Very unprofessional. I hired them for pet odor and urine cleanup. On the scheduled service day, the owner arrived, was rude, claimed there was too much back and forth, and left without performing the service. Which is crazy because the unit was kept empty, specifically for service that day, and I had cash in hand to pay him. Walking away on the day of left me in a stressful position having to find a replacement last minute. I would not recommend - go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day. EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense. read more

My carpets went from dark brown to light brown. Excellent and timely job. The tile was grouted beautifully and the carpet was stretched to perfection! Highest recommendation. Terrific value read more

We've had large area rugs cleaned and on a second occasion, mold removal and cleanup for a bathroom. The company is professional and I highly recommend. Friendly! I appreciate service crews that don't mind engaging in friendly conversation while they work. Thank you for your patience with me and for not making me or my 6 year old feel like we were bothering you or that you were in a rush to be done with the job, get paid and get gone! Hope you enjoyed the homemade banana bread you allowed me to share with you! read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Clint has been doing repairs to our carpets for a few years now - after our puppies chewed holes in them and scratched them out of their tack strip. I have always been blown away by how kind and knowledgeable Clint and Jennifer are when the time came to get our carpets cleaned, they were one of the companies we considered. We got estimates from several companies in the area and in the end, we decided to go with Arizona's Best. They were reasonably priced, comparable to the others but I feel like they included so much more in terms of service. We definitely made the right choice! Our carpets were so bad (see pictures) and they really got them looking great for us again. There were pet stains in several places and they pretreated, flushed and then steam cleaned the stains so the carpet almost looked like new again. A few days later and our house doesn't smelly like dog anymore. No question that Arizona's Best is the way to go - super responsive, very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. Thank you, Clint and Jennifer! You have lifetime customers in us! read more

Very responsive and great communication. I am very happy with their services. We needed our carpets cleaned, stretched and repaired and they did an amazing job! And on top of that they were so reasonably priced. Highly recommend to anyone! read more

Couldn't be happier with the outcome of choosing Arizona's Best, because they are the best! Great communication, arrives on time as planned, and very friendly. Have a 15 year old installation that was showing it's age, wrinkles in waves where high traffic areas are, and in just a couple of hours all is smooth again. Expectations of a bill much more than what I was charged, the icing on the cake. So satisfied with the quality of their work, I couldn't help but give them more than what the quote was. Don't hesitate to call them rather than the overpriced companies that wouldn't give you any better service at a higher cost. Oh, and they do more than just carpet repair, too. read more

Had my carpet stretched and cleaned today. Clint and Jennifer teamed up and did a wonderful job. They were on time, met my schedule, and were very reasonable on price. They have an in truck cleaning system that did a great job. The stretch fixed my wrinkles and that will buy some time on replacement. I'll call them next time for the rest of the house. read more

Like new. Clint responded to me message quickly, came to my house, gave me a quote (on the spot) to clean and stretch areas of my carpet. He made arrangements to get it done. Our carpet that was 6 years looked like new and smelled amazing. Thank you so much. I will definitely hire them again. read more

No other way to put this... Clint and his company are absolutely fantastic! I have used them several times now and the customer service is always on point. Clint responds or answers almost immediately when you call him or submit an inquiry online and he is always available by phone. He goes out of his way to make sure you, the customer, is always first! He is so thorough with his cleanings as well and it really shows on the finished project. Give a small business an opportunity to earn a client for life versus calling one of the big name companies and getting sub-par service. You wont be disappointed! And he gives Military and Public Safety discounts. read more

I just have to share my wonderful experience with the kindest owner of any company I have ever worked with. I called Clint around 7:30 am desperate for help because my dog got so sick in the middle of the night and I knew (me) cleaning my carpet wouldn't work. Clint assured me he would come out immediately and help me. I needed someone who could handle a BIG job and let me just tell you CLINT nailed it! My carpet looks like new and it's also been disinfected too. I will only use Arizona's Best from now on and I will refer this company to anyone ! read more

The best!! Super nice, great service, highly recommended. Carpets, couch, and area rugs came out wonderful!

