At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. This told me they truly knew tile and how to care for it with proper equipment. Tony came out to give an estimate whic was prompt and detail oriented. My wife and I were impressed by his personal touch but in depth knowledge of how they were going to clean and make our floors look brand new. Pricing was extremely FAIR including repairs of some grout and tiles that were popping up. When it came time for cleaning, Daniel arrived. He again was knowledgeable and informed us he would make our floors shine! When we arrived back at our home after the work was done, less than an entire day, we were extremely impressed.
