The owner went on and on about how…read moreHome Depot and other carpet installation companies don't stretch carpets anymore and that over time they stretch as (he claims) they weren't installed correctly in the first place. He wanted $90 for the repair but told me he really couldn't fix correctly as he's have to re- seam the carpet and he couldn't do that. Are you kidding me??! He's a carpet repair business and can't re-seam and glue a new seam? So he kicked it around for 20 mins - charged me $90 and it's looks worse than before he started. This dude should have fixed it correctly by re-seaming it. A total sham. He took May money and my carpet isn't fixed and looks worse! Do it right or get out of the business.
