Canceled booking without effective notice, followed by a dismissive response I booked a July 15, 9:00 AM cleaning and received a confirmation. Simple Shine later said they had canceled the booking because they had no cleaners available in North Phoenix, but I did not receive or locate the cancellation email or text they claimed to have sent. I took PTO, prepared my studio, and waited for a cleaner who was never coming. Their phone went to voicemail. When I asked for proof of the cancellation notice, they provided an internal cancellation record and an unrelated older SMS record, but no evidence showing that a July cancellation email or text was actually sent or delivered. Their response focused on the fact that I was not charged, while ignoring the wasted PTO, preparation, and waiting time caused by their communication failure. Save your money and use another company!! My wife and I hired this company to clean our house before a home appraisal. Prior to scheduling the appointment my wife went over exactly what was needed including a recently remodeled bathroom. Due to the recent remodel it was suggested that we do a "Deep Clean" verses a standard cleaning. We agreed to the service and the price, which included the kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office. The manager, or at least I think that is his title, said just make sure they have access to the areas and let them do their job and clean. That is exactly what we did. To the point my wife and I sat in my office so we were out of the way. After about 5 hours the cleaners had completed the kitchen, dining room, and living room, they took a short break for lunch, and returned to continue on the rest of the house or so we thought. After returning, the cleaners started on the master bedroom and bathroom. It was at this point we ran into the end of the day when Greg text my wife said the cleaners were leaving and would be back the next day to finish the job due to it taking so long. The excuse that was given was it was because of the remodeled bathroom, which was referred to as "post construction." Doing a tile floor and replacing the caulking in a tub is not construction. As a matter of fact it should have saved them time, because they didn't need to clean the floor or wipe down the floor panels, which was included in the service, since they were brand new. Greg stated this was never discussed and we would have to pay additional money to have the rest of the house finished. He said we told them the house only had " a little dust" which were in fact his words about my office, and had nothing to do with the master bed and bath. As far as I'm concerned this was a bait and switch. We even went to the lengths of going over the initial call, which was recorded by them, and confirmed that everything WAS in fact discussed. Still, we were told we would have to pay more. Keep in mind they didn't even complete 50% of the work promised. The master bedroom was not complete, they didn't finish cleaning the master bathroom, they didn't touch the second bathroom, either of other other two bedrooms, or my office. So they did less than half of what was promised, charged us FULL price, and tried to charge us additional funds outside of what we agreed on. They have made no attempt to make this right, or even take any responsibility. My wife and I had to clean the rest of the house ourselves. Also, I have security camera footage which can confirm all time frames stated above. They company knew exactly what they were suppose to clean here and just simply didn't do it. We had to foot the bill for the lack of time management on the part of their staff. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more

Our cleaner moved to Florida, and sadly we had to find a new cleaner. Greg called me right away. He went over everything they offer including pricing. Heidi was on time, pleasant, professional and discussed her first cleaning with us. The only item that needed clarification was the dusting. I like to use product on the wood furniture, and the quote was for Swiffer only. We are okay with this because we treat the wood furniture ourselves several times a year. Heidi did a fantastic job inside our home and the patio furniture and rug outdoors on the covered patio. The best part, Heidi will be our cleaner each month!
