Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. I reported this immediately and was promised an investigation, but never received an explanation. The cleaning itself was unsatisfactory, and blinds were damaged, forcing me to pay for replacements and installation. To make matters worse, the company charged my credit card for substantially more hours than I initially requested, using an invoice I never signed or approved. Most disappointing was the owner's complete lack of accountability. I sent Tim a detailed complaint with photographic evidence, which he confirmed receiving. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, he never provided a substantive response or attempted to resolve the issues. Between the questionable billing, damaged property, incomplete cleaning, and total lack of accountability, I would never trust this company in my home again.

The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you.
