cleaners have showed up late to 100% of the appointments and missed a very important appointment after confirming before family arrived in town. cleaning is inconsistent, average at best, and I did not get trash bags put back in my trash can, or the air fresheners. I was supposed to talk the property with the crew before and after cleaning- that never happened. While they have not kept their contractual commitments to me (the customer), they would like to hold me to a four months agreement of more missed commitments and broken promises. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I woke up the day of my service VERY sick. Like urgent care then sent to the ER sick. Despite worrying about my health, I called to reschedule my cleaning (not cancel - reschedule), and they said they could either clean around me while I lay in bed or I had to pay 50% of my usual cleaning fee. I have never canceled once and this was a true emergency. Insane way to treat loyal customers. Also, all the 5 star reviews they get are likely because they pressure you after each service to leave a 5 star review to be entered into a drawing for cleaning credit. This was a deep clean and they spent 3.5 hours cleaning. They dusted the top of the drapes, blinds, window sills, etc. They cleaned the stove, even tho it is a self cleaning oven. They went above and beyond and were quiet and respectful. They were a great team read more

They came on time send me a text they under way with arrival time. They were friendly polite and did a thorough cleaning.

I had an initial cleaning to start a 6-month commitment for bi-weekly cleaning. The ladies who came to clean were very nice and I appreciated the products they used. My house smelled very nice while they were cleaning and after they left. The coordinator contacted me during the service to ask if there was anything I needed focus on, which I appreciated. The only thing that made this a 4-star review is that I was given a 2-hour arrival window of 1:15p-3:15p. I was notified later that the team would arrive "towards the end" of the arrival window but they didn't get to my house until after 3:45. I felt bad because they didn't leave until 6pm. I am sure it was due to the number of jobs that were scheduled for them that day. The cleaning itself was fine and the coordinators were communicative throughout. There are a few things I want focused on the next time the team is out and the coordinator was very responsive and noted those things and promised personal follow up. All in all, I am satisfied with the service and look forward to having my house cleaned on a regular basis! read more

For the premium clean it was 50/50 done. Most rooms weren't fully vacuumed or mopped. There was a lot of dust left on counters and tables and the showers weren't fully cleaned. It looked like the floor was scrubbed in showers but not walls or rest of it. Overall the house looked cleaner but for the premium clean pay a lot left unfinished. read more

"Do not call The Perfect Clean for a move out service. They were recommended to me by the company who cleans our floors for a full service clean but that is not what I received. I called and specifically asked if they would clean our appliances, walls and windows. They said that the move out deep clean would be exactly those things. It was a "top to bottom" clean. The only change I made was that I asked that they do not clean the inside of cabinets or fridge. Reiterating that the baseboards, walls, and windows were the focus. They again said they had noted all my request and we scheduled services. I received two confirmation text and communicated door entry codes and verified that we would not need to be present for the clean and all Communication could be done remotely. They agreed. The day of the clean I received text informing me that the cleaners had arrived and asked what the focus should be. I again said that my biggest concern was the baseboards and windows. I then received a call to inform me that they do not clean windows and that they "reviewed the call and confirmed that I never asked about windows" the account manager was very rude and lied about the communications we had had. He said I never requested window cleaning, that I never told them I would not be present for the clean, and that a detailed list of services were sent to me and that I had signed to agree to them. None of which was true. I then requested detailed photos of the clean before payment was collected to which they agreed. I got limited photos an hour after the clean was completed and was charged before the clean was completed. When my representative went in to inspect the house later that evening we found a rudimentary clean was done. The walls and baseboards were not deep cleaned and the appliances still have a film of grease on them. Terrible customer service. Mediocre clean. Do not hire for deep cleaning services. **Update: This company agreed not to charge me and now they sent the bill to COLLECTIONS. For services they literally did not render. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is trash. They purchased my existing cleaners route. They have come to my house 3 times since then. Each time they do a progressively worse job. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back and I fired them. I had to completely reclean the kitchen. Paper on the floors so they didn't vacuum every room entirely. I work from home and unfortunately don't always have time to check their work before they leave. It's been a different cleaning crew each time and the fact that none of the crews do a good job tells me it's a company-wide issue and not just a couple of lazy employees. Do NOT use this company. Extremely Disappointed - Not a Deep Clean We hired The Perfect Clean for a deep cleaning of our home before moving in, paying $420 with the expectation that the home would be thoroughly cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, what we got was barely a routine, surface clean, and we were incredibly disappointed with both the quality of service and how the company handled our concerns afterward. Despite this being marketed and charged as a deep clean, here's what we walked into: * Dust everywhere, including on fan blades and large shelves * Sticky adhesive still on cabinets and shelves (when I pointed it out, I was told it couldn't be removed) * Coffee grounds or dirt left in drawers * Walls and shelves still had visible marks * Sweeping wasn't done * Corners weren't wiped down * Mirrors weren't wiped down * Lime scale buildup left untouched around bathroom sinks, bathtubs, and shower heads * Vacuuming was poor, dust was just pushed to the edges of rooms * Cobweb left by the front door where they had entered During the walkthrough, I had to point out obvious areas that hadn't been touched. Shelves were only cleaned, after I pointed it out and waited for it to be done. Every time I pointed out things that weren't cleaned, they acted annoyed or claimed they weren't able to clean it. This did not feel like a team going "above and beyond" as one would expect with a deep cleaning. It felt rushed and careless. After sending 30 photos (Yelp only allows me to upload 20) to document the missed areas, the company refunded me just $100. I explained that the service provided wasn't worth over $300, but they claimed that was all they could offer. Frankly, I question whether they even understood this was supposed to be a deep clean. For the price and the name of the business, we expected "perfect." Instead, we had to clean the house ourselves after they left. Would not recommend. read more
