Very unprofessional. I hired them for pet odor and urine cleanup. On the scheduled service day, the owner arrived, was rude, claimed there was too much back and forth, and left without performing the service. Which is crazy because the unit was kept empty, specifically for service that day, and I had cash in hand to pay him. Walking away on the day of left me in a stressful position having to find a replacement last minute. I would not recommend - go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day. EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Clint has been doing repairs to our carpets for a few years now - after our puppies chewed holes in them and scratched them out of their tack strip. I have always been blown away by how kind and knowledgeable Clint and Jennifer are when the time came to get our carpets cleaned, they were one of the companies we considered. We got estimates from several companies in the area and in the end, we decided to go with Arizona's Best. They were reasonably priced, comparable to the others but I feel like they included so much more in terms of service. We definitely made the right choice! Our carpets were so bad (see pictures) and they really got them looking great for us again. There were pet stains in several places and they pretreated, flushed and then steam cleaned the stains so the carpet almost looked like new again. A few days later and our house doesn't smelly like dog anymore. No question that Arizona's Best is the way to go - super responsive, very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of choosing Arizona's Best, because they are the best! Great communication, arrives on time as planned, and very friendly. Have a 15 year old installation that was showing it's age, wrinkles in waves where high traffic areas are, and in just a couple of hours all is smooth again. Expectations of a bill much more than what I was charged, the icing on the cake. So satisfied with the quality of their work, I couldn't help but give them more than what the quote was. Had my carpet stretched and cleaned today. Clint and Jennifer teamed up and did a wonderful job. They were on time, met my schedule, and were very reasonable on price. They have an in truck cleaning system that did a great job. The stretch fixed my wrinkles and that will buy some time on replacement. I'll call them next time for the rest of the house. read more

They did tile and then carpet in the 2 bedrooms. They pretreat problem areas and even wipe the baseboards. These folks are so straightforward and thorough. Won't try to over-sell on anything. Prices are more than fair for a well-done, professional cleaning. Had a problem with cat urine in the carpeted bedrooms and they were honest and let me know that AT BEST they would be able to get a 50% improvement on the smell. And that no one would be able to do better. Completely forthright and understandable. Cat pee is the worst. I was more than happy just to have the spots professionally cleaned. It is 3:40pm on New Years Eve and this amazing company has voluntarily come to our house to work on our carpet. We have used them several times ( for carpet stretching and cleaning) and have referred them to friends and my parents. And today is another example of why. We recently had a pet sitter who neglected our dogs, not a happy story but it's the truth. Our dogs peed in my office and the smell was terrible. We had them come out to clean the carpets because we didn't know where the pee was and unfortunately that did not get rid of the smell. So once we figured out where the smell was coming from they did a pet pee treatment on the carpet. I seem to be super sensitive to smells and that unfortunately did not get rid of it again. Not at all their fault. The pet sitter we had did not give the dogs fresh water so the pee was very strong. Two days after the treatment though, Arizona's Best, reached out to me to see if the smell had gone away. When I said it hadn't, they said they will not allow that to happen. So they are over here right now replacing the carpet pad on New Years Eve. They are going above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative! This company will be our go-to for all of our carpet needs. It's companies like this that will earn your business and will go above and beyond no matter the project.
