He did such an amazing job, got all the corners, and the price was really reasonable. Fosters has it all!! My only suggestion is regarding the booking process: when I booked online, I didn't receive any confirmation of my appointment or assurance they'd show up on the requested day. We have tried them for carpet cleaning and it took forever to dry, like more than a day. When we needed tile/grout cleaned, it was not cleaned all the way to the baseboard. There used to be a dirty line 4 inches in all grout lines that looks like a ladder. Disgusting. Quite an expensive mistake. I'll never use them again. Ever. read more

I have been using Foster's for many years now. They have always provided a great service. My carpets are always fresh and clean.

The AC unit in my apartment had a horrible leak with rusty water that flooded the upstairs hallway carpet. While waiting for the AC unit to be replaced, my apartment complex used Fosters Carpet Care to come and tear out the soaking wet padding and they also placed dryers to dry out the carpet. Once the AC unit was replaced, Fosters came back and finished the job by replacing the padding and cleaning the carpet. It looked like new and there staff was very friendly and professional throughout the process! read more

Fosters has exceeded my expectations! I called yesterday to schedule to have two rooms and a hallway done prior to Christmas. I happened to be working from home today as I am waiting on an appliance delivery. I took a shot in the dark asking if they could squeeze me in next day so I didn't have to take time off work next week. Surprisingly the scheduler I spoke with, Tamara, said she'd make it happen! She gave me a window of arrival and sure enough, they arrived right in the middle. The cleaning tech was friendly, respectful, and worked quick and quietly. Their customer service is terrible! The man barely said two words to me - I had to ask how long it would take to clean the carpets. He and an apprentice got the job done in 10 minutes (I had moved out of a studio, and it was completely empty, so I wasn't surprised). When I paid him, he turned to leave and I had to ask him to give me my change back. I went back up to my apartment to lock the door, and saw they left all the lights on. They didn't leave any of those special baggie-shoes that most carpet cleaners do, so I had to tip-toe into the bathroom area, kitchen and living room to shut them off. They're certainly cheap, and the only reason I went through them is because my apartment complex said I wouldn't be liable for the carpets if I got them cleaned by Foster's. If you want a quality job done with professionals, go elsewhere! read more

Fosters Carpet used to be fast, professional and affordable. Unfortunately over the last 18 months, including this most recent visit, I have found them to be neither. They don't show up during their appointment times. They texted me a coupon special and then hassled me about honoring it when they showed up. And they quoted me $99 to clean a couch which was as much as they were charging to clean three rooms and a hallway. With customer service and prices as top notch as this, I recommend you keep looking for a different carpet cleaner. I know I will. read more

So my lease was up and we decided to stay one more year. We where told that we can get upgrades so we chose to get are carpets done because my daughter is hard on carpet. I was excited to have a professional clean the stains. What I got was the least cleaning possible. The guy was done cleaning three rooms in 10 to 15 min and acted like he did not want to be there. I just don't understand if you clean carpets for a living wouldn't you take the time to check details and check your work before you leave? He didn't ask me if I wanted the stains removed. My friend does carpets and I know they can remove most stains with red stain remover and a rag with an iron on top of the stains to remove them. read more

Foster's Carpet Care is great! We just moved into a new house and noticed a ripple in a couple of our rooms. I usually call around for prices and service but I didn't need to. The phone conversation from the start was positive and the price was right. An appointment was set up and they showed up right on time or even a little early. Fosters did a great job. They got in and out pretty quickly and our carpet looks great. We thought it would take longer but not the case. We are very pleased with Foster's staff and service and will definitely call them again when we have a need. read more

I was all set to give this company a bad review, they were supposed to come between 9.00AM and 1:PM. I got a call first saying they would be here within 30 minutes, then 12 minuets later I get another call from the office saying they had a emergency and the person wouldn't be here until 2PM and of course I was pissed off. Because I had been home all morning waiting on them. Sean came finally to clean my carpets. He was very professional and so nice he was apologetic about being late which was nice of him. He did a FANTASTIC job in cleaning my carpet. When he finished it looked brand new!! He worked very quickly in cleaning my carpet I can't say enough about how hard he worked to make sure my carpet was in excellent shape when he finished. Do not use this company. I was scheduled from 9-1 for an easy 1 1/2 room rug cleaning. Did not show up until 2:20 pm. I had to call them at 1:15pm to ask if they were coming. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....they didn't even seem to care that I had to sit around all morning and then again until the showed. I would give them no stars but it wasn't possible. read more

