For the premium clean it was 50/50 done. Most rooms weren't fully vacuumed or mopped. There was a lot of dust left on counters and tables and the showers weren't fully cleaned. It looked like the floor was scrubbed in showers but not walls or rest of it. Overall the house looked cleaner but for the premium clean pay a lot left unfinished. read more

I just became a Customer. I had not hired a Home Cleaning Company in al long time. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The ladies arrived, they did not speak much English, however they were aware how to communicate, they pulled out their phone and I communicated my expectation of the service that was agreed on. They delivered, top notch service and they where fast, it was not a all day job. I will be recommending them to other friends and family. Now, I can relax and enjoy my CLEAN HOUSE. Thanks Nikki read more

**Update: This company agreed not to charge me and now they sent the bill to COLLECTIONS. For services they literally did not render. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is trash. They purchased my existing cleaners route. They have come to my house 3 times since then. Each time they do a progressively worse job. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back and I fired them. I had to completely reclean the kitchen. Paper on the floors so they didn't vacuum every room entirely. I work from home and unfortunately don't always have time to check their work before they leave. It's been a different cleaning crew each time and the fact that none of the crews do a good job tells me it's a company-wide issue and not just a couple of lazy employees. Do NOT use this company. There's so many other options out there. Attached are just a few pics. I could probably put 20 pics on here though. read more

The Perfect Clean team is a blessing! WOW!! I had an initial cleaning to start a 6-month commitment for bi-weekly cleaning. The ladies who came to clean were very nice and I appreciated the products they used. My house smelled very nice while they were cleaning and after they left. The coordinator contacted me during the service to ask if there was anything I needed focus on, which I appreciated. The only thing that made this a 4-star review is that I was given a 2-hour arrival window of 1:15p-3:15p. I was notified later that the team would arrive "towards the end" of the arrival window but they didn't get to my house until after 3:45. I felt bad because they didn't leave until 6pm. I am sure it was due to the number of jobs that were scheduled for them that day. The cleaning itself was fine and the coordinators were communicative throughout. There are a few things I want focused on the next time the team is out and the coordinator was very responsive and noted those things and promised personal follow up. All in all, I am satisfied with the service and look forward to having my house cleaned on a regular basis! read more

First time customer using Perfect Clean. Good service, in and out pretty quickly! They got all the major living space areas cleaned well. They even cleaned up my laundry room. The only miss was our bar area which was still a dusty. For a team of 3 and how quickly and efficiently they serviced the home, the cost is well worth the value. read more

