Classy Cleaning Services went above and beyond with our move-in cleaning. Grace and Joseph were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule so that our house would be ready to move in the following day. They were even able to come earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. They take pride in their work and it shows in the TLC they put into our house. They cleaned every nook and cranny including all the plantation shutters throughout the house. The 3 bathrooms were all immaculate. Joseph even fixed a dangling bathroom light because he noticed it was askew! Grace and Joseph did such excellent work that we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs conscientious, detail-oriented cleaners. Classy Cleaning Services did an amazing job on my home. They cleaned every inch of a 2400 square foot home, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. All dirt, grim calcium deposits, soap scup, dust, baseboards, windows, appliances, shutters, floors, fans and more were attended to with great detail. The team did an excellent job cleaning an extremely dirty house that had been sitting vacant for two months before I moved in. I contacted five companies and got three estimates. Theirs was in the middle. I chose them because they were extremely responsive and provided a detailed list of what they would accomplish for the price they quoted. Just an update - today I was the recipient of multiple angry and threatening text messages from Joe, the owner of the company. I had not yet paid the bill after less than 48 hours (as I still have not received an itemized bill to explain why the charges were much higher than the quote I received). It's ironic that they call themselves "Classy Cleaners," because this guy could not lack anymore class! He told me that runs his company with an "iron fist," and he mentioned multiple times that I was robbing him and that he would be coming by my house. I explained to him that the police would be called if he showed up at my house. This guy has a short fuse and seems dangerous to me. Please do yourselves a favor and do not hire this company if you are interested in your own safety. Please see a screen shot of one of his lovely texts below. They did a move in cleaning for me on an apartment that was left in pretty dirty shape by previous tenants. They were very flexible as my plans changed at the last minute, and also did a fantastic job cleaning. I felt so much better moving in to the unit after these guys cleaned it so well for me. They were very friendly and helpful, and paid attention to little details that many probably would have missed or ignored, like baseboards, blinds, windows, and ceiling fans. This was the best cleaning I have ever received and I have used several different companies in the past. Three cleaners came to my house, the owners, a husband and wife and another lady. They worked for a little over 2 hours on my house deep cleaning it. It smelled so good and was sparkling clean. I have vaulted ceilings and they got up on a very tall ladder to clean my ceiling fans! I've never had that service before. I will only have them clean my house from now on. They all work very hard and the cleaning products don't streak. My appliances and countertops were very shiny. I have 3 cats and they were able to get rid of all the cat hair with special vaccuums meant for pet hair. They truly do go above and beyond. read more

Joe, Grace and Crystal were awesome! We had to move out all of our contents over a week ago (for a large home painting/renovation project). Didn't realize how messy that scope would be upon completion, and had not made plans for professional cleaning in advance; so I jumped on yelp and found Classy Cleaning Srvc. Not only did they promptly reply to every question I sent them, but they got me on the calendar asap too. The communication on the day of the service was great leading up to the appt and once they got to the house, it was 5+ hours of pure professionalism and non stop cleaning!!! They work great as a team and I will definitely be using them again for traditional cleaning needs after seeing how they attacked a messy construction clean up with such a great attitude!
