We are new customers and have only had one cleaning so far but would like to say the experience has been great so far. We have a 1500 sq ft house and need the whole place cleaned. We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning. The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge. I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well. read more

We recently moved and requested a deep clean before unpacking all of our things. The ladies mopped and that was about it. Windows were dirty, shower was gross, and the kitchen wasn't even touched. Customer service was great and even offered the team to come to the house again free of cost however the attitude of the team that came back was horrendous. They cleaned for thirty minutes and asked me to inspect. During the inspection, I had all three women following me around the house rolling their eyes every-time i pointed something out. I hired Maid easy for move out services. One, the cleaners were dropped off in an unmarked suv and no one speaking English. Cleaning services were performed and when I went back to check, the house stunk, dust was everywhere, and the overly door was removed and left on the counter. Complained and they came back out. They gave me excuse after excuse of the crappy job done. Including the oven door not being able to be reattached. I have provided proof they requested stating the oven was replaced by the property management because the door was unable to be reattached. Since that was provided, Bridgett has been ghosting. Not responding to any emails. BBB has been contacted and they too have been ignoring their emails requesting communication and resolution. Pathetic this is how this company does business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE.. they first called and ask to come earlier than the window of arrival of 12-2 ... we said you could arrive at 11:30am they showed up at 10:50am.. I then feel rushed trying to clean up last items around the house as they are following me around.. then only 10 mins later I get a call from one of the representatives saying I will need to pay extra for extra scrubbing... even though we paid for a "deep clean" .. so then our price went from $370 to $490 .. we then return home and we're very disappointed .. no fresh cleaning smell.. not one counter wiped down.. the extra scrubbing we paid for was no where to be seen, still scuffs and dirt on the base boards... showers not cleaned... I requested a move out clean for a 1500 sf home. First they said it would be $410. I told them it was basically clean..all hard floors...no trash and it should not take very long. Then they offered a coupon and brought it down to $330. Still too much but I hired them anyway because I need to get it ready for a new tenant. They estimated 5.5 man hours. They send you a notification of when each cleaner arrives. I didn't get 5.5 man hours. 1.15 hours for 2 cleaners. I walked through after the cleaning and it looked fine. It wasn't that dirty to begin with. However, today I installed a window blind and when I was done I used a wet paper towel to clean up dust off the floor from drilling into the wall and the floor was filthy. It's vinyl wood flooring so it wasn't obvious when I first walked through. I received a call from this company the day after cleaning and before I noticed the filthy bedroom floors and I told them I was charged too much. I was promised a call back and that didn't happen. I wanted to give one star, but they offered me a 20% refund for my experience. (Still haven't gotten it yet though, so we'll see what happens) I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp. It's hard picking a company you trust to clean your home during a pandemic. I am so disappointed in my choice. Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult? Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration. Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to. My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll* I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned. The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many. The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. Booked for a regular cleaning. They gave me a two hour window from 12-2 which is already bizarre and inconvenient but doesn't really matter because they never showed up. About a half hour after the end of the window, I got a text that they were running late and my servicer was almost there but 40 more minutes have passed and still no one is here. The cleaners showed up at 1130 for a 10-12 window not a big deal. Once there they started cleaning right away, about an hour later they asked me for a vacuum as there's was not working. I did not have one available and they asked if I could buy one and return it. My wife was able to get one and after putting it together the lady said it did not work well enough for what they needed. She also made it a point to tell us how bad our house was and had too much dog hair for them and that's why we broke their vacuum. We do have dogs, but we have two Roomba vacuums that run daily and we dry sweep the house multiple times a week. This is also the reason we were getting a deep clean was to get the cleaning done we don't get to on the day to day side. Also in the 5.5 hours it took I was expecting the baseboards to be wiped down, but that's my only complaint on the overall cleaning side. Overall cleaning was great personality wise and people wise quite the opposite. Would have given 4/5 stars, but felt the asking of a vacuum, using of other supplies, and personality was below average. *** Update On Prior Interaction *** Marcus, who is one of the owners, reached out to me personally about the issue above. I explained I was not unhappy with the cleaning or the service provided, but he insisted that he offer something to make it right. We now are getting a second cleaning set up with Maid Easy on them! They showed up on time and making an appointment with them was a breeze. Their prices were also very fair as most places quoted me double what Maid Easy was charging. The house was pretty spotless by the time they left. Knocking off the star as