Extremely Disappointed - Not a Deep Clean We hired The Perfect Clean for a deep cleaning of our home before moving in, paying $420 with the expectation that the home would be thoroughly cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, what we got was barely a routine, surface clean, and we were incredibly disappointed with both the quality of service and how the company handled our concerns afterward. Despite this being marketed and charged as a deep clean, here's what we walked into: * Dust everywhere, including on fan blades and large shelves * Sticky adhesive still on cabinets and shelves (when I pointed it out, I was told it couldn't be removed) * Coffee grounds or dirt left in drawers * Walls and shelves still had visible marks * Sweeping wasn't done * Corners weren't wiped down * Mirrors weren't wiped down * Lime scale buildup left untouched around bathroom sinks, bathtubs, and shower heads * Vacuuming was poor, dust was just pushed to the edges of rooms * Cobweb left by the front door where they had entered During the walkthrough, I had to point out obvious areas that hadn't been touched. Shelves were only cleaned, after I pointed it out and waited for it to be done. Every time I pointed out things that weren't cleaned, they acted annoyed or claimed they weren't able to clean it. This did not feel like a team going "above and beyond" as one would expect with a deep cleaning. It felt rushed and careless. After sending 30 photos (Yelp only allows me to upload 20) to document the missed areas, the company refunded me just $100. I explained that the service provided wasn't worth over $300, but they claimed that was all they could offer. Frankly, I question whether they even understood this was supposed to be a deep clean. For the price and the name of the business, we expected "perfect." Instead, we had to clean the house ourselves after they left. Would not recommend. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! I paid $460 for a premium deep clean, their cleaners were beyond irresponsible! They arrived later than the time that was given to me by their customer care representative. By the way they have NO SUPERVISOR! They rushed through their job, broke a mirror in my bedroom. Never completed their checklist and never made me go through that before they left. Shoddy vaccuming, they did not clean the vents in 3 of my bedrooms, did not clean the baseboards. Did not clean the light fixtures, the window sills, did not vacuum my sofas. THEIR CLEANING TEAM WAS OBLIVIOUS OF THEIR CHECK LIST. This was supposed to be a 4-to-5-hour job and they left in 2 hours! They used dirty mops fpr the floors, leaving streaks they did not clean my bathroom floors as they was dirt left behind. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT USE. Paid $500 for a premium deep clean with which they provided a checklist of everything that would be included. It was supposed to be a 4-5 hour clean. They left after 2 hours and did not do more than half of what was on the list - even my floors were still dirty which should be basic. Dressers were not even dusted or wiped off. After sending photos they agreed I did not receive the deep clean that I paid for. They scheduled a re-service and no one showed up. Scheduled another re-service and show up over an hour late and I had to leave. I offered to pay for the basic clean that I received but felt I should be refunded for the deep clean that I did not receive. They refuse to refund or comeback and actually perform the deep clean that I paid them for. Also no one that works for them speaks English and they text you when they arrive that if you need to communicate with them text them to translate. It is all absurd and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. HIGHLY do not recommend wasting your time and money. read more

Everything went great for our first service today! Communication was clear in advance and we were informed that the crew might not be fluent in english. We used Google translate a bit, but the company also provides a text service with a supervisor in the field who can pass messages on to the crew as well. It worked extremely well. Trash company. This company is crooked. I've never left a bad review anywhere in my life, never had to. When I called and went over the quote with a customer service rep, I let him know I wanted the windows done inside and outside and would pay for that. The quote was for $320, house was empty, getting ready for sale, I signed up for a "deep clean". While they were there they told me they do not, in fact, do windows. I felt duped, I asked what monies would be returned to me, they said $20. I asked for a manager, or supervisor, and the same gentleman who made the appt, called me bk 3x and I've yet to hear from a manager. The cleaning that was done was a nightmare. Do NOT give this company your business. read more

Now that I come on here, I should have looked at this company further. I have had many house cleaning companies and individuals over the years but this was by far the worst. What they show in ads and on their websites is not the services I was provided. I then have tried to get a manager to contact me with no results. The girls in the office are nice but they don't listen to what you are saying and keep offering 50 dollars off my next services. The problem is I don't want services that are sub par and this is what you'll get when you hire this company. My oven was still dirty, they did not scrub my shower, the sweeper was a hose they took around on the carpet but no actual lines or running a actual sweeper, I had to ask to have the outside of my fridge done again ( with my own cleaning products) and the list goes on and on. I do NOT recommend using this company. read more

We signed up for Perfect Clean (PC) for a bunch of services, and each time, the team of two showed up with neither able to speak English and so unable to understand our instructions. They cleaned the tile floors with a "Swiffer" type mop and that is terrible for large tile areas. When we asked them to use a mop and mop bucket, each time they said they would tell the next team to do that and each time they did not do that or said it would take too much time. PC's issue is that they have a set amount of time allotted to clean each size home and the teams have to rush off to the next house at that allotted time so they take all kinds of short cuts and they say you have to upgrade to the next level of service at a higher price to get your home cleaned properly. The "loyalty" dept mgr, worked hard to try to get us satisfied, and gave us two different discounts to try and keep us as customers, but we were happy to move on to another cleaner. Do not use these folks if your standard for getting a clean home is high. If you are ok with surface type cleaning, they will be fine as they communicate well and show up when they say they will. That is their strength. Rob A. read more

