When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company. After initially indicating they would review the matter, Molly Maid later declined to return or offer any resolution, citing the five-day delay in reporting the issues and stating there was no "intent" to leave the home dirty. I was disappointed with both the quality of the kitchen cleaning and the lack of customer service in addressing the concerns.
