This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. We had a miscommunication with our flooring company and got white grout with our wood-style title. To make wood-style tile look like a hardwood floor, you need grout that matches the tile's color. Brian from Sir Grout gave me a very reasonable quote to recolor all 1,500 sf of the grout. They moved all the furniture, scrubbed the tile clean, and put everything back. After they left, I found two closet floors that were missed, and they came back within a few days and got those too. I would use Sir Grout in the future!
