I wish I could give them 0 stars. I paid for a deep clean and didn't even receive a basic cleaning. I have a 3,600 sq ft home. There were two cleaners and they were only here for two hours. My baseboards and light switches weren't dusted. My doors and walls weren't spot cleaned. Surfaces were lightly touched. Floors weren't throughly vacuumed or mopped. They said for a revisit they would only allow 3 hours. It is not possible to get a deep clean done within 3 hours for the size of house I have unless there are 4-6 cleaners. RC is a manager there based out of Dallas and is rude and condescending. She would not let me get a word in and her responses were repetitive. Do not go through this company, RUN. They will not issue a full refund as they have to account for cleaning supplies and paying the cleaners.... read more

I booked the perfect clean after seeing someone I know post about them on Instagram. While I did appreciate the inside of my oven and microwave being cleaned (since I never do that myself lol), I did not appreciate the lack of cleaning done just about everywhere else in my home. I had to call them and ask for a team to come out again to touch up the missed spots I asked specifically about. Fans were not dusted appropriately, tops of door frames with layers of dust left behind, the floor not vacuumed/mopped thoroughly etc. photos attached are after the second "cleaning" I was told I would hear back from them today (Monday) since I was dealing with this on a Friday afternoon and the office was closing. I would not recommend this company. They do not respect the customers time, they show up when they feel like it. There is a THREE HOUR window and they make full use of it. It's incredibly frustrating! The cleaners do not speak a word of English, communicating is impossible. I was told I would have a DEEP clean. It was FAR from acceptable as a 'regular clean' ... simple things were forgotten. Dusting shelves (you can see the dust/ there's nothing on the shelf) .. trash cans forgotten to be emptied. The cleaners left shower items on top of the toilet, shoved clothes and bathroom items in a drawer, rearranged things without notifying me (couldn't find items or get a hold of them to find them), saw some parts dusty, and crumbs left on the counter. For the premium clean it was 50/50 done. Most rooms weren't fully vacuumed or mopped. There was a lot of dust left on counters and tables and the showers weren't fully cleaned. It looked like the floor was scrubbed in showers but not walls or rest of it. Overall the house looked cleaner but for the premium clean pay a lot left unfinished. read more

This has not been a good experience. Moments after they left the 1st time I sent about 15 photos of rugs not cleaned, shower not cleaned, cobwebs and dust still on bar stool legs, cleaning rags left lying around, furniture in disarray, dish soap blobs still on my sink area, blinds left half up/down crooked, hair in sinks etc. etc. I immediately called, they offered to come back the next day however I work from home and already had alot of interruptions with them knocking on doors constantly while I was presenting in meetings and had already communicated, I would not be available. Ok so I give them a second shot - immediately after they left the second time, I sent about 10 pictures, 5 of them with bugs still in many different corners of the main living space, dust/cobwebs still on the bar stools etc. etc. To top it off they over charged me and assured me they would refund me, nope they issued a credit trying to force me to use them again. cleaners have showed up late to 100% of the appointments and missed a very important appointment after confirming before family arrived in town. cleaning is inconsistent, average at best, and I did not get trash bags put back in my trash can, or the air fresheners. I was supposed to talk the property with the crew before and after cleaning- that never happened. While they have not kept their contractual commitments to me (the customer), they would like to hold me to a four months agreement of more missed commitments and broken promises. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I woke up the day of my service VERY sick. Like urgent care then sent to the ER sick. Despite worrying about my health, I called to reschedule my cleaning (not cancel - reschedule), and they said they could either clean around me while I lay in bed or I had to pay 50% of my usual cleaning fee. I have never canceled once and this was a true emergency. Insane way to treat loyal customers. Also, all the 5 star reviews they get are likely because they pressure you after each service to leave a 5 star review to be entered into a drawing for cleaning credit. "Do not call The Perfect Clean for a move out service. They were recommended to me by the company who cleans our floors for a full service clean but that is not what I received. I called and specifically asked if they would clean our appliances, walls and windows. They said that the move out deep clean would be exactly those things. It was a "top to bottom" clean. The only change I made was that I asked that they do not clean the inside of cabinets or fridge. Reiterating that the baseboards, walls, and windows were the focus. They again said they had noted all my request and we scheduled services. I received two confirmation text and communicated door entry codes and verified that we would not need to be present for the clean and all Communication could be done remotely. They agreed. The day of the clean I received text informing me that the cleaners had arrived and asked what the focus should be. I again said that my biggest concern was the baseboards and windows. I then received a call to inform me that they do not clean windows and that they "reviewed the call and confirmed that I never asked about windows" the account manager was very rude and lied about the communications we had had. He said I never requested window cleaning, that I never told them I would not be present for the clean, and that a detailed list of services were sent to me and that I had signed to agree to them. None of which was true. I then requested detailed photos of the clean before payment was collected to which they agreed. I got limited photos an hour after the clean was completed and was charged before the clean was completed. When my representative went in to inspect the house later that evening we found a rudimentary clean was done. The walls and baseboards were not deep cleaned and the appliances still have a film of grease on them. Terrible customer service. Mediocre clean. Do not hire for deep cleaning services. **Update: This company agreed not to charge me and now they sent the bill to COLLECTIONS. For services they literally did not render. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is trash. They purchased my existing cleaners route. They have come to my house 3 times since then. Each time they do a progressively worse job. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back and I fired them. I had to completely reclean the kitchen. Paper on the floors so they didn't vacuum every room entirely. I work from home and unfortunately don't always have time to check their work before they leave. It's been a different cleaning crew each time and the fact that none of the crews do a good job tells me it's a company-wide issue and not just a couple of lazy employees. Do NOT use this company.
