They pointed out areas of our new rental which were CLEARLY not cleaned before we rented and which I had not noticed! Extremely professional and very reasonable rates. The only negative is that with my prior cleaning company I'm used to a smelling the cleaning agent so that it smells clean and having the decorative fold on the toilet paper. Not sure if they use natural products, but if you like the smell of cleanliness, I'd ask that they use those products when they clean your home. read more

I was underwhelmed. I was working while the move out cleaning was performed and was assured I'd receive pictures to review once completed. I got pictures of 4 out of 9 rooms. I did not get pictures of main living area or kitchen. The stove top where the burner control knobs are look as if a solution was sprayed on and never wiped off (it may have stained the surface, I couldn't wipe it off). I was told Arcadia doors would be cleaned inside and out but the workers must not have realized there were two Arcadia doors (master bedroom was missed). I felt pestered for payment once workers left even though I had not received pictures. The return vent in hall was not touched at all. I'm not unhappy but not thrilled either. read more

I had to hire this company to do a move out cleaning for a a filthy one bedroom apartment. Two people showed up and took about 2.5-3 hours. They did an amazing job. Some of the stubborn stains on the floor couldn't be cleaned but everything else was great. I would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to others. I have a 2800 sq ft house that needed a deep clean for pictures as I prepare to sell my house. I sent out a message through Yelp for assistance and waited for responses. Liz responded quickly and her message of what would be completed is exactly what I needed. I did advise in my mass request that I had furniture in the house, plantation shutters and I have been cleaning but needed those cracks and crevices cleaned in a deep clean. The estimate was originally for $180- $215. I messaged back and made sure she understood my house was 2800 sq ft. When the two ladies arrived one was immediately overwhelmed and told my boyfriend she has never been in a house so big much less cleaned one that size. I had told them I did not need hardwood floors or carpeted areas done because Stanley Steemer was coming out the next day. They also did not have to clean closets or cupboards. They told my boyfriend the house was "too dirty" and they needed help and called the owner Liz. We had surface cleaned everywhere, including baseboards and walls, so for her or her employees to say my house was "too dirty" or "filthy" I disagree although there were some areas that I could not reach and therefore requested a deep clean. In the end I had no choice the floors were getting done the next day and pictures were going to get done the day after. I do have two large black labs and a french bulldog. I needed things done one right after the other because anyone with dogs knows things don't stay clean for long especially if you have a pool and labs that can't get enough of swimming. They said my bedroom took three hours. I am attaching pictures of my bedroom and master bath before they came out to clean. Aside from the two nightstands there is no other furniture in that room. They did not clean the lampshades or ceiling fan. This room should not have taken three hours even in a deep clean. They were supposed to arrive at 12 but I got a text they would be arriving at 1 instead. They didn't leave until close to 8pm. They missed two plantation shutters, one of my small alcoves wasn't touched. The leather sofa in the living room still had dust. I noticed three windows were not touched. Two ceiling fans were not cleaned. We did not require them to clean the "shelving" around the house. By the time it was all said in done it cost me $475 and the job was not completed. The estimate was between $180-$215. They used regular household cleaning products and not professional cleaning products. Where they did clean it was a job mostly well done however I would only recommend them if you have an apartment or small house. I was expecting to pay $300 - $325 since the cleaner didn't have to do my walk in closets or tons of cupboards and the majority of my floors and no knick knacks. I would make sure to get a quote before they arrive when doing a deep clean so it doesn't go from $215 on the high end of her first quote (although she changed the quote to $300 on my yelp quote after the cleaning) to $475 was my final bill, that's a $260 difference. I was not totally satisfied with my clean. I had to vacuum after they left because they vacuumed so quickly also in the kitchen the counter tops were smeary I had to clean those also. I asked if they clean the inside windows and was told yes. The patio door was the only window cleaned. They didn't move the bird cage which is on wheels to clean the floor underneath. They cleaned for 1 1/2 hours and I paid for 2-3 hours. read more
