We are looking to replace our current cleaning company so I contacted Cornhusker Cleaning to see if…read morethey would be interested in stopping by to give us a quote. I did call early (7:45 am), the male that answered sounded sleepy and I apologized for calling that early. I proceeded to tell him I was calling from a business looking for a new cleaning company but he hung up on me. I tried calling back and was sent to vmail. If this is the kind of customer service they provide over the phone we definitely don't want to do business with them. RESPONSE: I'm sorry but it was a deep voice who answered so I assumed it was a man. And yes, I did state why I was calling but since you hung up on me you must not have heard me. You say the called showed up as spam, then why bother answering. If you decided to answer the call you should have taken a few seconds to listen to the caller instead of hanging up. RESPONSE: Just giving my honest review. Thank you

Just moved to the area and, as Husker fans, we just had to give Cornhusker Cleaning & More a try!…read more #GBR Their website details all the diff services they offer, availability calendar & online booking options - STELLAR! So convenient. I inquired online about the "Mow Hoe & Blow" service options, since our ask was a lil beyond standard maintenance, and I received a response the same day, within minutes. Although we have no grass to mow, we had leaves everywhere, overgrown bushes and trees and some tree limbs had broke due to months of neglect during monsoon season. They got us on the schedule same week,, text updates when they were on the way and prompt arrival right when schedule. I didn't get before pics of the front, but the before & after was impressive. We plan to use CC&M services again.

They pointed out areas of our new rental which were CLEARLY not cleaned before we rented and which I had not noticed! Extremely professional and very reasonable rates. The only negative is that with my prior cleaning company I'm used to a smelling the cleaning agent so that it smells clean and having the decorative fold on the toilet paper. A+++ Spectacular Experience!!…read more I submitted an inquiry to Proficient Shield (through yelp) for a full scale deep cleaning of my 2510sq ft home. The owner, Samuel came to my residence for a walk through after which he provided a reasonable and agreed upon quote. Samuel was highly communicative, professional, friendly, courteous, on time and efficient. My home looks and smells like a million bucks! He was observant of my indoor animals and handled my delicate art pieces with care as he cleaned them. I'm so very pleased with the services rendered and would highly recommend Proficient Shield to anyone looking to have their home cleaned by an esteemed and reputable service.

They are BEYOND dedicated to 100% satisfaction with a flat rate, no surprises. They go the extra mile, make sure no stone is left unturned. They spent so long at this one project I manage - they took their time to ensure deep quality clean. Truly impressive. No shortcuts, just the opposite. I had a stubborn tub stain that wasn't coming out - where most would say sorry, they tried - not this company - they returned and were so confident they could get it. And they did. While there, they did another final check on all and even mopped where the carpet cleaners left footprints. Communication, even off hours, was timely and gracious, with a smile, positive can-do attitude, professional and friendly. Kelly and Chris are an absolute pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. I already have them about to start another project and will continue to use them beyond that. They are driven, compassionate, and excited about what they do - and it shows. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their work - if there was ever to be an issue, they would make it right, with great pride in what they stand for. So rare these days. Post your experience also. Let's raise the number of ratings just like they are raising the bar in their field.

I scheduled a cleaning appointment for my rental property, confirmed the date/time, agreed on the…read morefee, and even sent the address the day before so there would be no surprises about the location. The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you. (Not because of an emergency, which would be understanding) We took time off of work to drive an hour to open our rental for you. Thank you very much for wasting our time.

Carlos with Carrillo Cleaning Services, did not disappoint…read more I needed a DEEP clean ASAP after a big life transition and had zero experience hiring a professional cleaning service. After getting the runaround elsewhere, Carlos was a complete shift. He responded quickly, came out to assess the home, and explained what's typically included (and not), which helped me understand the process, pricing, and personal needs right away. We booked for the next day with a clear quoted price (I really appreciated that transparency). The team arrived on time, completed a full deep house cleaning, and finished when promised. The quality was incredible. I also received my invoice immediately with follow-up from Carlos. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Finding cleaners who match your standards is not easy and this team does. The combination of professionalism, speed, and quality is rare, and they genuinely cared about our situation. I'll absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend . Thank you ALL so much for getting us launched into our home projects faster.
