We had a great experience with Owo when he came to clean and repair our grout throughout our house…read more The job ended up being a much larger job than anticipated because the previous owners had put a coating on the tiles that Owo had to get off before he could do his work. We also had voids under the tile which he did his best to fill. He went above and beyond and worked so hard to get our job done as fast as he could and it looked fabulous! Thank you Owo!! I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college…read morestudents so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

The Grout was Driving the wife nuts I called and texted pics to Josh at Desert Tile and Grout Care. Best call I ever made. Josh came out put an estimate together which after calling other companies was very fair. After talking to my wife and I to schedule a day, we found out not surprisingly they were book out a few weeks . Josh found out the wife had family flying in to visit with us for a few weeks. Josh went over his schedule and somehow found a Friday they could do it prior to the family visiting. The workers came out laid down a few grout color Samples. My wife picked the one she wanted and they went to work. The job got done in one day And came out perfect Thanks to all of you! Ken and Julie Carson Laveen AZ (Happy Wife Happy Life)

Highly recommended for all of your tile and grout needs!…read more The owner Josh came by our house to evaluate and give us an estimate for our granite counters and shower. It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again for all our future tile and grout needs!

What a Great Project from Ron and Connie Martin, Owners of Grout Lines USA. So very Professional,…read moreHonest and most of all a True Expert at what he does. His quality of workmanship is so far Superior to what most contractors are today. From my first contact with Connie to meeting with Ron for an estimate to the completion of the project and then the Clean Up. It was a True Pleasure to work with a Professional Contractor that knows what he's doing and then Does It. Ron did Everything he said he was going to do and the Quality of his workmanship was exactly what he said. They placed plastic runners on my floors so not to get them dirty. They cleaned up after the end of each day. Ron is so Honest I left my front door unlocked the first day because I couldn't be there when they arrived. I also left them on another day when I went to a Doctor's Appointment. We started out as one project in my Primary Bathroom Shower. I thought there was mold growing on the grout and caulking. It turned out not to be, it was just poor workmanship and quality of materials. My house is about 2 years old and I Never expected to have these issues. Ron shared with me what he would do to correct the problems and how he was going to do it. I asked him for an idea of what this was going to cost and he said he would provide a written estimate in a few minutes. When he showed me the estimate I was very impressed because I thought it was going to be quite a bit more money. At this point I said let's go look at my other 2 bathrooms and see what they look like. Sure enough they were very similar, only not as bad because they're very rarely used. I asked to get a quote on doing them also. I usually get 3 quotes before I make a decision. At this point I felt the price was very fair and I felt very Confident that Ron was going to do Exactly what he said. I gave him the project right then and there. The first day they were working and we were talking about the terrible workmanship in my house so I showed him the terrible caulk job around all 3 of the toilets. And from there I showed him my Kitchen Counters where some of the caulking came loose. He showed me where there was never any caulk ever applied. He again gave me 2 more quotes for me to consider. I said let's just take care of all of it so I don't have to think about it going forward. The complete project was done on time and Better than I had imagined. The real surprise was when they were completely finished they did a Clean Up Job that I couldn't even tell they were there. If anyone needs Caulking and Grout Work save your time calling several contractors out to give you prices. I would Only work with Ron from Grout Lines USA in the future. I almost forgot to share that Ron shared with me how to clean my Floors, Tiles and Countertops going forward. He also shared with me what products to use and how to use them. He's A True Professional.

This told me they truly knew tile and how to care for it with proper equipment. Tony came out to give an estimate whic was prompt and detail oriented. My wife and I were impressed by his personal touch but in depth knowledge of how they were going to clean and make our floors look brand new. Pricing was extremely FAIR including repairs of some grout and tiles that were popping up. When it came time for cleaning, Daniel arrived. He again was knowledgeable and informed us he would make our floors shine! When we arrived back at our home after the work was done, less than an entire day, we were extremely impressed. Our grout was back to the original color, the repairs were seamless and our floors were shining! Numerous people have commented on how much different our floors like. The sealant brought out the true color in our beautiful slate floors. We will recommend The Grout Doctor to anyone who asks for a reference for tile floor cleaning and sealing.

First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.