I am a little surprised by other reviews. I know how much work goes in to deep cleaning my home. It takes me an entire day every month and i am left so tired and sore after. Great cleaning but when accidents happen no accountability. Even seasoned cleaning crews can make mistakes and have room to grow. I've been at my job for 20 plus years but even I can make a mistake and have! The only difference is I own it and learn and grow from it and damn well make it right for my client even if my staff was the one at fault and not me. No one is perfect but The worst quality to have is not owning up to something and straight lying saying we did the damage is just crazzzyy. Like what?! I hope they don't raise their kids with that mentality. Our future is not going to be bright if so. :( read more

We just had our home cleaned for Thanksgiving. I am pretty disappointed now that I'm looking around. It's an expensive service and the attention to detail was not there. I certainly don't know where the deep clean name comes from and the advertisement of being "nothing short of perfect" is also a farce. I did not notice anything different than I could have done without paying for this service. I am also mad that there was not more disinfecting rather than just wiping surface levels down such as dusting. When we booked the service the on boarding process was pretty promising and sounded hopeful as they asked our preferences for spots we'd like for the focus points to be. However, when the cleaning crew arrived they certainly did not spend any extra time on those focused spots we had previously discussed. I reached out to ask to speak with a manager and discuss ensuring we are not billed for any future services as it appears it's an ongoing thing when you sign up but I was told they were "out of office." I am awaiting a returned call from someone named Chandler. I texted this information to Tia as well but she didn't respond. read more

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. The service was terrible. We recently moved into our new house and we're looking for a deep clean, we THOUGHT we went right with this company as it was recommended to us. We thought WRONG. Please please look at the AFTER pictures. We are all about supporting businesses but when they do a half ass job, it's a NO for me. It literally looks like the house wasn't even cleaned. We left the house 90% empty so they can clean better without having to move around and over stuff and that still wasn't enough for them to leave the house CLEAN. There name should NOT be the perfect clean. Gtfoh, this cleaning service is terrible and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. You would think after paying $450 they would atleast do a decent job!!!! To say the least, i am disappointed, pissed, upset and all of the above! read more

I, after reading other reviews, have decided I need to add my review to the list to hopefully help others avoid a headache. I booked rug cleanings for 3 of my rugs after seeing many influencers gush over this company. What a scam. I'm guessing they receive free something or other for this because they are not good. First, the rug cleaners came way too early than my estimated arrival time (about 2 hours before scheduled). Sounds petty but when you have other appointments scheduled AROUND that one it becomes a problem. I decided to overlook it because I needed my rugs cleaned. The crew az at my home for maybe 20 minutes. They "cleaned" 3 of my large area rugs in that time. My rugs smelled awful afterward and honest to God they looked NO different than before the "cleaning". My living room rug still had all the same spots and stains as before. I was like wtf? I contacted them and let them know I was upset. They offered to come out again for free to make it better. They were nice and responsive, so I'll give them credit where it's due. But even after the second cleaning the rugs remain the same. He told me it is the type of rug? If that's true then why try to clean it and not tell me it won't work? A month or later I receive a text from Julia that works there. She says I have a $100 credit on my account. I ask if I can use that for tile cleaning. She says yes and to book through the link. I find that the website has a deal where it's $80 for 3 areas of tile cleaned so I book that thinking COOL it will be free and I'll still have $20 remaining credit. I book the appt and it charges me the $80. I then text Julia and ask why I was charged? She says since it's normally $180 for that service then that $80 is after my credit is applied. Ummmmm no thank you. That was deceiving. I asked her to cancel and refund. She cancels and says refund should hit in 3-5 days. Just an overall huge disappointment and I'm nowhere closer to clean rugs or tile. I had high hopes since their social media game is strong. Just be warned, it is a game read more

