I spent the better part of 20 years in the apartment industry and have worked with dozens of different carpet vendors and these guys hands down surpass all of the others. Since the service was in my home versus work my expectations were much higher and they delivered! I think it's important to say that no matter how good the carpet vendors, they can't work miracles so if you are expecting someone to rehab severely pet damaged carpet or heavy stains due to fabric paint that your teen daughter got all over them you have to be realistic. Aaron and Jonny actually removed way more of the aforementioned carpet paint than I was expecting. These guys are the best for sure. Also, they are very good at communicating their ETA prior to arrival so there is no surprises. I am guessing that this is due to their awesome office person Jenny. Oh, the price in my opinion was pretty cheap considering the high quality work they produce. Thanks again Aaron, Jonny and Jenny!

The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! I am so thankful for having found Starr Cleaning Services!!! I was in pinch when Starr was recommended to me by a friend. I was leaving town in two days but really needed my carpets done before my trip. I called Starr and was met on the other end by Janie who is AWESOME!! She was able to work her magic and the guys were at my house the very next day. It was actually the owners who came to complete my service and I could not have been happier with their work. They were on time ( and called me on their way, which was so cool ) they were so friendly, professional, they addressed a few specific needs that I had, and I felt 100% comfortable inviting them into my home. I was so impressed with their work that I called the next week to schedule my mother in law's home to be done. Janie again greeted me on the other end and remembered me by name! As a business owner myself, that personal connection shows me that they care and means so much to me. I could not be happier with the service I have received from Starr Cleaning! And the price????? I initially saw an ad for them on Facebook marketplace, and they were incredibly responsive with the texting through Facebook. I called to ask some additional questions and the young lady I spoke to was just delightful. We have had them out twice now. Both times were EXCELLENT!! The first time Austin and Jake were the techs. And the second time Raul. Everyone was absolutely incredible and super friendly and very, very thorough. They were very cautious about making sure our cats were comfortable and safe. They were incredibly careful with our walls and furniture. They asked questions about our preferences and offered suggestions and were never pushy or rushed. I contacted Starr cleaning for a quote and needing somebody asap. Jake got back to me in about 10 minutes and was able to get me scheduled only a day and a half out. Austin is who I was in communication with for the cleaning. He was so friendly and kept me in the know. The house we needed taken care of is a rental property. We were almost certain we were going to have to replace the carpet and get the tile grout redone. I don't know how they did it, but the carpet is soft and looks amazing. The tile and grout look almost brand new. The grout was pure black and they got it back to a light tan that it was before. I will use Starr cleaning for all of my carpet, tile and grout cleaning needs in the future. THANK YOU! read more

Easily booked an appointment over Facebook and they were able to come out just a few days later. These guys are super knowledgeable about carpet types and the latest cleaning techniques. I didn't think the carpets would clean up as well as they did. There were a lot of high traffic areas where I thought the carpet was just worn out, but figured it would be worth a try. Their pretreatment and cleaning left my carpets looking almost brand new! They even got out some tough paint spots on the carpet. I'm super impressed and will definitely have these guys out here again for my next cleaning. read more

Star recently cleaned my 24 year old carpeting (original with the house, which was the builder's model in the Superstition Springs community in Mesa AZ). I have had many dogs in my home over the years and the carpet had developed a musty smell that nothing I tried would get out. After Caleb, Star's technician, cleaned the carpeting and put a deodorizer on it, the smell was gone and the carpeting looked better than it has in years. Called 5 Star after another cleaner bumped me twice due to allowing upgrades or additional services during appointments ahead of mine. Starr cleaning gave me a quote, text me date and time of service and on the day of cleaning the called ahead and asked if they could come early if we were ready. Our cleaner came in reviewed the job with us and then cleaned until finished. Our home smelled great and carpet was only lightly damp when they left. After 12 years in our home with kids and pets (including a puppy that has had some accidents), out carpet was super dirty and I was concerned that it would need to be replaced. WOW!!! As of now, there is still no word as to when they'll arrive. I hope when they do come they do a high quality job because this may be in the "busiest time of the year" for them but this situation wasn't my fault in the first place. I just want to unpack my belongings and be settled. I've been living out of boxes and bins for three months knowing I couldn't lift anything with my surgeries. I was so excited to move to this rental and make it my home but it really has been a stressful transition. I am recovering from back to back surgeries so it takes me a lot longer to do anything. I'm tired of sleeping on my couch because I don't want to set up my furniture and carpet not get cleaned well. I would like them to clean all the carpets appropriately so I can final settle in, please. Thank you. It had been a month of no floors in my kitchen just unfinished concrete slab. I had purchased the same floor I have throughout my living space "GripStrip plank style vinyl flooring". You know the budget friendly cheap stuff from Home Depot. I thought hey it be easy. Well after some guy basically ripped me off and didn't complete the job I was beyond distraught. STAY AT HOME MOM with a very active 2.5 yr old and a mobile 7 month old I NEEDED floors ASAP. KRIS came to the rescue. She could clearly see how in need I was for floors and wasn't about to let me install them myself (my last resort). This job was small but challenging and I got installer after installer declining the job because "they don't work with that floor". To say the least I was losing hope and then Kris came eased my nerves and GOT THE JOB DONE. Something I'd been trying to get completed for weeks. Kris worked her magic and found two great installers. They were at my house within a couple days and finished install in just a few hours! If your looking for good quality work, a genuine person, honest, professional and veteran! Go with Kris. Walking away on the day of left me in a stressful position having to find a replacement last minute. I would not recommend - go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day. EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.
