I never leave reviews but this guy really deserves all the Stars he went above and beyond..We had our carpets cleaned once, with the understanding that pet odors might resurface--and unfortunately, they did. Since I'm not accustomed to pet smells, it was very noticeable and frustrating. I called Mike, and he was immediately concerned and truly listened to everything I had to say. Honestly, I think he was even more disappointed than I was, knowing that such beautiful carpets--only one year old--had not been properly cared for.
