The website could use a bit of work (for example, no option to pay online yet), but the booking process was still very easy. I was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next morning (with less than 24 hours notice!) If for any reason you decide to call about your booking (I had a few questions since I'm new to this), know that the Customer Service operator(s) were very responsive and transparent. Isabella showed up to my house on time, was very polite and friendly, and took great care to walk me through what she would be doing in each area. After a quick tour of the cleaning areas she jumped right into it! When it was done, Isabella showed me each of the areas she worked on, the difference was night and day! Poor quality of work performed, I'm honestly wondering what was even done. I specifically asked for…read morewalls to be cleaned. There were obvious marks from previous owners pets. When questions why they were not cleaned owner stated "Hello sir, I dusted the walls i just don't wipe them not comfortable putting chemicals on walls." I'm not a cleaning professional but I do know general dish soap and water or just water would do the trick. This is a 2 star service may recommend if you want some dusting done that was not requested. Trash left in cabinets. Mind you this is a house I just purchased completely empty that just needed gone through and cleaned up before I moved in yet I'm stuck doing it myself after I already paid for the service while I was out of state. I would generally look at the areas that needed most attention and start there first, not perform work that goes unnoticed.
