But after gathering quotes their prices are VERY competitive - they came in below several others, offering the same thing. The consultation was valuable as it provided a ton of insight and the employee who helped me was wonderful. It's a local family-owned business with a great reputation and I see why! (I was getting grout sealed in my new-build home and I want someone who can come do touch ups on home grout sealing. They have a minimum for each project, which is very fair, and it didn't suit my particular needs.)

It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. He is a very knowledgeable guy. 2. The two employees who did the work, Marco and Jeff, were professional and hard working. They moved all the furniture, although of course, I got the small stuff out of the way. They moved things carefully and nothing was damaged. I was happy with them. 3. The work itself was good. I have posted a before and after photo of the bathroom tile as well as one of the finished slate, although the latter is difficult to appreciate because it's dark. I have about 1,200 square feet of travertine flooring that was installed about 12 years ago. Over…read morethat time it's gotten dingy and there were hairline cracks in about 10 of the tiles. I called two companies for quotes and Bella won out. Not because of price (they were very close to each other) but because of the knowledge, attitude of the owner Ace. Because of bad weather Ace had to reschedule an outside job he had so he was able to get started earlier than I expected. The night before he showed up we moved everything we could out of the rooms. When Ace showed up he moved the heavy pieces out and he got to work. When it came to the cracks Ace gave me two options. He could replace the cracked tiles or try to repair them. I opted for the repair. He ground out the cracks to make them larger so the epoxy filler would hold better and he color matched the repair to the tile. They look great. For the entire floor he cleaned it, honed it, and then polished it. Ace did the dinette area first so we could decide on how polished we wanted it. We had him take it up a notch and he did the rest of the house. In total it took two full days to do the work. It looks better than it did when it was installed.
