I have used this company 2x now to clean my carpets because I have dogs that won't stop peeing on them. Both times he was great and was able to get the stains out. This last time he cleaned my dirty white tile/grout and they look good as new. He also cleaned my tile in my rental. The tile in my house hadn't been cleaned in at least 4 years. I will be a customer for life. read more

Our experience with Horton Carpet Cleaning went way beyond our expectations!! We have carpet that had dog urine and diarrhea stains. Randy was able to clean our carpets to the point that it looked nearly brand new! He was also so prompt in fitting us in the same day. We cannot be happier and I highly recommend him to my family and friends. read more

We moved into a rental home with a ton of tile and the grout was black. It was disgusting. I called and he was able to come the following day which worked perfectly since all my stuff shows up tomorrow. He was very professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm going to post a pic prior to cleaning and after so you can see the kind of quality work was done. read more

Note: This is the first time that I've used a carpet cleaning company, so I'm not a very good judge as to who! Also - I am the one who did all the work getting our carpets cleaned in the past and understand what it takes to get them clean. We had short pile prior to getting our new carpet and now the cleaning machine won't suck water out of the carpet to my liking. Randy is a very nice guy, first off! He answered the phone for Bradley carpet cleaners and told me that he was working for Bradley at this time. He quoted a price, when I gave him the number of stairs and square footage of the rooms that needed to be cleaned; along with the pet treatment area's that would be an up charge. We set up the appointment and he was there on time. After measuring the carpet are, his price was $25 less than quoted originally, since we didn't move the furniture and he just worked around it. He pretreated the spots and since we were BS'ing, forgot that he hadn't pretreated one of the area's with the pet treatment. When I pointed it out, he immediately went and treated the area. Randy did a fine job, didn't rush anything and worked his magic on our carpets. I will be having him back to finish the rest of the house when we need it. Professional, reasonably priced and cheerful service. read more

Professional, friendly and great value. Randy is always on time and does a fantastic job!

Great guy, prompt and very affordable. I would highly recommend this company and will hire Randy and his company again.

Horton CC is an excellent company! There aren't enough stars! What set this experience apart from other companies is that you are dealing with an individual owner. Randy arrived early, did a walk through inspection in each room, explained the process in detail before he started and talked mom through what she could expect. The outcome was better than we ever expected on these challenging older carpets. He took the time in each room to work on stains and restore what we thought would be impossible. Unlike other companies, he did not up-charge us. Trustworthy, excellent work, detail oriented, and friendly. A rare combination to find in a company. We highly recommend him! read more

On time, thorough, great pricing, and great work. Carpet looked great when he finished. Highly recommended!

Randy cleaned my 20 yr old cream carpet yesterday and it looks brand new including entry door areas that no other cleaner could get completely cleaned before. He has a bag of magic non-toxic chemicals that make things all better. He explains things well, takes his time to do it right and is pleasant to deal with. if you want the job done right, Randy Horton is your go to guy. read more

You will not find a better company for cleaning your carpets and floors! I went through many different companies and was not happy with any of them. Randy takes his time and makes sure everything is as clean as if it was his own house. I have used Horton twice now having my carpets cleaned and also my tiles and grout cleaned. This will be my carpet cleaning company for good! read more

He arrived exactly the time he said he would also. HIGHLY recommend! read more

This company's work is the best I've ever used. Randy's patience with my tough carpets and attention to detail were beyond reproach. The carpets look brand new and ready for another season of kids, dogs, and adult foot-traffic. I will definitely use Randy again for carpets. I can't wait to see what magic he works with the tile that remains throughout. Thanks for the great job! read more

Randy is amazing! Really nice guy that takes time to go over any questions I have. Showed up on time and finished in 2 hours. Got stains out I thought he wouldn't be able to! Thank you Randy!! read more

Stop searching. This is the guy you want. I have 3 kids, and a dog. I've used different cleaners over the years, and I've experienced different levels of quality. Randy with Horton is at the top of the class, and presumably the greater Phoenix area. Everything went smooth. He arrived promptly on time, thoroughly answered my many questions, and took his time fixing the disaster I handed to him. Just make sure you set aside some extra time, because he doesn't seem to care how long it takes to do the best he can. 900+ sq feet took nearly 4 hours. It looks soooo much better. read more

Randy showed up exactly on time. He told me exactly how much it would cost. He did an amazing job. Our carpets look brand new! During the process one of his hoses leaked onto our wood flooring, no big deal but he insisted on discounting his original estimate. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Randy from Horton Carpet Cleaning. He showed up on time, completed a walk-through and was very thorough in the cleaning of the carpets in our condo in Chandler. He checked for pet damage with a black light and then pre-treated those spots. I think he was here about 2 hours and we are very happy with how clean and fresh our carpets are now. Randy is a very personable, nice guy and we will have him back without question when we need carpets, upholstery or tile cleaned. Thanks Randy for your excellent service! read more

My roommates and I have three cats and needed to have the carpet cleaned on our rental before we could move. Randy came over on short notice and did an amazing job. He was prompt, pleasant and extremely honest. We had told him to not to worry about the carpeting on the stairs as that was going to be replaced. He said he could try to get the stains out and save us money replacing the carpet. I was willing to have him do that, but then on closer examination, he said that it would be better to replace it, resulting in a lower total for him. A less honest carpet cleaning might not have done that. He also did not try to upsale anything, and before he pretreated the pet stains, he told me how much it would be and allowed me to confirm the new pricing. The end total was affordable and fit the expectations he had set at the beginning, so no surprise fees or charges. The carpets smell and look beautiful. I will recommend him to friends and family and will keep his card should I need his services in the future. I highly recommend Horton Carpet Cleaning, and I'm glad to see that he has such high reviews on Yelp. read more

Randy was right on time and did the best job ever. My carpeting hasn't looked this clean in years.

Super experience with Randy from Horton Carpet Cleaning. Arranged to meet him at a rental house I manage for a carpet cleaning appointment. When we arrived we found that the electricity had been turned off. Randy waited while I found out from the electric company that there was an outage in the neighborhood. He waited with me a good long time before we decided to try again for the next day. The following day, Randy showed up, on time, did a fantastic job on the carpets, and I was able to charge it to my miles credit card (which is always a bonus!) Horton Carpet Cleaning will have my future business! read more
