Clean Genie stopped by my house this morning to tackle our carpets and tile floors. The owner, Cory, has the swagger and looks of a young James Dean. He stretched out his massive hoses across my driveway, strolled into the house to take a look at the task at hand, then sprung into action! Before I could say "Abra Cadabra", Cory and his crew had my floors treated, shampooed, and rinsed. My floors look brand new again. So much so that I've been doing Parkour around the house all day, using end tables, garbage cans, and my wife, just so I don't desecrate my pristine Clean Genie surfaces. The pricing was fair and the service was professional and thorough. Two thumbs up. Way up! Peace!! read more

Best company! I wouldn't hire anyone else. Corey, the owner, is honest and hard working. He shows up on time and did all the work himself, so you know you are getting the expert and not just some technician from a large company. He is very knowledgeable. On top of that, his prices are fair, so you get more than your money's worth. read more

I never used this business. But! Corey should take responsibility like he does for his business..... especially when 2 of his employees who hit my truck and the driver admitted was his fault. Found out from my insurance company , he has no Insurance with the information he gave me for his truck. Red Flag !! Corey wouldn't give me his insurance when I spoke to him.. Instead of avoiding filling a claim, He should have done what is morally and legally the right thing to do and provide his correct insurance information. read more

Only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. This company charged 705 dollars to clean a house i rented. Said it was "filthy, the people that lived there never washed their hands. I wouldn't want to receive my house back in the condition that gentleman did". When asked for proof of these allegations via before and after pictures, the employee said "we usually take before and after pictures but we didn't in this case". Hmmmm. I DID take pictures as I KNOW I left the house clean. I left a review on their Facebook page along with the pictures of the house how we left it and have received NO response and they deleted my post from their Facebook page. Take your money and run as fast as you can away from this company. BEWARE!!!!! This company HEAVILY overcharges and talks badly behind their clients backs. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. read more

Awesome service! I was nervous to have someone come to my home and clean my carpet, however, my nerves were put at ease within 5 minutes of him being here. I have two toddler boys who are very active and well my carpet shows it :) The gentleman that was very professional, he took pride in his work and paid attention to detail. He did his walk through and explained what he will do and how long it will take etc. I was very satisfied with his customer service and the outcome. My carpet (stairs, 4 rooms) look good as new! I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Clean Genie to everyone I know! PS - Not to mentioned great price= great value! Thank you Clean Genie!!!! read more

I used Clean Genie for my semi annual carpet cleaning. I've used Chem Dry, Stanley Steemer and some private parties as well. Clean Genie did a better job than everyone! Amazing! We are getting ready to sell our house and we have long neglected our kids' bedroom carpeting. For years. It was full of stains. The rest of our house has wood flooring, so we've just turned a blind eye to the carpeting in the kids rooms. So before we get pictures taken of our house it dawns on me that the carpeting will look a mess. I call Cory in a panic, needing my carpets cleaned next day. Cory fit me in before his first scheduled job and was at my house on time and was very professional. I wasn't expecting too much from my long-neglected carpeting but he did an AMAZING job. Also, even though he did have to pre-treat the carpeting (did I mention their condition?!), there was no "chemical" smell as I've experienced with some other carpet cleaners in the past. The carpets look 150% better, and I got a great price for the value he gave me. I highly recommend Cory & Clean Genie! read more

We were moving out of a rental and buying our own house. We needed someone to come in and clean everything we didn't want to and to make the house look move-in ready for the landlords. We had lived there 4 yrs with 2 kids and several pets. Cory and his business, Clean Genie, were highly recommended by an acquaintance. He took off the shower doors/closet doors, power washed them, cleaned out the closet tracks even! The tile and carpets turned out fabulous as well. While we were packing, a small sample bottle of nail polish fell down the bathroom drain and I totally forgot about it. Cory noticed the drain wasn't working up to par and sucked out my bottle of polish! All in all, we were super impressed! Clean Genie is a keeper in my book. Jeni read more

I'm sadden these guys didnt work out for me. While they agreed to use natural products I had made for them they, did not. Instead using straight vinegar. Which was fine but didn't clean as well as the products I had made. I felt as if I was working for them when I made requests or brought attention to substandard cleaning. They came every other week. Hope you have better luck read more