I did find that they did not clean the top of the fridge. The top of the fridge is one of those obvious places that need to be cleaned so the fact that it was missed makes me question what else was missed. One man's deep is another man's shallow. Terrible, failed attempt at an easy clean job. The photos tell the story of the situation very clearly. I contacted MaidEasy for a deep cleaning of a vacant, just remodeled condo. I expressed my main goal was to have the floors, and top surfaces cleaned since I had had the floors replaced. This would be to ensure that the new furniture I was having delivered went into clean surroundings. I mentioned that the inside of oven, fridge, bathroom details had already been professionally cleaned. I was not on sight when the cleaning happened and arrived at the unit a few days later, during the furniture delivery time. I was told that this company has a set rate for a job depending on the space size and doesn't bill by the hour which made the job with my Yelp discount cost $105. It was shocking, embarrassing, and made me very angry how dirty the unit was. I called the service thinking perhaps the job never happened and was told that it did in fact. And that the guy, who I learned is named Brandon cleaned the condo for a few hours. I looked at the bottoms of my feet as I was on the phone and realized that they were black, the only place I walked with them barefoot was inside of the unit. The lady told me she would send out someone to come and clean to correct the error immediately, 20minutes when I asked for a time estimate. This I said wasn't what I'd like but she insisted that I give the company a chance to correct things and said they guarantee their work. I waited for an hour, calling the company back telling them I'd rather just get a refund and that the furniture was now in place so the goal of the job wasn't as accessible. Marcus, the owner arrived in his Lexus with Brandon, I showed him around and he agreed that the job wasn't done well. He explained that they have a 200% guarantee of their work and took me on a verbal roller coaster lasting at least 30minutes. Talking about how the job didn't reflect the reputation of the company and how he'd like to have someone else come the next day or soon to clean again. I said I wasn't on board with that and had to literally tell him he had 5 minutes to leave. Keep in mind that with him and the other cleaners there they could have attempted to on the spot give them an hour or so to deeply clean the unit. I told him I'd like my money back, the 200% of it since that was their policy, he then went on to explain that's not a financial 200% it's some other formula they had with them offering their services. My friend went on to help me clean the unit that evening, him doing the top surfaces and me the floors and the photos show what was there. We later found the checklist on the counter of the items that Brandon claimed to have cleaned and it made me even more upset to see the details the company claims they do in a cleaning. Terrible! As a regular Yelp user I feel obligated to reveal the details of my experience. And am still shocked that an owner would go back and forth about refunding $105. They later did by the way. Had Michelle, she came to do a move out cleaning on the place I was moving out of, I believe the place looked cleaner than when I moved in. She worked her butt off and was amazing. I do wish she had some help because my place is kind of large and instead of her doing all 6 hours herself, could've been done in 3 with 2 cleaners. My last place I moved out of 3 years ago I also used Maid Easy and it was half the size and they sent 2 cleaners they took 2-3 hours to do the move out clean. We just bought a new house and wanted the house deep cleaned before we moved in. I hired maid easy since I'm pregnant and not able to be near the harsh chemicals. The girls who cleaned our house came about 15 minutes late and took around 4 hours cleaning. We have a 1900 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My husband and I stayed outside in the backyard so that we didn't bother them while they were cleaning, but the girls never let us know when they were finished and just left without saying anything. I didn't get to inspect the house and ask them any questions. We began moving our things in a few days later and I finally got saw the results of the cleaning. The refrigerator was still dirty and the cabinets were still dusty. The toilet in our guest bathroom still had stains on it. Overall I think they could've done a far better job for cleaning for 4 hours straight and having 2 of them to clean together. It was a holiday period (X-mas/New Year) and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get a good service to clean up my rental home so I booked out with her about 1 week in advance. From when I made the appointment with Bridget's team to the follow up emails I received confirming the appointment, all things went smoothly. The house they cleaned was about 3400 feet and empty of furniture so cleaning it was a breeze for them even on a time crunch when the carpet cleaners were coming right after them. Hmmm, not sure how to feel about the cleaning. We have a less than 1100 sq ft apartment that cost us $140 for one lady to clean for about 3 hours. We keep our apartment pretty clean... we keep up with it and clean it ourselves every couple of weeks. We wanted to try the service because who doesn't like for someone else to clean?! The lady was very nice and she worked hard. However, our expectations were not fully met. They don't move anything to dust and don't dust under furniture. So I just spent an hour doing that myself. There's a huge difference between using a feather duster and actually cleaning the surface. They don't use a mop, just like a swifter type thing so it didn't really scrub the floors. She didn't get on top of the fridge or the mirrors... Anyway, we decided that it's not worth the money and we'll be happier dedicating our own time to clean our apartment. read more

There was still dog hair everywhere l, they didn't wipe down certain things like windows which costs extra.
