Note: This is the first time that I've used a carpet cleaning company, so I'm not a very good judge as to who! Also - I am the one who did all the work getting our carpets cleaned in the past and understand what it takes to get them clean. We had short pile prior to getting our new carpet and now the cleaning machine won't suck water out of the carpet to my liking. Randy is a very nice guy, first off! He answered the phone for Bradley carpet cleaners and told me that he was working for Bradley at this time. He quoted a price, when I gave him the number of stairs and square footage of the rooms that needed to be cleaned; along with the pet treatment area's that would be an up charge. We set up the appointment and he was there on time. After measuring the carpet are, his price was $25 less than quoted originally, since we didn't move the furniture and he just worked around it. He pretreated the spots and since we were BS'ing, forgot that he hadn't pretreated one of the area's with the pet treatment. When I pointed it out, he immediately went and treated the area. Randy did a fine job, didn't rush anything and worked his magic on our carpets. I will be having him back to finish the rest of the house when we need it. My roommates and I have three cats and needed to have the carpet cleaned on our rental before we could move. Randy came over on short notice and did an amazing job. He was prompt, pleasant and extremely honest. We had told him to not to worry about the carpeting on the stairs as that was going to be replaced. He said he could try to get the stains out and save us money replacing the carpet. I was willing to have him do that, but then on closer examination, he said that it would be better to replace it, resulting in a lower total for him. A less honest carpet cleaning might not have done that. He also did not try to upsale anything, and before he pretreated the pet stains, he told me how much it would be and allowed me to confirm the new pricing. The end total was affordable and fit the expectations he had set at the beginning, so no surprise fees or charges. The carpets smell and look beautiful. I will recommend him to friends and family and will keep his card should I need his services in the future. When we arrived we found that the electricity had been turned off. Randy waited while I found out from the electric company that there was an outage in the neighborhood. He waited with me a good long time before we decided to try again for the next day.