We had our tile cleaned by Clean Genie and they did an amazing job. Cory was awesome and was thorough and efficient. It was all done in a timely manner and my tiles look amazing. I would totally recommend this company to all my friends and family. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My couch was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized. I could not be happier with the professionalism and awesome results. Clean Genie did an excellent job shampooing my couch and I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I monitored a comprehensive estate cleaning for a friend. The task was huge. Clean Geni gave us all we wanted, and more. The firm was communicative, the effort was complete. Each member of the team was meticulous, thorough, friendly, and punctual. The job included the cleaning of counter-tops, floors, windows, blinds, exterior screens, cupboards, pantry, carpeting, bathrooms, garage, walkways. The firm was careful to include the cleaning of the fridge interior(and the floor beneath the fridge), oven, and every commode. These folks cleaned areas which seemed inaccessible to me. All floors were gone over multiple times. Not to forget -- Clean Geni removed trash and other items, took some to donation centers. Cost? The firm will provide a menu of items in their opening estimate. You, the client, choose what you want. Their price was totally competitive! I strongly recommend Clean Geni. read more

Corey cleaned our carpets, tile and windows today. Very friendly and reliable. Always answered my calls and emails right away. Showed up on time and finished when he said he would. Thumbs up. read more

The owner Cory is an absolute professional. He was on time, gave me an honest quote and over delivered. They cleaned my mom's house as well which was very dirty. They were able to remove carpet stains no one thought could possibly be removed and also did the upholstery which now looks brand new! It is obvious they take pride in their work and the results show it. I highly recommend this company, they do it all! Carpets, general cleaning and upholstery! read more

I had Cory and his crew clean my newly purchased home after I had lots of tile removed so it was covered everywhere in tile dust. The home was vacant so it allowed his crew to really go about their work in a efficient manner so home was super clean in 3 hours. They even took about the light fixtures and cleaned all the dust out of them. Thanks a bunch! read more

My brother found Clean Genie to clean my carpet which is about 40 years old it looks brand new Cory is super

Corey at Clean Genie saved the day for me. I had a serious issue at an apartment that needed immediate cleaning and I called several companies that said either they did not do that type of cleaning and/or did not have time. I found Corey at Clean Genie and he did not hesitate, even though he was out of town. He had his cleaning crew there the next morning at the time he advised. They did a bang up job and cleaned the apartment better than it was ever cleaned. I would highly recommend Corey and his company for any residential and commercial cleaning. He is the real deal............ read more

Cory is a total professional and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. Every cleaning service I've used in the last 40 years has tried to up sell me from the original estimate. Not Cory, the price he gave me over the phone was actual, bottom line, out the door price. You won't be disappointed entrusting Clean Genie with your next project. My only regret is I didn't find him sooner. read more

I hired Clean Genie out of desperation as the original service I hired canceled on me the same day I needed them to clean a move-in property. So at 7:30 am, I pounded the pavement, so-to-speak, and Clean Genie came to the rescue. It must have been divine intervention that the other service canceled because I couldn't have gotten better service to save the day if I would have had 6 months to search for them. Needless to say, Clean Genie also got the move-out cleaning job as well. I am very pleased with their work and promptness and will be calling them to do periodic work for me that I have difficulty managing as an older gal. Thank you, Clean Genie! I only wish I had hired you to do the carpets as well. Next time for sure! read more

Great to work with and reasonable on price! Will be going back to clean genie for sure!

Been to my house twice....once for carpet cleaning and another for cleaning tile grout and upholstery. Absolutely the best service I've used in 35 years, including Zero-Rez. Can't say enough....awesome job! read more

Did a great and very detailed job in no time at all. Very professional, detail oriented and reasonable pricing.

Clean Genie comes once a month to clean the carpet in the bar and does a fantastic job every time. The carpet looks new and he pays close attention to heavily soiled areas (beer spills, food, etc.) and does a complete job in about an hour! Cory knows his business well. Always on time and always a great job! We have recommended him to several other bar owners and homeowners and always have heard nothing but positive results! Alan S. read more

Beautiful job! My carpeting looks like new. Cory is a very pleasant young man who certainly knows his business. Over the years I've used a couple of those big companies who advertise on TV........not good. Without hesitation I would recommend Clean Genie. read more

I found Clean Genie on Yelp, contacted Cory on Fri afternoon and he was able to squeeze me in Sat before Easter, quoted $132 for all the carpet in my house: large family room and 3 BRs w 2 walk-in closets. Maybe I could find cheaper but no time... I am so glad I did not. WOW, I am seriously impressed with his Hot Water Extraction (HWE) equipment, especially the rotary extractor! Never seen or heard of it , soooo much better than ChemDry or the steamwand. My carpet looks like new, it dried quickly and the longer nap is standing at attention and saluting!. Cory was professional and motivated and took pride in his service and equipment, and wanted my satisfaction...rare in carpet cleaners. He even helped me move 6 night stands. I'll happily pay a few bucks more for stellar vs a $99 soggy sort of clean that takes days to dry. I can't believe how thrilled I am over carpet cleaning, but I am! I'm taking time to write this review instead of just benefiting from others. I'm keeping his card handy, bragging about my carpet and telling everyone about HWE rotary extraction. read more
