Deep Cleaning for moving - they messed up and didn't show up when I went to meet them at the house in the time they had scheduled. Then when I got back to the house I recently moved into across town - they asked me to go back and meet new cleaners hours later. They were still 15 min late. They didn't text me when they were done so I could go look. I went to look at the end of the day and the floors and not been done. or the countertops. They just left and said nothing. I had CleanBee in yesterday for a deep clean. I have a big two story house so it took two women 4.5 hours to clean top to bottom. They were so friendly and worked in tandem the whole time. My house has never been this clean before and believe me when I say I am picky, I am PICKY!! I could not be more pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end. They stay in constant contact with you; answering any questions you may have along the way and wont leave until you have checked the whole house over and it is to your liking. Quality of service was very low. I ordered deep clean and I have to show them the missed spots. They did not mop master bath floor. They did not mop the wood floor in the loft.
