It seems there were multiple surfaces that were not cleaned at all, my kitchen and bathroom mats were left in random locations in the home, and the general condition is nowhere near what I would expect from a professional cleaning. Giving two stars for the professional and communicative customer service team who worked around issues with the cleaner not attempting to enter the home when it was unlocked and having to return later that day, but the actual cleaning services provided by this company are definitely lacking.

They are BEYOND dedicated to 100% satisfaction with a flat rate, no surprises. They go the extra mile, make sure no stone is left unturned. They spent so long at this one project I manage - they took their time to ensure deep quality clean. Truly impressive. No shortcuts, just the opposite. I had a stubborn tub stain that wasn't coming out - where most would say sorry, they tried - not this company - they returned and were so confident they could get it. And they did. While there, they did another final check on all and even mopped where the carpet cleaners left footprints. Communication, even off hours, was timely and gracious, with a smile, positive can-do attitude, professional and friendly. Kelly and Chris are an absolute pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. I already have them about to start another project and will continue to use them beyond that. They are driven, compassionate, and excited about what they do - and it shows. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their work - if there was ever to be an issue, they would make it right, with great pride in what they stand for. So rare these days.
