Within days to months of the original repair, I experienced continued leaks and had to request multiple return visits. During one of those attempts, a new leak was actually created in an adjoining room, causing additional damage to my home and furniture. I was in direct contact with the owner, Kirk, who personally came out to inspect not only the leak itself but the damage that resulted from it. He apologized and assured me the issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately, after that, communication stopped completely and all accountability disappeared. To this day, the problems were never properly resolved. I still have the correspondence, photos, and documentation to support everything stated here. Mistakes can happen with any company. What matters is how they handle them. In my experience, the lack of follow-through, integrity, and accountability is what should make potential customers think twice before hiring this company.

Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! I think it is also important to thank both the CEO, Michael and the President, Jeanette for checking in throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. I have never been treated with so much care as a customer. The whole team deserves recognition for the role they played in getting this job to the finish line. Lyon's evaluator came out and scheduled a repair, my warranty was ending and the roof was due for a recoat. We had a minor issue with the repair, I called and talked to Jessica in scheduling (excellent customer service skills). Jessica ran with it and brought in their Project Manager Johnny. He immediately came out and evaluated the roof. Johnny scheduled the recoat and confirmed the work required. Robert the recoat team lead and his guys were very professional and worked extremely hard to recoat my roof, making a 40 year old roof appear almost new again. Johnny was out both days validating the work required. Great customer service and excellent work. I am a very pleased customer.

The really good...Johnny, Robert, Alex and the crew were awesome. 5 stars. They were here before 6:00 each morning. They did a really great job. I have no complaints/issues with anything they did. The not so good...the residential roofing consultant whom I will not name. When he came to give me an estimate on 8/29 he told me that I should have new faschia boards put on too. He said that they'd get them put up, paint them and make them look great. As the boards were being put up, I asked Alex when (not if) they would be painted. I was told that Lyons does not paint the faschia boards. This took me by surprise. I looked at the contract I signed on 8/31 and it stated that Lyons doesn't paint. I don't know why the RRC would tell me that the faschia boards would be painted when he knew they wouldn't be. When I called him he denied saying it. He basically called me a liar. He also said he would send me a list of painters. Of course he didn't. This really left a bad impression and ruined what should have been a positive experience. Would I recommend Lyons Roofing? I'm not sure. Based on the work done I'd say absolutely yes. Based on being misled by the RRC, I'd say no.

I met with three roofing companies that had outstanding reviews on Google and Yelp. I am sure I would have been pleased with any of the three of them, but I am really glad I went with Johnson Roofing. My experience with them started with Miguel Cepeda. His presentation was clear and detailed. He explained all aspects of the project and how they would get the job done. He recommended a few things that we're different than the competition. I was especially impressed with his explanation about venting and the specific vents he was recommending to replace my current vents. Most importantly, Johnson Roofing what's the only company that offered an easy to apply for payment plan through a bank that offered 12 months interest-free financing. We don't really see what any of these roofing companies are doing in detail while the project is being completed. So we normally have to go on faith that they did everything important and with the highest quality. At the end of the project, Miguel reviewed all the work with me via photos that were taken during the project. I could see in detail that a lot of plywood was replaced. Some companies might not have been as thorough or willing to do some of the things that Johnson did on its own. The review with Miguel gave me total comfort that's the job was done properly. The cleanup was excellent and so was the crew.

Extremely upset with the lack of care and work that was done. As you can see in photos original tile wasn't completely removed properly that its showing off the side. And tiling does not line up with countertop. A drawer was to be replaced and was never done. The paint on the cabinet are horrible. The color is not what was requested... it's far from a deep navy blue. The hardware on all cabinets were painted over. Looks terrible. * also adding photo of drawers that were meant to be repaired. We feel completely taken advantage of. I'd keep a close eye on their work if I were you.

When John Bell Jr showed up he suggested that it was an easy fix. Told me he would get his ladder go up on the roof and then come back and let us know what was going on. A few minutes later John came back with the good news. He replaced the cap that was missing. Inspected the roof. No repairs necessary and no charge for the service. He was truly a pleasure to work with a company that goes out of their way to satisfy a customer and doesn't even bill them. I can assure you if we ever do need a roof repair. We know where to go now. They pretty much did everything in just one day, and had to come back for just some minor things. They were very professional and definitely clean with their process. We had a little bit of damage from the most recent monsoon and they came right out and fixed it no problem! We have recommended them to everyone we know.