The service started out fine but got progressively worse. The last visit was a couple of young adults who were clearly inexperienced. I had to tell one of them to go back 3 times to clean my shower floor, and they never walked through the checklist with me but rushed out to leave. They never completed their vacuuming or mopping, nor did they go over the list with me. Later I discovered that my stove finish was incredibly damaged - it looked like a metal brush had been used all over the surface. A supervisor came out to see it and AGREED with me that it was damaged, yet refused to pay for the damages. They are NOT BBB certified, so do NOT do business with this company. read more

I was one week away from having a baby, as well as it being my birthday weekend. All I wanted was a deep clean. I should have done my reviews first. 2 ladies and a gentleman showed up. The guy cleaned our master and left. 2 ladies "deep cleaned" the house. My kids bathroom wasn't touched at all. The sink was wiped down, but the baseboards were not touched AT ALL. I walked the house, and found my master fan wasn't dusted, nor were my kids fans. Our kitchen sink & faucet is completely ruined. I don't know what they used, but it ate through our stainless steel and there's spots everywhere. I was specifically told they spot check the walls in the common areas, and as they left, I found myself cleaning the more I walked the house. I won't use them again. Not even with this $100 credit they keep contacting me about. This company is horrible. You can definitely go elsewhere and receive a better cleaning service! read more

I had a subpar experience with the deep clean - not worth the price. - Shower looked worse than before - cleaning residue smeared on walls and floor. I would not consider the shower to have been deep cleaned. Toilets had dust and residue. - Walls had scuff marks in multiple places and frames left askew with clumps of dust - it's clear they prioritized speed and rushing over quality of cleaning details. There was a new dent in a door from presumably same lack of care - I didn't notice this until a few hours after contacting the company for other issues, but a ring left on the kitchen table was missing (low monetary value, high sentimental value). This is especially discouraging. - Cleaning associate tried to sell me on getting the house painted on behalf of someone they know - "Deep Clean" was $475 plus tip, and I would consider it a standard clean, NOT deep. I would consider this a satisfactory basic clean, if we had not experienced damages and theft/accidental throw away - It's been almost a week, and I haven't heard back from their team for a resolution. - Each of these items in isolation (outside of theft) are understandable to happen from time to time, but in aggregate, I would highly recommend NOT using this company read more

The room sprays are horrible!!!!! Ordered 3 of the (3oz) small bottles. They call it the Perf scent. I call it "Did the dog poo in the house" . Very bad odor. I tested it first of course, even though the bottles leaked in packaging envelope. The only spray I had used was the Perf scent. Terrible!!!! Buyer beware. read more

