Someone came out to our house initially for the first consultation and we looked at images, sample colors, and got pricing. We ended up waiting a while before scheduling as we had some work trips come up, family stuff, and some other things that we couldn't do it in the timeframe we had initially thought, but we finally got it done this last week. Communicating with the company was incredibly easy, the woman answering the phones was super friendly and courteous and we were happy that we were able to book an appointment within a couple of weeks from calling. A technician came to do the tub portion on the first day and came back the second day to do the surround and shower. He was very professional, clean and communicative during the whole process. The smell was a little bit strong for us, so we did have to open some windows and doors and get some fans going since we are on the sensitive side to odors. Overall not a big deal. The room was covered and taped off... we could not wait for the reveal!! Now that the tub and surround are complete and we are able to get back to using the bathroom again, we are very happy with how it turned out. It looks so next level and it's going to be easy maintenance... plus it looks 1000 times better than that nasty yellow stained surround that we had since we bought this house a year ago!
