I would not recommend hiring this company for a move in clean. They were late to get there, chipped a door frame into a bedroom, missed closet shelves, did a terrible job with the kitchen, and complained about how much work it was and hoped "they get a big tip". A manager had to come back and finish the next morning because they weren't done the first day. They also over charged me and it took four phone calls to get the credit back even after being assured they already gave me the refund Find another company if you want an actual deep clean. read more

I've been using Two Maids (Gilbert location, and that matters! ) for almost 8 months now. I've had several staff members come and go but I have had Sophia consistently now for a few months. She is fantastic. I love how detail oriented she is and she's always very pleasant and smiling. She's had Angela with her the last couple of times. Angela is also very good and pleasant. They did a great job and I love the fact that they utilize a check system and have a supervisor come by to check the job. The ooonly knock is that it was quite pricey for the service. Recommended Two Maids and a Mop to real estate clients for a deep clean and then a touch up cleaning immediately prior to our closing date. First cleaning went well, however, at the second cleaning the glass door to the oven was broken during the cleaning service. When my clients called to try and come to resolution regarding the damage, the response was, "you cannot prove it was our cleaners who broker the glass". Part of any business model is the companies ability to handle complaints and concerns from clients. The customer service at Two Maids is shameful. When dealing with concerns; a gentle ear, accountability and an apology are a must. None was offered by Two Maids. Shame on you! read more

Two Maids has been cleaning our house since we moved in a year ago. We have 3 kids under 5 and a very hairy dog! Christy and Brianna R are the dream team! Any time we need a clean they are quickly responsive to schedule ahead of time or sometimes we need an emergency clean (re: surprise visitors!) and they always fit us in. Cost is reasonable for the square footage and how dirty it can get. Cleaning day is our favorite day! They do an amazing job with the clean- getting all the nooks and crannies and using green, non-toxic products which smell amazing. Highly recommend!! read more

I've been paying for premium cleanings, get the bare bones minimum done. Bathroom floors left dirty, stove left with spots, tub was still covered in oils still, missed dusting in multiple locations. On top of poor service for what you pay, they want to nickel and dime you. I called to reschedule my appointment due to my husband being infected with Covid 19, they still want to charge me 50% of my cleaning because I didn't give 48 hours notice. Which is disgusting, he tested this morning and came up positive, so you wan to be in my house cleaning with someone infected!!? Manager calling me was unhelpful and rude and made sure to tell me we would be charged. I know the policy but they just felt the need to call back to make sure. ANNOYING. Recently we scheduled for this company to come and do a quick two hour clean before we closed on our home and the new buyer took ownership. Our home was unoccupied at the time and prior to the cleaning crew arriving our realtor had done a final walk through for the buyer. The cleaning was the last item we needed to complete before turning the keys over. Unfortunately, while the crew was in our home they broke the glass door on our oven. The crew left without reporting the issue and our buyer found the stove in damaged condition. We contacted the cleaning company that night and Kathryn assured us the repairs would be covered and replaced ASAP due to the closing of our home being in two days. The next morning, Kathryn was spinning a completely different story. I could hear her manager whispering to her on the phone about them not covering the damage. They gave us the run around all day. Saying they would cover only a portion of damages and no part installation. Our buyer planned to sign papers on our home and needed a paid invoice for the broken oven part and a scheduled time for the repair man to replace the part. Management REFUSED to provide this for us. We ended up paying for our scheduled cleaning, the broken oven parts AND the repair service. THIS COST US 1000 dollars. All due to there awful customer service. This is not a company whom you should trust. They do not hold to their promises of replacing any broken or damaged items during the cleaning. This company took advantage of the fact that know one was occupied in our home at the time of service. They refused to pay and didn't even offer an apology. I'd NEVER EVER EVER recommend this company, whether its MESA OR GILBERT. Find another company that you can trust, because if anything is reported damaged they will not fix the problem. I contacted Two Maids for a deep cleaning after we had some renovations and before we were having a party. They were prompt and courteous, little was I aware that those would be the only positive things I could say about this service. They were only here for 3 hours for a 3000 sq ft house. Main bathroom just completed renovation and not yet used, so a light wipe down was all that was needed. I was working and not inside to observe their work. When I came in to check on them they said they were done. I said ok, thanked them and they gathered their things. I was on a business call and noticed they completely missed an area. I was able to catch them before the drive off. They came back in and spent less than 5 minutes on the area. Due to the angled lighting I could not see that they just moved the dust, but it was still visible. Then I started looking through each room. Horrific! Semi dusted the fronts of everything that had a top service but there were actually lines were they decided no one would see the other half. Not one framed piece of artwork was cleaned, not one table top light fixture. Some kitchen cabinets were wiped, but not others. I am not exaggerating when I say, that the dust was still plentiful. The LVP flooring was cleaned, but streaked due to the Swiffer like cleaning instruments they use. Basically not really cleaned, again just moved dirt around. I had stripped all the beds and laid clean bedding on each to be made once the cleaning was complete. I told them that one set of sheets was still drying and which bed it went on. Unsure who taught them how to make a bed, but it could not have been a professional. They never took the drying sheets out, but made the bed with just the quilt. Giving me extra work. I called them to make them aware, and they sent one guy out the following morning to make things right. I had family arriving ant moment and no time to tell him how to do the job I paid for. He was very nice, and an accident occurred that the business took care of. He kept asking what else, that's your job, not mine. You should look at everything and see what was missed. I spoke to him about the horrible cleaning from the previous day, he mentioned lack of skilled employees. So this "chain" business has made their issues mine. However, this business should have paid me for ALL the cleaning that was NOT done or not done correctly prior to my party. I chose this company over another because they are veteran owned. Even though the other company said it would take 5 hours and four people, and had MANY more reviews at the same level. Same price without the coupon. Unfortunately a bad experience will be spread more often with neighbors and friends, than a positive experience. We also own a small business so I always want to support the same, this one is a HARD PASS. read more

They did a walk through before starting to address all areas they would clean and I was able to show them extra areas like my front door screen. I hired this business to do the, "Move Out" cleaning of my apartment on 26 DEC 2019 AD. They did a terrific job! Their pricing was fair and their level of service was outstanding! The business will run the charge for your service, on the night of your service; they can email you the receipt in the event your apartment manager needs to see it. (Otherwise, some apartment managers may charge you a cleaning fee). I would recommend this company to family and friends! Exceptional service with cleaners that do a great job. Always early or on time with friendly teams. Customer Service is supportive as well. The only reason for 4 stars is due to increased pricing. Because of rising costs across the board, I could no longer afford a bi-weekly service, had to stop service for a few weeks, and wanted to resume under a new monthly plan. The new monthly plan would be 29-35% higher than what a monthly plan was quoted just 6 months ago (advised due to COVID). I understand there are labor and supply shortages, but am unfortunately unable to afford an increase of that measure. To be fair, I would be under a *new* plan so it's not as if the business increased prices under any plan I was currently on. Prices were not increased for my existing plan, only when I wanted to change the service routine. All in all, I would recommend the business to others for the quality, knowing you are paying for a job well done. read more

We started up the bi-weekly service a couple months ago and have been very happy with their work. They always arrive on time, are friendly & professional, and leave our home looking and smelling great. What put them over the top recently was their response after I pointed out they had missed something. After a cleaning I texted and told them an area of the floor had been missed. They thanked me for letting them know, apologized and said they'll make sure to address it. On the next visit they really went all out and cleaned the house better than ever. Once completed they asked me to walk through with them to point out anything they may have missed.