So happy to see Fosters Carpet Care in Denver!! As a previous Phoenix, AZ. resident i have used them in the past For general carpet cleaning, pet odor removal and carpet repair. My apartment in Phoenix had flooded and they were out there within about 1 hour cleaning up the water and setting up blowers for the padding. Could not have been happier with them. About 6 weeks later I had them out to clean all the carpeting throughout my place as well as removing some red juice stains and a couple of doggie "accident" stains. When they were finished, you would never have known there were pets OR kids living there. Looking forward to being able to have them out to clean carpets at my new place here in Denver. read more

Foster's cleans our carpets once a year and they are paid by my apartment complex. It's a general cleaning, which in my case is done in September. The general cleaning wasn't cleaning up three spots on the carpet. I called them on January to come out and clean the spots. They charged me $55. Which was fine. Less than two months later, one of the spots is visible again. I called today to see if they could treat that spot again and was told, " it was done so long ago" they would have to charge me $55 to come out and treat that one spot again. Less than two months is too long ago?? I don't agree with that at all. I asked if I had them come out and clean a chair I have, which also is $55, if they could treat that spot at the same time included in the base charge of $55. I was told no. They would have to charge for the chair and the spot. Both $55. SO, instead of getting more of my business by cleaning my chair and taking care of a spot they didn't clean completely, they aren't getting any of my business and I get to write a poor review about them. I'm in the customer service business and this was poor customer service. I could be writing a much different review if their customer service was up to par. Don't use Foster's. I wish I could give a better review but, unfortunately there are more cons than pros. When the techs first got to my apt, I received a call from their main office saying I would need the pet enzyme cleaner in two rooms. I did have 5-6 small pet stains from my new puppy that I was unable to get out on my own but it certainly did not justify $60 extra for two rooms. They were centralized in one, small area, basically a hallway. I declined. I was then told that the pet odor would be intensified when the carpet got wet from the cleaning if I didn't get the enzyme treatment. I still declined as I figured they were there to clean my carpet. When I got home, I was inundated with a strong chemical smell. Worse than any other carpet company I have ever used. It proceeded to get worse throughout the night, making my eyes burn. The worst part was when I took my shoes off and the carpet was soaking wet. I figured it would be damp but not as wet as it was as though it was a rushed job. The only positive I can give is that my carpet is very clean and they got all my stains out, as far as I can tell. May need to wait til September when it dries. read more

Walt came into our office and cleaned 3 treatment rooms for us in a very short period of time, the carpets were nearly brand new after he was done. We've had other services come in and it always smelled of mildew afterwards, but not this time. I am so sorry I have to even share this review. The last time, this company sent out a very hateful person to clean my carpets. He did the quickest run over and leave carpet cleaning job I ever experienced (in and out in 17 minutes). I asked him to do a certain area and he said it's too late, I'm done. I called the company and complained of the job and the cleaner's attitude towards me. I asked them to put on my chart to never send this person out to me ever again. They apologized and said they would mark my chart. I have used this company for years until now. So I make another quarterly appt and today the same man comes out. I have area rugs and I had them out for him to clean and just throw them over the chairs to dry. He throws my oriental bathroom rug back in the bathroom and says "Oh, I can do it in there" (My bathroom is quite small and bringing it out was for his convenience). I could feel his disgust he had about him even having to be at my apt again. I am disabled, but I tipped a chair back so he could clean under the front 2 exposed feet area. He cleaned the area. He ended up pushing the cleaning wand so my living room oriental rug slid under my sofa. I asked him if he would please pull the area rug back out from under the sofa as it was not supposed to be under it. He said "No". I then tipped the chair back to hold up the 2 front exposed legs of the chair and asked if he would please put his fingers on the chair and I will pull the oriental rug out about an inch. So he put his hand down on the chair and I went over and pulled the area carpet out so the pattern of the carpet was all evenly exposed. I have had such nice people from this company cleaning my carpets for years and have never experienced any of this horrifying disgust before the last time they cleaned and again today. I honestly cannot give them a good review at all. I will pay more to have a courtesy person enter my apt than have that man even knock on my door after today. read more
