My comments in original review are still accurate. Jon can make any excuse he wants, but it still cost us 7 days of work on our hands and knees to clean up his mess. You don't need to look elsewhere for a carpet and tile cleaning company, GCS is the BEST. We have used other companies in the past that promised a lot but underdelivered. That was not the case with GCS. I called and spoke with Mark. He was eager to answer all my questions and help me get a cleaning scheduled. They worked with my schedule and were able to get me on their books the following week. The cleaners were super friendly and easy to work with. They helped us move the bigger items off the floor, which was so generous. The service was quick and cost-effective, and they did a fantastic job. Our grout looks BRAND NEW. Love how my floors look! The grout is so clean. Did not have to ask them to go over any spots because it all looked great. They also had installed our carpet a couple of years ago and did a fabulous job. Really good quality. This is the only company I will use. GCS has the most 5 star reviews and now I know why. They did a great job cleaning our tile and carpet. We scheduled them to clean our tile in the kitchen/dining area, but he explained that the quote he gave me covered up to 400 sq feet so he offered to include the tile in our 2 bathrooms as well! I really like that he offered that and didn't need to but because he is an honest, hard working man he was happy to do it. Our 3 Golden Retrievers did well with them in our home too, which says a lot. The guys were kind and respectful with our dogs and that means a lot to us. We contacted Nara to originally clean the grout in our backsplash. On the phone he walked me through how to do this myself, but the issue was greater than what we could handle. He came to the house for service, tried a few tricks that he had, but unfortunately the grout was to stained to be cleaned. For his time and effort, he did not charge me anything. What an amazing and honest gentleman. We did have him come back the following week to clean and seal the grout on our floors. He did an amazing job, worked Efficiently and neatly. They also scheduled the carpet and tile clean within three days of contacting them. The tile grout cleaning was as advertised; all the black grout was cleaned. I am very impressed by that. My wife was very anxious about using carpet cleaners because of the surprise fees she has been charged in the past. I told the owner this and he was straight with me on cost. The owners communication style over the phone can come across a bit forthright/direct; don't be put off by that. The results are what you are looking for and they did deliver. I will definitely use them again. It was a choice between buying new carpet for $25k, or getting the entire downstairs and stairs of my 4000 square ft house cleaned for just over $300.
