arizona Wholesale Floors. We visited this company and they had a large selection of flooring samples. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product which are in the pictures below.
