First I tried the homebuilders company I've used them before but this time, they just wouldn't coordinate with the Solar Company or respond well to me. The wind probably caused Solar and Vent problems, last December water began leaking into the house below the Solar panel area. Molly Rushing at Sun Run Customer Care had Titan do their part, they were great too. I told Molly how frustrated I was with the homebuilders roofing company, she referred me to Reimagine Roofing in Phoenix. Right after I called them Christian texted, with his picture and asking when he could set up a time to inspect, inside and out. Reimagine coordinated panel removal, the roof was reinspected repairs made and panels reinstalled. Christian was great to work with and he responded quickly to my calls, coordinating our schedules. He diagnosed a problem with the Pipe and O'hagen vents. And explained in detail that these vents were only nailed in place, never sealed with mastic this left them vulnerable to wind damage, gaps were forming between the flashing and the roof. In a heavy driving rain could come in and damage the ceiling Several of my neighbors have visibly damaged vents and tiles from past windstorms. I'll pass the word about Reimagine roofing.
