When we contacted the company to discuss our concerns, rather than acknowledging the deficiencies, they suggested our expectations were too high and did not take responsibility for the quality of the work performed and offered a lousy 10% off. Additionally, we were charged for the higher-tier service package despite requesting the lower-tier option. We initially did not object to the additional cost, assuming the enhanced services had been completed. However, after reviewing the scope of work, it became clear that many of the added services associated with the higher-tier package were either not completed or not completed to an acceptable standard. I don't think I've ever been more infuriated with a cleaning. We hired cleanbee to test them out since we were newer to the area. They quoted us 283 for a move-in rate. Our house is a 2 story 2400 sqft home and it was completely empty when they came. They were supposed to get it ready for our move which was happening the next day. Part of the rate included cleaning out drawers and wiping them down, floors, oven, fridge. Fast-forward and these floors are absolutely disgusting. They're still stuck on dirt in the corners, which means they never washed the floors thoroughly. As I go to put utensils away in the kitchen drawers, I noticed the drawers are still gross, there's crumbs from the previous owners so those were not wiped down thoroughly. Genuinely I have no idea what they did while here. The crew was nice, but the work is absolutely terrible. I received a quote from CleanBee for a deep cleaning service with potential for a monthly recurring cleaning appointment if all went well. PROS: * The person who answers inquiries is very nice, highly responsive, and their pricing was very reasonable both for a deep cleaning and regular cleaning services. * They were very easy to work with when I needed to adjust my appointment time. * The cleaning specialists assigned were prompt and very nice (Svetlana and Maria). That said, while I requested a deep clean for my first service, I received what seemed like more of a standard routine cleaning service. Knowing that my kitchen would be a bigger undertaking I asked if they could focus specifically on the kitchen, my two bathrooms, and all the floors which seemed reasonable. CONS: * While they did a great job cleaning the stovetop on my gas range, I was underwhelmed some of the other work done in the kitchen. * The top of the refrigerator was not wiped down. * The countertop behind & on either sides of the sink doesn't appear to have been touched as there was still debris. * A couple areas on the front side of the stove have remaining residue. * the cabinet above my microwave and stove was not cleaned. * A few of the high traffic flooring areas were still dirty. * And lastly, one of the knobs of my stove was broken sometime during the cleaning process, and neither of them mentioned it to me. I only found out when I went to cook later this afternoon as the knob no longer lights the stove went turned (lost gripping). Accidents happen and I would've completely understood, but to not say anything about it left a poor impression. They seemed to be in a rush on their way out, so I did not get the opportunity to go room by room to inspect the work until after they had gone. Perhaps I was not aware of what all should have been included in a 'deep clean'. I had CleanBee in yesterday for a deep clean. I have a big two story house so it took two women 4.5 hours to clean top to bottom. They were so friendly and worked in tandem the whole time.