I was in need of scheduling an immediate cleaning for my rug used in my nutrition and acupuncture clinic. Jennifer and Clint responded quickly, charged me an appropriate fee for their visit, showed up exactly on time, and provided a great cleaning! The spots that had developed in this past year on my daily-used rug all lifted up BEAUTIFULLY:-) Jennifer and Clint were both extremely personable and courteous and I'm very happy to be able to write them a strong 5-star review! read more

This is the 3rd time I've used Clint's services. He's made many repairs to my carpets, cleaned my sofa sectional and cleaned our carpets and tile. His work is always wonderful. When he cleaned my tile I had no idea what the original color was in our rental. Everything came out beautiful! I couldn't be more pleased with his services, professionalism and honesty. read more

Clint and Jennifer just left after doing an amazing job of cleaning. I'm so amazed by all their hard work, that I just had to come straight here and give a shout out! They did tile and then carpet in the 2 bedrooms. They pretreat problem areas and even wipe the baseboards. These folks are so straightforward and thorough. Won't try to over-sell on anything. Prices are more than fair for a well-done, professional cleaning. Had a problem with cat urine in the carpeted bedrooms and they were honest and let me know that AT BEST they would be able to get a 50% improvement on the smell. And that no one would be able to do better. Completely forthright and understandable. Cat pee is the worst. I was more than happy just to have the spots professionally cleaned. I am hopeful that the odor will be reduced - anything is better than how it was. I can update my review once it dries and then a few weeks from now. Thanks again for your excellent service! read more

Fantastic customer service. Answered the phone when I made the initial call, and scheduled for a few days later. Clint called the morning of to confirm and he and Jennifer arrived right on time. Price was super reasonable and the carpets look amazing! I also had them do our tile and the furniture in the great room. Everything looks like new. I gave them a big tip because they were so kind, professional and reasonable. Will definitely recommend them and extra happy to support a wonderful, LOCAL business! read more

It is 3:40pm on New Years Eve and this amazing company has voluntarily come to our house to work on our carpet. We have used them several times ( for carpet stretching and cleaning) and have referred them to friends and my parents. And today is another example of why. We recently had a pet sitter who neglected our dogs, not a happy story but it's the truth. Our dogs peed in my office and the smell was terrible. We had them come out to clean the carpets because we didn't know where the pee was and unfortunately that did not get rid of the smell. So once we figured out where the smell was coming from they did a pet pee treatment on the carpet. I seem to be super sensitive to smells and that unfortunately did not get rid of it again. Not at all their fault. The pet sitter we had did not give the dogs fresh water so the pee was very strong. Two days after the treatment though, Arizona's Best, reached out to me to see if the smell had gone away. When I said it hadn't, they said they will not allow that to happen. So they are over here right now replacing the carpet pad on New Years Eve. They are going above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative! This company will be our go-to for all of our carpet needs. It's companies like this that will earn your business and will go above and beyond no matter the project. I couldn't recommend them more. read more

I definitely recommend this company our carpets looked brand new and he got more business from me after seeing what he could do with very dirty rugs with spots . read more

Clint and Jennifer are masters at what they do. I needed my carpet to be stretched. Because of the weird size of my rooms, they were not a 100% sure they would be able to do a perfect job. Yet, the result was beyond perfect. Absolutely seamless! They are the nicest, most professional, most transparent people I know. They left my house in impeccable condition. And their price was more than reasonable for the amount of time, care and pride they put into the job. Shall definitely call them again. I warmly recommend their work. It doesn't get any better than this! read more

I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience having my carpet repaired by Arizona's Best Carpet Care and Restoration where my puppy ate the tack strip, padding and carpet. Not only did they repair my carpet, but did the ABSOLUTE BEST job cleaning my carpet. Clint, the owner wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my repair and carpet cleaning. They are the BEST!!!! I can't thank you enough. read more

Nice people, great work. Took there time on all floors and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend!

After another vendor failed to show up for an appointment to stretch our carpet, we called Arizona's Best Carpet Care. My husband had already taken all the furniture apart and moved it to other areas, so the last thing he wanted to do was have to put it all back together and reschedule for another day, so we were thrilled when Clint said they could squeeze us in the same day. Clint and Jennifer were extremely courteous and professional. They stretched and cleaned our carpet in less than 3 hours--all without an appointment. Our carpet looks fantastic and I can't thank them enough for squeezing us in (and saving my hubby a lot of extra work!). We will definitely use them again! read more