Spend your money elsewhere unless you want a huge hassle to MAYBE get your house cleaned right the second time around. Like many of the reviews on here our house was not cleaned the first time. I got the referral from my realtor for this business and I stupidly did not check the reviews before. I am letting her know to never refer people to this business again. I was not home so I could not check the house. Floors were not mopped, sticky stuff was on the floor, the blinds had been cleaned but whatever cleaning product was used on the blinds was sprayed and streaked across all 15 windows in my house. I had to spend hours cleaning what was missed and what was made worse by the "cleaning". I emailed the company to let them know of my complaint and they never contacted me back. After a week I sent the same email again and they finally got around to contacting me. They offered a repeat service which I was really hesitant to do but they offered a deep dishwasher cleaning as an added bonus. I had to reschedule the service due to some movers and was assured it was not an issue. The team who did my house today was fantastic. The house looks great; however when I asked about the dishwasher cleaning the team said they were not told to do it and tried calling the office but got no answer. They left without the dishwasher service. I had decided to let it drop. Between all of the texts, calls and emails with them I just wanted it to be done. But lo and behold, they just charged my card another $335.00 for this redo. The customer service person on the line apologized and assures me the charge has been reversed (we shall see). Zero stars! Terrible owners that overbook their cleaners in order to maximize $$$ profit while the customer gets a very rushed half-assed cleaning job. The cleaners paid no attention to detail. When booking the cleaners I specifically asked if they could dry-mop my wood floors. I even gave the cleaners special solution to use. We have several interior cameras and I watched in horror as they slipped buckets of filthy mop water around my wood floors (without the slightest bit of scrubbing)then left them soaking wet. I have such a hard time leaving a bad review for these guys as I wanted so badly for them to be the answer to my house cleaning prayers but unfortunately they were not. I have seen countless Influencers sing their praises all over Instagram but they must be receiving free or reduced services as a marketing tactic. I had 2 services completed with The Perfect Clean and they were night and day. The first time I called (on a Saturday) no one answered. I think their phone system should inform customers that they aren't open on weekends so that you don't sit on "hold" waiting for someone to answer and then eventually being asked to leave a message. I did not leave a message BUT I was called back on Monday which was a pleasant surprise. I scheduled a an initial cleaning and signed up for biweekly cleanings. I was provided reminder calls and text messages. They even contacted me with an earlier opening but I declined. The day of the cleaning the crew arrived on time and after a few hours my house was clean. I've used a few different cleaning companies over the years and I'd have to say they did the best job out of everyone. They even scrubbed all of the baseboards. I was impressed and excited to finally have found a crew that sent reminder texts so I'd always know what day and time they were showing up as well as used a online payment system so I didn't have to worry about leaving a check. Where this started to go wrong, was 2 weeks later no text message, no phone call, no cleaning crew. I knew I was enrolled in a biweekly service as the online portal had it listed under my account - but no one ever called or showed. Life got a little hectic and I hadn't had the opportunity to call and inquire, and then we ended up deciding to sell our home. I blew off the previous biweekly scheduling mishap as a communication error. Maybe I was supposed to call and set that up? So I did not mention it when I called back to schedule a deep clean/move out clean. I informed the scheduler that we were moving and this needed to be a deep clean. She let me know the price would be higher than the last cleaning due to it being a deep clean. I agreed. A different crew showed up (not an issue for me) on time. I showed them around the house and was asked if I wanted the furniture dusted. I told them yes, that what they saw in the house was what would be left for showings. Afterwards I walked into another room and could hear the woman making fun of me and the rest of the crew laughing. I left home and returned after the crew had completed and left. They spent roughly the same amount of time there as the first crew. I did a quick walkthrough and that is where the disappointment lies. I do not think they did a terrible jobs. For all intents and purposes my house was clean. What was not clean was the baseboards, certain furniture pieces were left dusty, fans were not dusted, the oven was not cleaned, blinds were not dusted or touched, a toilet was not cleaned, several windows were not cleaned or left streaky, the shower door was not cleaned, the rug under the kitchen table was not moved to mop (not the end of the world) but it wasn't even vacuumed. One or two of these things would not bother me but these are all things that the first crew completed AND I was told I was paying more for a deeper service. Super frustrating as I was preparing to list my home with limited time to do so, and I had to spend a few hours re-cleaning all of the areas that they missed. I called and left a message to discuss all of this and never received a call back. read more

Not happy. Wife found a discount and decided to try. Called in and scheduled the service. They asked sq ft etc and provided an arrival window of 10:40-11:40. Crew didn't show until after 1 pm. Sent them off because office now napping. Called and they offered to come next day and perform the service free of charge. They came next day and performed satisfactory service. Then we realized they ended up charging us, and more than the originally quoted amount. Call in and apparently it was "in the notes" that we shouldn't have been charged but someone made ANOTHER mistake. They were willing to refund electronically but now I'm out $260+ until the 5-7 days passes and hopefully our money that shouldn't have been charged hits our account. I called and wanted a check cut today but they had initiated the electronic return and could not reverse. NOT happy my account is now short more money than was originally quoted and shouldn't have been charged. When asked about why the charge was higher, they stated they go off of Zillow.com and we're basing it off of a 3k sq ft home. They asked and wife told them 2200, Zillow.com shows 2107. FALSE. We will never use again and strongly recommend anyone who decides to use them pay very close attention to how much they are quoted vs how much they are charged. read more
