I used their bi-weekly services for a year and a half. Pros, they bring all of their own equipment and cleaning products. They had a text number to contact management or communicate with the crews. And they leave these nice smelling air fresheners. I was disappointed for several price increases and then an additional credit card fee during my time using their services and ultimately felt like $250 every other week wasn't enough for the thoroughness of the job I was receiving. I had requested multiple times for a consistent cleaning crew but it always felt like we got someone different. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I paid for a deep clean and didn't even receive a basic cleaning. I have a 3,600 sq ft home. There were two cleaners and they were only here for two hours. My baseboards and light switches weren't dusted. My doors and walls weren't spot cleaned. Surfaces were lightly touched. Floors weren't throughly vacuumed or mopped. They said for a revisit they would only allow 3 hours. It is not possible to get a deep clean done within 3 hours for the size of house I have unless there are 4-6 cleaners. RC is a manager there based out of Dallas and is rude and condescending. She would not let me get a word in and her responses were repetitive. Do not go through this company, RUN. I booked the perfect clean after seeing someone I know post about them on Instagram. While I did appreciate the inside of my oven and microwave being cleaned (since I never do that myself lol), I did not appreciate the lack of cleaning done just about everywhere else in my home. I had to call them and ask for a team to come out again to touch up the missed spots I asked specifically about. Fans were not dusted appropriately, tops of door frames with layers of dust left behind, the floor not vacuumed/mopped thoroughly etc. photos attached are after the second "cleaning" I was told I would hear back from them today (Monday) since I was dealing with this on a Friday afternoon and the office was closing. This is the worst cleaning company I've ever had. $600 for premium cleaning. They offered it for $415. Still overpriced. The language barrier was impossible. We had to pull up Google Translate to communicate. The fans all had dust remaining after they were there for 3 hours. The baseboards weren't even touched. Dirt was still visible on all windows. They showed up with just a swifter. No mop. Typically, when you pay for a premium cleaning service, your house smells like cleaning supplies. Didn't smell clean at all. They also didn't go into corners to clean dust. Very unsatisfied with this service. Will never use again. I suggest going elsewhere for cleaning. I would not recommend this company. They do not respect the customers time, they show up when they feel like it. There is a THREE HOUR window and they make full use of it. It's incredibly frustrating! The cleaners do not speak a word of English, communicating is impossible. I was told I would have a DEEP clean. It was FAR from acceptable as a 'regular clean' ... simple things were forgotten. Dusting shelves (you can see the dust/ there's nothing on the shelf) .. trash cans forgotten to be emptied. To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as a formal demand for a full refund of the $437.75 I paid for a "deep cleaning" service performed by The Perfect Clean. The service provided fell significantly below the standards advertised and agreed upon, constituting a material breach of contract. The cleaning crew assigned to my home failed to properly clean the upstairs and did not adequately clean the downstairs at all. Numerous areas were missed entirely, including the baseboards and couches, which were never vacuumed. The blinds were only partially cleaned, and substantial amounts of dust remained throughout the home. During the service, I was forced to repeatedly direct the cleaners to revisit areas that had been overlooked or inadequately cleaned. To verify the quality of the work, I conducted a simple dust test by wiping surfaces while wearing a black shirt, which clearly demonstrated that dust remained after the cleaning was supposedly completed. Additionally, after I requested that certain areas be cleaned again, the cleaners spoke negatively about me and my requests in Spanish. While they may have assumed I would not understand them, I am familiar enough with the language to recognize the nature of their comments. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to the numerous deficiencies in the service, I contacted your Manager of Operations during the appointment. The manager ultimately instructed the cleaners to leave because, according to her, they were not meeting my expectations. My expectation was straightforward: that the deep cleaning service I purchased would be completed thoroughly and professionally. At the time the cleaners were instructed to leave, the downstairs area of my home had barely been touched. As a result, the contracted service was never completed. Furthermore, I received a text message soliciting a five-star review in exchange for an incentive. Such practices may violate the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines regarding endorsements and incentivized reviews. Accordingly, I demand a full refund of $437.75 within ten (10) business days of receipt of this letter. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available remedies, including filing formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and any applicable consumer protection agencies. This has not been a good experience. Moments after they left the 1st time I sent about 15 photos of rugs not cleaned, shower not cleaned, cobwebs and dust still on bar stool legs, cleaning rags left lying around, furniture in disarray, dish soap blobs still on my sink area, blinds left half up/down crooked, hair in sinks etc. etc. I immediately called, they offered to come back the next day however I work from home and already had alot of interruptions with them knocking on doors constantly while I was presenting in meetings and had already communicated, I would not be available. Ok so I give them a second shot - immediately after they left the second time, I sent about 10 pictures, 5 of them with bugs still in many different corners of the main living space, dust/cobwebs still on the bar stools etc. etc. To top it off they over charged me and assured me they would refund me, nope they issued a credit trying to force me to use them again.
